I emailed Artfire to notify them that PayPal told me one of their sellers was scamming people (me included) and received a form email. "Orders and transactions are between you (the buyer) and the merchant/seller... consider initiating a dispute with your credit card company or PayPal." They should take scammers off their website.

Artfire had conducted hundreds of fraudulent transactions. They claim to be only an ad location, will not disclose fraud owners of various sites and ads they manage. Should be on FBI list, but have apparently paid them off along with others. Artfire is the worst customer service and are in business to steal your money and not ship goods.

I signed up as a seller in 2017. Quickly realized the site was worthless and I cancelled my account. 4 years later they randomly stole $4.99 from my PayPal account in the middle of the night. I've been fighting for a month to get it back. They don't respond to emails. Don't let this happen to you. Avoid this company like the plague.

I brought a Kitchenaid mixer from this site on the 7th July to be delivered to Australia. I have emailed a few times & have heard nothing. They seem like a total scam to me cannot even rate them. Please ignore the 1 star.

This website is a scam! I bought a jersey 2 months ago and not received even a tracking number. Every time I ask for it they give me a bull$#*! excuse that it's been shipped and that logistics hasn't been updated to give a tracking number. Please do not let them steal from you. Go look for items elsewhere.

Placed an order with Art Fire. Instead of the 2 cabinets I purchased, I received an empty envelope. The envelope was sent to generate a legit tracking number and tracking history with USPS. I used PayPal who is still investigating. I notified both the better business bureau and USPS, who have also started an investigation. Now I am notifying the FBI because USPS was used to facilitate mail fraud. Art Fire must think that they are the new Silk Road! Do not purchase Anything using Art Fire. They have no customer service email or phone number and think that as the middle man they don't have to be accountable. The 3rd party vendor who is the real seller made it appear that this purchase was coming from a work shop in China. In fact, the envelope was mailed from an office suite in New Jersey. No deal is a good deal if you're being robbed.

After placing an order and having to jump through hoops just to get a false response, I won't be dealing with this site again. The seller falsified tracking information and haven't been communicating like they said they would. Place your order somewhere else.

Purchased an item, paid for it thru PayPal as it I saw the only method they accept. They collected my money instantly and I have no confirmation, communication, explanation, nothing after 4 days and multiple attempts to contact. This is a scam, look at their reviews. They need to be shut down.

Spent over $100 on a child pool for my son. Never got it, contacted ArtFire and the seller was removed from their site and they said call my credit card company to dispute the charge. Seems like the entire website is a scam looking at other reviews.

The site might be ok but they don't verify their sellers. I knew something was wrong when I used PayPal and it did not return to the purchase page for final authorization. The seller took the money and ran. Different names and contact information given each time. And then this seller had the nerve to use a tracking number that was not under my name or address. Fortunately. PAYPAL refunded my purchase price since I never received the product ordered.

Ordered my jersey a month ago. They sent me a tracking number that doesn't even work or have a link. I've emailed the seller several times. No response. His name is 'honest businessman' that should have been my clue to stay away.

I ordered from Artfire and never received a shipping confirmation as promised within 48 hours, I logged in the check my order status stand the sellers account was no longer active. I emailed customer service and they said it was not their responsibility and I needed to contact seller with the bogus email provided and told me I needed to dispute charges with my bank or credit card company.

I have tried to email the address on my invoices, to no avail! It keeps coming back as an invalid address! I ordered a shirt Nov 28 and another Dec 5. Both orders said they would arrive prior to Christmas. You guessed it, still nothing!

No way to communicate, and no shirts in hand!

TOTAL SCAM! Buyers beware, I should have read the reviews first, but I order a bike $99.99 and received a three piece pack of surgical mask made from china. Bummer. But I'm writing now so beware, stay away from artfire..

I waited for my order to be filled and shipped for approximately one month, the seller never progressed past confirmation that my payment was accepted. The only reason I gave ArtFire one star is bc of how promptly they refunded my money after I sent a refund request their way. I was actually surprised by the speed lol bc until this interaction, I would have sworn on a stack of bible's their contact info (email) was a complete fake. So, ONE STAR and I'd really only give them a half star if I could. Word of mouth advertising is the best advertising a company can get when it's positive. However, it can sink a company when it's negative. I will have nothing nice to say when asked about this "company" of scammers and swindlers. I'm only thankful I had enough sense to keep security on my money so it'll be coming back to me!
