Last week I requested a printable invitation from ArtFire and was told I would receive a proof within 24-48 hours. 72 hours later I requested the proof, if not, then a refund. The owner inappropriately and with little class emailed me her entire life complaints on why it was not ready dismissing my request for a refund. She was very rude and stated that she does not work 24 hours and will get to orders in the order they are received. And still no proof or refund. I usually order on Etsy and receive professional and fast responses. Not in this case. Do not order from ArtFire.

This is a scam

Paid 29.99 for Drunk Elephant Protini cream and NEVER received it. Why do they still have a website? I can't get in touch by phone or email... bad! Could I be wrong about this website... I don't think so!

Artfire sucks for sellers

Hidden fees.and if u don't pay them the reports go to your credit report. Contacting them is almost immpossible except thru facebook messenger. I hope they crumble soon. I'd like to punch and kick the ceos of this company.

BIG SCAM

This organization is completely dishonest and has only one objective; profit at any expense. They refuse to identify and block scamming sellers, even when they are notified. Their policies place all the responsibility on the buyer, and they don't care if you are robbed. Imagine selling a $700 Weber grill for $199. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay far away from this website, take your name off their member list, and write a negative review on every social media site you have access to. Eventually they will shut down when buyers and sellers stop using their site. Artfire and especially John Jacob's have made America and the decent person trying to make a living look like thieves and scammers. Immoral, shameful and despicable.

I ordered a bathrobe. After making the online payment and a week of waiting got an email saying "this bathrobe has been out of stock for a while. Wld you be interested in a pj set? We also have slippers"
I replied telling them to mark it as out of stock going forward and pls refund my money. She said she will consult with her boss. That was the last time I heard from her.
I feel like this website is a well thought out internet scam. Just wanted some way to let ppl know never to buy from here.

This platform is the most poorly run business that I have ever come across. They claim that they have no regulatory guidelines for the sellers they allow on their platform. I'm sure there are some good ones but imagine after making a purchase from a seller, and not receiving any notifications about your item, being told that the seller is no longer represented on the platform. My question: why haven't they been removed? If it weren't for legitimate businesses like PayPal, you'd be better off taking the money you want to throw away and flush it down the toilet. Essentially, this platform just watches you make a transaction and when it goes south they say, we have no control. Thank God for platforms like Amazon, Ebay and PayPal at least your money is protected from scammers. Do not use this platform, it's a complete joke!

I ordered a patriots game shirt through this web site on Jan 22,2020. I've sent 21 follow up email request(s) as to where is my sons shirt.?, nothing to date! Not happy, figured they were just another SCAMMER out there taking our money. My order# was: ******* for $39.00 again sent and confirmed receipt email on Jan 22,2020. I asked many times to cancel my order and I got replies that it had already shipped, full of sh_t liars!

I got scammed
July 23, 2013

I got scammed. Please stay away from this website. Never received my item. Sent a message to the seller who told me that he had several orders gone missing and that it must have been the post office, he said he was gonna call and let me know. I have emailed him 4 times since then and have gotten no response. The website can't help me because they "don't mediate disputes between sellers and buyers"... seems like a safe haven website for scammers.

I've bought from ArtFire before and I love it! I've never had any problems from any of the sellers, I've bought different things from craft supplies to iPhone cases. Sure you need to be smart about who you buy from (just like any other site); scammers can be found everywhere online (even from the most reputable/professional sites).

It's part of our responsibility as online consumers to be weary & ask questions BEFORE buying anything. Be a smart consumer!

It has been more than a month since my order. I only received tracking information after sending an email, but the tracking number did not specify the carrier. I checked all the normal carriers and it was not a valid number for any of them. I immediately requested the carrier, with no response. At this point, I am not convinced I will receive my order, but they definitely have my money!

Rip Off! Beware

Paid for an item that was never received! I was provided a tracking number that show clearly that there were issues with package and that the item had been returned to sender. I produced all of this information to the seller and was told that I was trying to "deceive" them. Then the cut off communication.

Dishonest company.

This is a dishonest company with difficult customer service. They only allow you to communicate with them through email - I was never able to find a phone number and when I asked in the email if there was someone I could speak with on the phone, the representative I was working with ignored my request. I was only registered as a seller for a few days and within those days they took a good amount of my money and refused to give it back when I closed my account less than a week later.

Long story short, don't work with this company.

I bought a jersey for my daughter for Christmas, which it indicated it would arrive before then. It's now the 22nd of January and no jersey. The tracking hasn't even hit the US, it still shows China. They keep telling me to "be patient" with respect to the item arriving. Do NOT buy from them. SCAM!

I've bought several products from this website and just loved all of them. I'm such a fan of the extra little touches that you get when buying from a real person. You almost always get a little handwritten note or a free sample <3. Everyone seems so friendly and happy there, it almost inspires me to sell something I make myself if only I were a bit craftier!

Ordered a boat trolling for $99 should of know that in it self was a scam but what the hell. Never sent shipping notice never returned any emails. Only after contacting paypal did i get a response with a tracking #. Only to receive an 4" /4" envelope whith i dont know what this was may worst burn ever shopping on line

It doesn't even deserve 1 star! The site is broken from the people who run it to the site itself. The forums are brutal & overrun with bullies. It's no wonder that there are some 5 star ratings. Those are the same people who have cussed others out for disagreeing with anything there. One even went so far as to tell a frustrated seller who was closing shop to "f"ing go and if no one liked what she said..."blow me". Just a small example of the type of words coming from a maven & mentor. Shameful! I was cussed at and left after one year,

This is the absolute worst company. They say they have buyer protection and they absolutely do not. I purchased an item and after not hearing from the company for 10 days I went back to the sellers site only to find they had deleted their account. I reached out to Artfire who said the seller had 48 hours to reply back to them or I would get a refund. Well 48 hours came and went. When I asked about my refund they told me to take it up with my bank! Absolutely ridiculous, do not use this company!

Lousy customer service

I am having the same problem as a previous purchaser. Ordered an adult-sized jersey from a vendor in either Vietnam or Thailand. Received a child's jersey instead. Asked for either a refund or an adult-sized jersey. No response. Have a second order outstanding that I have heard nothing about. The vendor took my money, of course. Artfire thus far has done nothing to rectify the situation.

Rip Off - ZizzleZazzle

I ordered a decal to make a t-shirt for my daughter's 5th birthday. Ordered 18 days before her b'day, It is now 10 days AFTER and it still has not arrived. Paid on my PayPal account and 2 weeks later nothing has arrived. Luckily I can file a complaint through PayPal. It was not expensive but in the end there was no response from several emails to the seller, and we made our own decal and t-shirt in about 30 minutes, so no excuse is acceptable. They only had to send a decal. Ridiculous. Take this site DOWN!
