I recently ordered my first babe box and to be honest i didn't have very high hopes considering the price. But man was i surprised to recieve 5 full sized products and all of them good quality. Mascara, eyeshadow pallet, lip crayon, blush brush and a mask. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

On first glance after opening my box, it seems pretty unassuming- not in a negative way of course. Just simple packaging for the products, no need for all the pizzazz. The lip crayon glided on smoothly, but did start to feather after about an hours wear. The brush is super cute and seems to be of good quality bristles. The mascara works well. No clumping. The eyeshadow palette is nice, though two of the colors pretty much disappear on my skin haha.
That all being said, I ordered the "free" box, then before I even got it I got charged full price for the next box before I can even decide if I want to continue. So we shall see what the next box holds before I decide to cancel or not.
I honestly loved a lipstick I bought from here, but their new subscription service Babebox and their sub par cancellation policy is driving me up the walls. I've had to pay for 3 boxes now because I stupidly gave them my debit card details and they won't answer my emails or keep pushing back on their cancellation policy advertising a free box but you cant cancel until after 2nd paid for (which I was okay to do until I got my first box and it was all cheap stuff you can get on aliexpress), then when I tried to cancel after paid for box 2 they advised me their other policy not able to cancel after 20th of month, and now they won't respond to my emails. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Babebox is a legit scam. You dont get anything for free, they keep billing you and then don't send you Anything, you can't contact them and if and when they do they act like they don't underused won't let you cancel. I'm out a couple hundred now because I didn't know they were still charging me. I've sent several emails and nothing. You can't even log on to your account and cancel, skip or live chat with anyone.
The stuff you get is cheap, totally not worth it they have charged me for 2 months after I canceled..
This is the biggest scam I paid for EVER, all of them are chinese and very cheap products I could get in the market here in Paraguay and certainly the value of this box is no more than 10 Us$ or so...
The collagen mask value is about 1 $
The highligther I buy as final consumer for less than a dollar
The two mist are about 2 no more than 3 Us$
And the hair remover coul be about 6 Us$ or so.
The cost of the shipping is ever higher than the whole box

They charged me over $48.96 for one month of sub I had to go into paypal and reject them! Hopefully I can get a refund!
Their items are all cheap btw from Ali-express 90% of what they sell is china-wear. 99 cents etc NOT worth the price
I asked them to cancel my subscription since I never received the first box and they wouldn't refund me my money. They basically told me that it wasn't their problem that I never got it. They wouldn't cancel my subscription until they billed me for the second month, as it said in their "rules", which is completely untrue. It didn't say anything about not being able to cancel your membership until the second month of the subscription. So February came around and I was charged for a second month. I actually got the box this time and it was all junk. All of items in the box are off of AliExpress. It's not name brand stuff at all and it's makeup that I wouldn't ever put on my face because I feel like I'd break out. I emailed customer support again and they tried to offer me a discount so I wouldn't cancel the subscription. I turned it down and I got an email back saying they cancelled my subscription. Well guess what it's April 3rd and I got charged another $35.95 this month! When they told me they cancelled it, which they clearly didn't. Now I have to go through my bank and mark this as spam and request a new debit card so they can't bill me again. Please watch out for this company, they are nothing but liars and thieves. The products are terrible and not even worth the $35.95. More like $5 if that!
I need my order cancelled immediately. I am experiencing a hardship and I tried to cancel my first order as I made a mistake and I was refused. I need someone to actually help me instead of just telling me "no." I do not want either box that is coming to me. I also think it is ridiculous that I've paid for 2 boxes and received neither. It was complete false advertising. And every order having free shipping always- I was charged for shipping for the second box. Once again, I've received neither box. I would like a refund for both boxes and a stop order on them, as I have asked at least 6 times before. The customer service for this company is appalling and disappointing. The power of a negative review is so much more powerful than a positive one so you will be seeing this everywhere.
I love that they're cruelty free we needn't more companies like this one, but it's a little bit expensive also you have to pay for shipping on the beauty box
Charged the 11th of March and didn't receive anything. Charged again on April 2nd for a second box. How am I to know if I want to keep this subscription if I never received the first box

Omg this months box may be less items but the products that was inside where just amazing and one thing I have noticed that my eyeshadows I get are warm color just the way I love doing my eyes
The boxes and products are amazing and worth 4 times what you're paying.
Unfortunately, while dealing with customer service, it was so bad and such a horrible experience I cancelled.
The second person I dealt with was the best but the damage from the first rep. Was already done.

Also free shipping is a must. No one wants to pay shipping especially on a subscription.
At least split the cost with us and raise the monthly rate by $3.50. I don't pay shipping with any others.
This is a decent monthly subscription for beauty products. I like trying the new things. I just wish the subscription was more personalized to each subscriber rather than everyone pretty much getting the same things each month.
