Mine took a couple of weeks to ship, it was faulty so had to return it. I never saw my money again, it is pretty much your word against the sellers and ArtFire pretty much just sits back and says they have nothing to do with it. Don't buy from them, it's not worth the aggravation.

I don't know how long it takes them to ship as after waiting, if I remember correctly, for over a month -- I never received the order. Then I had to wait to get my money back. I will never order from ArtFire again as I do not trust them. Hope this helps!

Beware! I never received my items nor a refund! Horrible company to do business with.

It took about a week and a half after my last email to receive the shirts. PayPal actually put incorrect address on my order, so check your invoice carefully. I emailed Maggie to make sure she had the right one. She did.

I do not know about refunds or the monitoring of sellers.

I use Art Fire to order my husband birthday gift and now I can't even check my tracking number I can get my refund
