Ordered a boat trolling for $99 should of know that in it self was a scam but what the hell. Never sent shipping notice never returned any emails. Only after contacting paypal did i get a response with a tracking #. Only to receive an 4" /4" envelope whith i dont know what this was may worst burn ever shopping on line

Purchased some shoes from a seller named Flechazo, or Windforce Company Limited. Never sent, nor any shipping information sent. When PayPal was contacted to hold the payout, the seller sent them a fake shipping confirmation.

Clearly, just a scamming operation. Given the other reviews on here, I wasn't the only one cheated.

Seller sent me a tracking number for a package that belonged to Amazon package. Fortunately for me, the package with the tracking number provided for my item was delivered 1 mile away from my home and I was able to confirm that the tracking number provided to me for the item I bought from Artfire was in fact a WRONG TRACKING NUMBER and that it belonged to a package sent from Amazon and not this seller. I am currently disputing this purchase with PayPal.

I ordered an ice machine. Never received an email saying it was shipped. Contactes the seller they said it was shipped but would take a few days. Still haven't received it. Contacted PayPal and they got a tracking number. I checked the tracking number and it said the item was delivered to a mailbox in Oregon. I live in New York State.

I am writing another review on this website because I am still trying to get my money back from my credit card company. Artfire gave me two different emails to the seller and I can't get a response from either. They are ( *******@gmail.com) and (*******@outlook.com) these seem to be fraudulent. The sellers name they gave me was ( Jinhua Zhenyun). He is a crook if that is really a person's name. He is so slick that he was able to take a USPStracking number off of a package going to someone else in my town. Their package got delivered so when they stole that number and assigned it to me it looked like it was delivered. Just to wrong address and the weight of the package was wrong. What I ordered was 30 pounds and the item on that tracking number was 12 oz. They are slick. I hope they get caught and jailed. So beware of buying through Artfire and a specialty from names above. My boyfriend thought he was buying 2 kayaks, we got facemasks in 2 different pckges and Chinese written on the packages. He told me after he bought them so I did a tiny search n found out this site rips ppl off all the time. I have no clue how this site hasn't been shut down. I ordered a bracelet of abalone fishes. It was delivered in a week and did not disappoint. It is of good quality and looks awesome on my wrist. I will definitely be shopping for more items from ArtFire.

ArtFire used to be the "Etsy" of its hay day back in the early 2010's. Back then, you actually got what you paid for.

But now, in 2021. It's a barren wasteland. Absolutely no regulations at all and so scammers run amok. I tried to purchase a water dispenser on here. The good news? It was a steal. The bad news? The product never came.

I tried contacting the seller but absolutely zero response just like many victims here. I filed a dispute with Paypal. The seller then, cleverly provided Paypal a very convincing fake tracking number 1Z9X263Y*******955. Everything looked correct but the weight was wrong. The water dispenser I ordered weighs at 32 pounds. But the tracking number says 75 pounds. It took me alot of time to point this out to Paypal and got a refund.

Not even send me a tracking number of my product and product never showed, this isn't a serious business, ROBBERS

Stolen money through PayPal. Don't do it. It looked legit, but never received my product. Then PayPal didn't do anything to remedy the issue. I got scammed for the first time in my life. I thought I was smarter but don't trust anyone. Also don't buy from artfire.com.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner from the Lowdestore vendor but it turned out that after 4 weeks of inquiries they didn't ship my order out. Fortunately I got my money back via PayPal (thank you, PayPal). However STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM SELLERS.

I bought a fence panel and received a small piece of worthless foam in a tiny little envelope. The seller's name is Oneboutique. I sent the seller an email and never received a response.

I believe that everyone should stay away from this site and all sellers. I try to buy an item and thankfully I used my PayPal and not an actual credit card. I bought an item and got an e-mail verifying the purchase. Waited until about a week and still never received the shipping confirmation email and try reaching out, 3 emails later nothing. Contacted customer service and got nothing to help me move forward other than them telling me to reach out to my payment provider to get a refund. I asked for another email from the seller, but they told me that they wouldn't be able to do that because it's to protect the privacy of the client. About a month goes by and it was just this back and forth with customer service (All emails BTW their phone number doesn't work, Should've been the final red flag but anyways.) and I was beyond done. Within 24 hours I got more info from PayPal from business name, name, email, and phone number, and tracking, nothing that Artfire would give out. PLEASE STAY AWAY AND FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR MONEY IF YOU DON'T STAY AWAY USE A SECURE PAYMENT METHOD IF YOU DECIDE TO BUY SOMETHING OFF OF THAT SITE.

Paid for an item that was never received! I was provided a tracking number that show clearly that there were issues with package and that the item had been returned to sender. I produced all of this information to the seller and was told that I was trying to "deceive" them. Then the cut off communication.
STAY AWAY

My son ordered from here, was after 3 weeks of not receiving anything we started tracking the package. The tracking number we were given says it was delivered. However, the number went to a package that was from a week before our package was even ordered. I don't know how they are pulling this off. BUT DON'T ORDER FROM HERE.

I think, they are scam, I paid through PayPal, even paypal are not getting respons from them.

I don't recommond for anyone.
