Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from ArtFire staff and previous consumers.
Mine took a couple of weeks to ship, it was faulty so had to return it. I never saw my money again, it is pretty much your word against the sellers and ArtFire pretty much just sits back and says they have nothing to do with it. Don't buy from them, it's not worth the aggravation.
Don't buy anything from Artfire. It's a scam. Money comes out immediately, a fake tracking number is given, item is never received
I get the feeling that when a seller attempts to respond to a buyer's questions, the seller responses are "lost" because somehow they are routed through AF. Found out via an email that this is what happened to the responses sent to me regarding my order. I think AF is a very bad business model. I don't know if this org is losing sellers but it is bleeding customers at this point.
Sure seems that way, Nana. It's a shame because I like to support small businesses but unless I win the lottery and can waste my $$$ with abandon, I am done with AF.
