The whole experience with this brand was absolutely awful. Ordered two items, only one was delivered, nobody knew where the second one was. Customer service is dreadful. All via email, not helpful. They will take your money and you will never get what you ordered. Beware@
I ordered a product from Bambuzo and because their description was incomplete it was not what I wanted. Their response to my first email did not address my issue. Finally, they sent me a return number and then refused to accept the package when I returned it. I am now out the price of the item plus shipping. When I complained their response was once more not relevant. Since then they don't respond at all. This is the worst company I have used!
I ordered a simple item from a national brand company. Eighteen days later, I have no tracking number and no product. When contacting customer care, I receive a canned response that "this will be immediately escalated to my manager and rest assured, I will update you." When I log into the site to review the status of the "ticket", the ticket has been closed; no response, no update. Additionally, the phone number they provide goes straight to a busy signal; no ringing. Super disappointed I have wasted my time to save (literally) five dollars. Not worth it. I encourage you to not do business with Bambuzo; it's worth a few extra bucks to shop somewhere more reliable.
I have had the same problem as Vasek F. I ordered an item form them, paid up front (including shipping to UK), never got a tracking number, and when I asked about it, I got non-informative answers, or nothing at all! I am now trying to get a refund through Paypal. This company would be a joke if this was a funny situation, but it's not! I would recommend no-one to ever use them!
I ordered some fox lights to be delivered to Australia. After 3 weeks (and close to lambing) I had still not received the lights. On further investigation through PayaPal, I find that my order has been cancelled (but not charged for) without my knowledge and no explanation or email. Appalling behaviour. I certainly won't go near this company again.
It is a great site, has everything. Sends nothing, and no response to emails. I ordered a baby changing table and never got any info regarding the order, just that money was sent. Fortunately I paid with Paypal and since the item was not sent, they did not pay.
I tried this twice thinking perhaps I had done something wrong. Finally sent them another email canceling second order.
Will order from a trusted site and forget the wasted time with these losers.
I have not received my product ordered or even a shipping schedule after 3 weeks and customer service only states they will escalate my request for information. I asked for a FULL refund but after 4 days no reply, no refund, no nothing. I will now involve my credit card company to file dispute.
Bought a bike for my grandson birthday who lives out of state. It arrived damaged and the customer service rep couldn't answer my questions very well. Just kept saying "I'm sorry this happened". Will return the bike and get a refund
Where is my item I ordered? I ordered this a month ago and after numerous emails with all the same replies from Brian "we are looking into this" still no further forward. I have asked on numerous occasion for the tracking number of the shipment and still I am no further forward? Happy to take my money and the goods never materialized!
I had never heard of bambuzo.com but found them online and gave them a try. I waited about 6 days and then call and talked to a Mary. She was very helpful and updated me on the order. Best part she gave me a small but much appreciated discount for the delay.

I am trying to return an order and I have been unable to do it on line and there is no answer to my phone calls. This outfit seems like a scam to me. They sent my order but it came as a "Gift" from Shelby Franks through Amazon.com. When I contacted Amazon the only refund I could get was an Amazon Gift Card and not a credit to my VISA card. I have called several times and on different days -- either the phone is not answered or the automatic answering system answers and I am told that the Ext 900 mail box is full and is not accepting additional messages.
Ordered the Teen Titans Go! Tower for my son's birthday. When it did not arrive after a month I questioned them only to be told that they had not shipped it as it was not in stock.
Does not deserve to be in business.
Worst company, wort customer service ever! It is just a bunch of cheaters and liars. They sold me an Amazon item (shipping from Amazon as a gift) and charged me twice the Amazon price plus shipping both ways.
Why is it they will not answer the phone?
So far, my experience has been very bad. Still waiting for my order after 7 days. They answered yesterday and said they would call back today with a reason why my order had not been shipped. So far, no luck.
The company shipped the item in the wrong size and color. Also, it had an Amazon.com label and gift receipt with someone else's name on it. They never responded to my calls or emails. Also, I sent it back to the address the lady gave to me, through the one comment she made in the Paypal claim. She said it was never received. Luckily, I had the tracking number! I am out the amount for return shipping, but it could have been much worse. Thankfully, I used Paypal to pay and they finally got a refund for me.
I should have read the reviews before ordering & paying. I ordered 4 cereal bowls for $60. Then several days later decided to go ahead and order another 4 so I'd have a set of 8. $120. For 8 stoneware cereal bowls! That was one & a half months ago and I still have not received either order! I've asked for a refund and don't have that yet or even a promise of a refund!
Tried to order 2 items from Bambuzo. Got a confirmation that they had received and were processing my order then after a week I went back and checked the status of my order and it was cancelled and no reason, no communication to me as to why. Called customer service 2 times and kept telling me they would investigate the reason as they could not tell me on the phone, and they would call me back. After second call and no return call, I called it quits with this company. Waist of my time, and they lost a potential customer. Going back to Amazon where customer service counts.!
Like previous shoppers I too am ordering from overseas and the price was fabulous. Saved after exchange, shipping and small taxes just under half the retail price here.
I will tell others about this company. BTW I received an order confirmation email, and sent for shipping email and also the tracking number email. Arived in 6 days from USA.
This company is a joke. Bought two batteries from them totalling almost $300. Even paid for express delivery within 3-5 days totaling an insane $63, but really needed the items. They only sent one battery and it was over a week late.
Sent mutliple messages to customer service - VERY slow reply - we're talking days, and they don't even read your message - same automated message - your package has been dispatched.
Paypal of course saw the case in my favour. They will refund the total money, but cannot refund the return postage cost which is almost £20 GBP.
Utterly useless company which should be shut down.
My suggestion is to avoid this seller. I payed, I didn't receive my item for reasons they haven't been able to explain, they refunded me. When I check carefully my bank account I noticed they charged me £10 more and refunded me £10 less. I asked for explanations, no answer. In all this I didn't get anything and I lost £20. Not much but still nonsense. Don't trust this seller.
Answer: Hi Caroline. Don't believe a word they say. Contact your bank and put in a claim advising you have not received your purchase. I was getting no response from this company Bambuzo so that it what I did put a claim in with the bank. Surprise surprise the very next day I got an email from Bambuzo telling me they have refunded my purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... Victoria

Answer: I would play it safe and shop elsewhere for the item. I found out through my purchase through Bambuzo that the site may say "in stock", but this simply means that they have a company providing them the product, and will keep this status even if the supplier does not have the product in stock. They are also really slow with approving orders, notifying customers on the status of their orders, and even giving refunds for cancelled orders.
Answer: Link to the Rest of the question and To Respond didn’t work. My correspondence with Bambuzo was alarming. I often wondered if the respondent could read. Mostly the responses seemed like canned answers and were often not responsive to my question. My Credit Card Co covered it for me. The BBB should put them out of business.
