An absolute disgrace, complete incompetence with ordering parts and rescheduling parts. Still waiting a month for my repair, Samsung needs to find another company!
Broke twice when I was away, but kept restoring itself after pushing buttons. The pro checked it's recent activity with the app and everything came out good.
So thankful & grateful to have Asurion Insurance to cover my phone stolen in Paris...11/2022...fortunately I always carry 2 phones on me@ all times...
