I ordered a guitar cable online from Bambuzo that I wasn't able to initially find anywhere else.
However, on the same day a few hours later, I did find the same cable elsewhere online for a lower price. It was too late to cancel my original order, since it was already in process of shipment.
I did not want to go through the return process, so asked Bambuzo for some help.
Although they do not normally do price matching, they told me that I will be credited the difference in price as a token of customer service.
I received the product quickly, and am very happy with the cable, and the service.

4 weeks ago I bought NEW SmartThing hub from http://www.bambuzo.com/uk/smartthings-hub.html ( its only one shop what doing shipping to UK, Scotland). After 4 weeks I finally receive the HUB but SmartThings app shows me an error: "This hub was previously used and cannot be activated".
Seems like business model of that dodgy shop (bambuzo.com) is buying second hand items and selling like new.
Ordered something from the UK, when finally arrived it was the wrong colour. I contacted them and have 1st reply, that they were really sorry and where needing to escalate to management, as no more answers from them, I had to email again, and then the same excuse, and then emailed again and same excuse, I actually had to send a picture of the item in the wrong colour and then they said, please returned back for a refund. This has costing me more than the actual item itself, as I had to pay UK import Customs and also a courier to return the product, which I know they have received as I was able to track it, and after a couple of emails, I haven't heard anything from them yet. NEVER, NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a BBQ cover on the 4th May (it is now the 15th June) and my credit card was charged very promptly however the product isn't even showing as shipped yet. Numerous emails to customer services to chase the order and more recently to cancel the order keep on going nowhere. There are two people who respond to them Jujie and Mary. They use broken English which is fine but they come out with utter garbage such as "the department has been sent a ticket for the tracking number", more recently they are now saying they are setting a meeting up with the management to discuss my issue. They never answer the direct question of cancelling the order and refunding the money.
This has been handed to my credit card company now as the company is obviously a scam and I feel sorry for anyone who uses them. Don't believe the positive reviews you see when searching them, most people believe this is their own staff adding them.
I ordered a moto from this company and it took a bit longer than what I was expecting. I called their support and they were very helpful, i got my item 2 days after I called. Overall I would recommend this service.
I ordered a Baby Alive for my niece and saved just under half the price advertised in the UK. Shipping was quick and I was able to track my parcel all the way to my door, it took just eight days which I was extremely happy with and the product was packaged very well too. All in all, excellent service and would use again :D
I ordered a tripod and the company automatically cancelled my order. I went to their site and the item is still there. They apparently listen it at the wrong price and didn't want me to get it for less then they wanted me to. So they automatically cancelled my order.
Made a purchase and they charged my card. Never sent a confirmation for the order being placed. Never shipped my order. Acted like I never made a purchase with them even though my credit card was charged. Emailed them and tried calling them and got no response. They take your money and run with it! Very upset with this site.
We actually did receive the product, however when I tried to return it they absolutely refused to give me any service. I only got one response out of my 7 emails and it was a request to PROVE that I received the item. UGH. Also, I work for the manufacture of several of the products this website is trying to sell and they are WAY overpriced and several of the items are no longer even produced. I would absolutely NOT recommend purchasing at this website.
Like all the other customers, I ordered an item, got an email saying they would email me when it shipped. I emailed them 10 days later, got no response. I just went on their website and checked my order... CANCELLED! This was my big gift to my mother and now I have nothing. I'm so upset. I paid through Paypal thankfully so I won't get swindled but now I'm completely helpless without my mom's very special gift right before Christmas. CUSTOMERS BEWARE. If I could give ZERO stars I would.
I made a purchased at this website on May 28 2015 and to this date I have not received my package. I have contact several times customer service Dept. (Brian) and he only apologize, but nothing gets done. I even told them that I will put a bad review for them and I will report them to Business Bureau Dept. Please do not buy from this company they are scam. They will take your money and never deliver your items. SCAM SCAM SCAM!
The newisland selfie stick I bought was the wrong model. They sent me a Bluetooth selfie stick and I wanted manual. U could have gotten it off Amazon for 16$ less with free shipping. Poor poor company.
Really bad - accepted the order and after that didn't ship. The excuse was that the vendor was out of stock. Not to mention that they canceled the order without any explanation whatsoever. If you want the item, just don't order it from them.
I ordered a product from Bambuzo on May 26th 2015 and here it is July 1st 2015 and still don't have what I ordered. I have emailed customer service 3 times now and cant even get more that an automated reply back. "NO WAY" would I order anything from them again and for sure wouldn't recommend them. Kinda fishy to me that they don't even have a phone number posted to contact them.
I ordered a light fitting on 25th September and paid £41.93 ($63) shipping for 3-5 day delivery. I am still waiting for delivery over 4 weeks later. I asked for an update on 18th October and haven't received a response a week later. This is appalling.

Within minutes of placing an order, I changed my mind and called customer service to cancel. They informed me that it would be impossible to cancel and that I would have to receive the item and then request an RMA.
I also sent an email to customer service which was never answered.
On receiving the product. I was told I had to take a photograph of the product in order to request an RMA. I was told that it would take them up to 3 days to make a decision to authorize the return.
I am still fighting with the company.
I would never work with this company again.
I ordered a designer mens watch & Black gold rimmed Aviator Rayban Sunglasses. I never received the watch which was the most expensive item and the glasses that they posted were $2 cheap USA flag image sunglasses. Now they wont me to pay for return to them and pay for postage back to me. I don't see why I should incurr the cost when it was their fault and I never even received the watch. They keep sending automated messages with the same text in it. No explanation, no phone number to ring. I just keep getting same text email from a Mary & Jujie. All the good comments on here are posted by their own workers.The address they have on the website is totally different from the address on the sendee package and they put Amazon.com not their own company name Bambuzo.
As 2 days from the time i ordered to the time i received the goods. Ordered, got tracking number in 5-6 hours received 2 days later. Wish they had more color selection as the item i bought was only available in black.

Do not order under any circumstances it's a fraud website! I ordered a projector screen to the UK for £389. Item never arrived and it's now been 3 months dispite the money coming out of the account. There seems to be two automated email responses from 'halle' (it isn't lost on me that Halle is the corrupted computer system from the film '2001: A space Odessy'). One email gives you a ticket and the 2nd email apologises and says it's being 'escalated to management'. If you email a 3rd time it creates you a new ticket and you're back at square one.
I've now contacted the police fraud unit but please do not order anything from Bambuzo!
THE WORST WEBSITE EVER. I ordered a blackberry Q10 in gold. On the website and it was in stock and I was excited. I received a phone but it was the silver version which I already had. They emailed me and told me they didn't have the gold version available then why the hell would it be on the website. Then they said I would get a refund once I returned the phone and I was like you know, if rather wait until you got it in stock. They then told me they would not ever be getting it in stock. Lucky me. So they had a ups driver sent to my HOME. Without my consent to come pick up the phone. I denied them. I am going to sell this stupid phone and they can go to hell. WORST experience. WORST website.
Answer: Hi Caroline. Don't believe a word they say. Contact your bank and put in a claim advising you have not received your purchase. I was getting no response from this company Bambuzo so that it what I did put a claim in with the bank. Surprise surprise the very next day I got an email from Bambuzo telling me they have refunded my purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... Victoria

Answer: I would play it safe and shop elsewhere for the item. I found out through my purchase through Bambuzo that the site may say "in stock", but this simply means that they have a company providing them the product, and will keep this status even if the supplier does not have the product in stock. They are also really slow with approving orders, notifying customers on the status of their orders, and even giving refunds for cancelled orders.
Answer: Link to the Rest of the question and To Respond didn’t work. My correspondence with Bambuzo was alarming. I often wondered if the respondent could read. Mostly the responses seemed like canned answers and were often not responsive to my question. My Credit Card Co covered it for me. The BBB should put them out of business.
