Bought a paint by numbers from a vendor from Artfire, wished I had never done that. Anyhow the paint was crusted up so I complained, and I get an email back pretty much calling me a liar. Really? Customer service in Ukraine is non-existant.
The worst customer service ever! I'm talking about the site owners, not the sellers. I was so disgusted, I closed my shop, completely deleted all my listings, and then deleted the shop. A year later, they reopened it without telling me. I found out simply by chance when I saw Google Analytics where showing visits to a shop that was deleted.
No apology, nothing. They are incompetent.
If you want to want for months with No contact and NO tracking Numbers use these guys. Absolutely worst service I've ever encountered.

This website is horrible. Buyers beware! The merchants do not respond. It took 2 and a half months and I finally received the product. It was not authentic and the merchant was removed from their website so had no way to return
Artfire did not try to rectify the situation. Pay full price! It's not worth it. This website needs to be removed or banned.
Order a mattress off of artfire. Said it would arrive in a few days I waited three weeks finally got a notice saying that it was delivered but nothing showed up. The post office says there's no way that a mattress was sent to my address considering the items sent was only 2.4 Oz. So not only did I not receive the correct item but the post office also messed up sending it to me and I'm currently waiting for any word from the company.
Items never get found in search. Customer service sucks! You can never reach a person and it takes days and days to get a response to an email. The forum is worse than a high school clique. A group of about 15 sellers that rule the roost and degrade outsiders. This site will be closed soon
I ordered a Ryobi pool vac on 6/27/21 from The Sunshine store. The seller never sent me an invoice or the tracking number to track the item. They gave PayPal the tracking info once I tried to cancel the payment. I tracked the package through UPS. The seller sent it to the wrong name and address on purpose. Thank God I payed through PayPal and I'm able to get my money back. Do not order from them and Artfire isn't helpful.
Ordered a product, the description said it would ship after a specified date, okay fine. Check back on it after that date and the seller was removed from the website. Contacted the seller, no response. Contacted Artfire customer service, stated I would have to take my dispute up with my credit card provider/ PayPal. In conclusion I never got my order and had to get a new credit card. Still have not been reimbursed by either party.
I received confirmation my order was shipped and I would get a tracking number 2 days later. I never got a tracking number, 1 month later... still have not received my product. After ordering from here my bank cancelled my debit card because of attempted fraudulent activity. There is NO support from this site. I currently have a dispute open with paypal, which takes 30 days to resolve
I purchased a baby bed for my daughter. She having a baby boy. In December. And that was my last. I've not heard back from customer service with a shipping date. This is sad to steal people's money and not answer the emails
This site is totally unfair, I have sent them 10 + messages to delete my profile and subscription, only today 3 days later finally. They charged me for a "promoted" item as a view/ pressure, which I didn't ask for it additional $32.00 to $35 subscription for a few days. What a waste of money for this greedy site! BE careful with them I would not recommend using this site!
The Jersey took almost a month to get and then when I told them the lettering was in stomach area instead of the chest where it should be, it's out of warranty. What a Joke. Check out the photos please. The last one is what it should look like..
BEWARE" they don't stand behind their sellers. One of there sellers scammed me out of $95 for a bicycle that was never shipped and you can't even get in touch with their customer service. They give you email address and phone numbers that don't work. Artfire is a sorry company. Stay away

This site is a glossy front office for thieves. I too am a victim of fake tracking number used to give paypal a license to reject my claim. I am now filing with the credit card company(my credit union) to get the scam seller nicked for the money and back in my pocket. The lure of the prices at this site are not worth the effort you have to undertake to reverse your bad decision.
This company needs to be shut down, I ordered two sheds and heard nothing after i got sent email they got my order and money weeks and weeks still no tracking number i contact seller he would not return to any of my messages.and i found on the sight were he couldn't be found and I try to go through customer service.no number no support line. artfire.com is totally fraud company, its only designed to get credit card information of sellers. Once you filled credit card information on artfire.com... your bad time starts... now you start listings your items on artfire. They will charge you $1 for one visit on 1 item for example you have 100 listing and you got 100 visit on your items then you will have to pay $100 for visits + monthly charges, (please do not worry, they can deduct monthly charges several times in a month:-) because they have your card details. Now you are stunned. You run into billing section on artfire.com but omg... artfire have not any option to remove credit card details. You will not be able to remove your card details... but please do not worry, you can add as many card to give your money to artfire... after all thing there is only one option contact your credit card company block your credit card and issue new one... Thanks for using artfire.com
Answer: Mine took a couple of weeks to ship, it was faulty so had to return it. I never saw my money again, it is pretty much your word against the sellers and ArtFire pretty much just sits back and says they have nothing to do with it. Don't buy from them, it's not worth the aggravation.
