I ordered a product from this company expecting delivery by this date. Called to check. Phone always hangs up while on hold for 'Next Representative'. Have sent several emails to no avail. Read reviews. Many share the same experience according to reviews I just read.
I'm surprised by some of these reviews so I would like to give my 2 cents. I ordered an item from Bambuzo and it arrived fast and without issues. I ordered a second item which I was expecting to arrive in the same speed as the first but on the 3rd day waiting I called customer service to ask whats up. I spoke with Monica (she's awesome!) and she was very informative and helpful and let me know that I should be getting tracking number later that day (which I did). I did get my item two days later in perfect condition.
Seems like a hit and miss with this website looking at other reviews but given my experience I would definitely recommend the site to others and I will be using it again.
I am surprized by these reviews. I only found this site because i was looking for their phone number. I have ordered 5 times and always got a tracking number within 24 hours each time. I have never seen " under review" status. I trust them and will continue to order from bambuzo.
I have to to send our a big THANK YOU to Bambuzo for helping me find 30 paper towel holders that were not available anywhere else. Received in 5 days as agreed. Very happy!
Thank you Bambuzo for your great customer service! I was looking for a doll for my daughter which I simply could not find anywhere. I found the doll in the site and called them to make sure it was on the way after I ordered. It arrived just in time for her birthday, thanks a million!
I love the new bluetooth connection, ordered online, got a confirmation in the email with receipt in less then 1 minute. Was updated in approved status, sent for shipping status and tracking number emailed to me in 17 hours. Product arrived in 4 days and exactly what i ordered. I reccomend to everyone and will tell my friends too. :)

I ordered my items almost 6 weeks ago and have sent two emails to ask where my items are and they are still 'sent for shipping' it says in my account status. There has been no other tracking info given or any info as to when they will actually be shipped.
Very unhappy.
Will wait one more week and then start the process to get a refund!
I placed an order and here I sit 6 days later and not only has my item not shipped but it is still "under review" and the customer service representative can't even tell me what that means Or when the item will be shipped! If I were you I would buy anywhere else unless your willing to wait quite a while to get what you pay for.
Where is my order? I ordered it 4 weeks ago and still not sign of it. I have tried to contact you several times by email and you have not responded. Before I place a official complaint with paypal and dispute this transaction with paypal. I would like to know exactly when my order is coming.

This company needs to get it's act together. It sent me an email stating that this order was processed. They haven't charged my credit card yet and they haven't sent me tracking information either. No emails or messages answered. I wish they would go ahead and process my order so I can reverse the charges. Worst company I have dealt with.

I like many others should have done my research first before ordering from this place. My daughter wanted a discontinued hard to find toy (with help from Santa) and this site had it. The price was a little higher, but not gouged like on ebay and amazon. I had never heard of this site, but it has popped up several times and looked legit so I decided to take a chance. I placed my order on December 1, plenty of time for shipping and small hiccups. I have been waiting and waiting and have not received any updates or shipping info. They say they ship in 24 hours, I think 9 days is more than generous to wait. I finally decided to contact customer service to cancel the item since I have discovered all of the horrible reviews. When I pulled up my order to get all the needed info, it showed cancelled. Thankfully I used PayPal and from other reviews will be smooth to dispute.
Beware! I to believe ANY and ALL positive reviews are fake. Lesson learned.
I ordered because they said they had the merchandise I wanted. But they really didn't and would not say so even when asked directly. No order confirmation, no shipping date, no tracking number, no response to 5 emails and 2 phone calls. Still have no merchandise a month later and they still have my $427. Am pursuing them through Paypal which finally got a response - now they propose to keep part of my payment. Avoid these scammers.
I placed an order for an "in stock" item three weeks ago, they charged my credit card, and when I got my tracking info it turned out to belong to someone else's shipment.
After a week I finally got a response to my emails and calls and was told that it was "out of stock" with their regular vendor but they would rush ship it to me from another.
The following week - after yet another call/email - I was promised that I would have it within a few days.
Fast forward three weeks (no merchandise) and I call to cancel the order and have my money refunded as it's clear to me that this company is jerking me around. The customer service person tells me she doesn't even see my order in their system (and therefore cannot process a refund!).
Shady business practices. Will call American Express and have them take back their charge.
I ordered a world globe several weeks ago. Advertised as shipping by next day. Over two weeks later, my order status still showing as "under review." Have tried contacting customer service vial email. While a response is pretty prompt, it is not written in correct English, and repeatedly promises a quick response to my query. Still haven't found out when my order will ship. Called and spoke to customer service yesterday, and the representative could not answer my questions and told me someone would have to call me back in order for me to cancel the order. Needless to say, no one has called me back! I have never had an issue like this with any company before. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
I unfortunately impulsively ordered a camera case from this company before realizing AMAZON CARRIED THE SAME PRODUCT AT A MUCH LESSER PRICE! It took almost 3 weeks to arrive (and I even had to email them wondering what happened to my order and attempted to cancel my order but that did not get me anywhere) and when it finally arrived, it came in Amazon package! A middleman with a profit, not a discount company!

One month later, after numerous polite inquiries and finally, demands, all they continued with was the generic "thanks for your patience/we will investigate" blah blah.

Its been 41 days now and im still waiting for my parcel to get delivered. It says it was shipped 41 days ago and i have contacted them a numerous amount of times and they just simply reply with an automated email reply. 100% never ever ordering from here but just need to figure amount now if i can get my money back.
I have placed an order a month ago and I'm still waiting on an update of my purchase. I received a sent to shipping email three days after my purchase but I never received a tracking number. I have called customer service and only get a full mailbox. I have emailed *******@bambuzo.com and was told my shipment would arrive last Saturday... A week later, I'm still waiting. Be careful using you credit card with this site. Bambuzo is extremely suspect.
Answer: Hi Caroline. Don't believe a word they say. Contact your bank and put in a claim advising you have not received your purchase. I was getting no response from this company Bambuzo so that it what I did put a claim in with the bank. Surprise surprise the very next day I got an email from Bambuzo telling me they have refunded my purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... Victoria

Answer: I would play it safe and shop elsewhere for the item. I found out through my purchase through Bambuzo that the site may say "in stock", but this simply means that they have a company providing them the product, and will keep this status even if the supplier does not have the product in stock. They are also really slow with approving orders, notifying customers on the status of their orders, and even giving refunds for cancelled orders.
Answer: Link to the Rest of the question and To Respond didn’t work. My correspondence with Bambuzo was alarming. I often wondered if the respondent could read. Mostly the responses seemed like canned answers and were often not responsive to my question. My Credit Card Co covered it for me. The BBB should put them out of business.
