We had issues transferring data. Contacted Verizon and Michelle no only helped us resolve the issue but was so nice and pleasant to talk too! She is a legend in customer service!

Then he called me back same day that my phone's ready! Replaced display, like new now.
Dropped off phone yo very friendly staff who told me how the repair process worked came back a few hours later and everything was perfect! A great experience!
Claim took normal than longer time. It went well but talking to customer support was not very helpful because the information they were sharing was same as online.
TV went out called customer service and they asked a few questions to see what was going on with my television within one week I had an answer and problem was taken care of

I filed a claim for my TV that most likely was struck by lightning, during work, 7pm-7am. Paid the co pay and could not believe that a brand new TV was delivered at 11am the next day. If you do not have your coverage, what are you doing with your life?! Buy it! Just buy it, you certainly will not regret it.
I had trouble with scanning from my Epson ET-4760 to my MacBook. Jayson, the Asurion tech who helped me, was outstanding. He helped me download the necessary software from Epson, then opened the scan screen for me. We had a lot of trouble with my printer's automatic doc feeder, but he was really, and I mean really, patient with that glitch. We sorted it out; I think there were creases in the papers I was trying to scan, so that caused the jam. After he opened my scanner, he closed it and helped me learn how to open it myself. I lucked out getting Jayson in the queue today. Thanks, Jayson!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
