SELLERS STAY AWAY!
February 8, 2018

Artfire claims to be the Premier Marketplace for Handmade Items. Its a scam! You sign up... post products and thats all that its good for. If someone buys something from you... the customer does not get an email confirmation or invoice. The seller does not get an email saying they got an order. Even if they log on the site... there is no notification there is an order waiting for them. What kind of online market place does that? Back in the day in the late 90's there were terrible shopping cart scripts out there... that were terrible with notifications... but at least you got an email.

So no client email... no seller email. When I did find the test order my husband placed... it was incomplete. Even when I tried to mark the order shipped and completed... it confirmed the order was completed... but when I looked back at the order... it did not show as shipped or completed... so the order is in limbo.

Artfire tried to copy Etsy... which I can understand... They probably bought a script like an etsy clone and slapped tehri name on it and started scamming sellers as they have this little disclaimer that says... NO REFUNDS. So they promote how they are a premier marketplace... but their marketplace does not work. So how are they premier? Customers get frustrated as they dont get orders... thats because the sellers are not notified of the incoming order. Artfire is to blame... not the sellers.

So I contacted customer service with no help. I told them I had the order that did not have any notifications... and I brought up other bugs and concerns with missing or broken services. Again No help. I request a cancellation and refund from customer service. They replied they have canceled my account but I will not be refunded. They also said they would look at the order to see what happened and said they need the order number... but being that the account is now cancelled they could not look at the order. So why not look at the order when I first inquired? Or even prior to cancelling? They are a scam.

I would not recommend Artfire to anyone. In fact Anyone who pays artfire and is not happy... file a dispute with your credit card company. File a complaint with the BBB, Attorney General for Tuscan AZ and the Federal Trade Commission. Enough of us complain... they will eventually be forced to clean up their act or shut down!

I ordered a swimsuit online with JaydensWHolesaleExtreme...
June 18, 2014

I ordered a swimsuit online with JaydensWHolesaleExtreme on artfire.com. When I emailed to ask about sizes a woman named Lori emailed right back. I thought that I would receive a confirmation email however I have yet to hear from anyone regarding my order since then. It has now been 24 days since I have ordered with no word on when or if I will even get my order. Artfire.com is the worst and noone should buy from it
