Been a month or more. Made sure I had plenty of time to get my order before Christmas. Ordered 4 weeks before Christmas. Still haven't received a tracking number. Was told 10 to 15 days. Welp I hope pay pal does their job.

The seller scammed me with fake shipping info and now I am fighting with the post office. The store that sold to me then closed the day I filed my complaint, probably to open under a new name. Dont order from here there are other options that are trustworthy.

Scammer

I ordered two months ago a sweat shirt and never received a tracking number, # number does not work, no email but was charged to my card. Called my CC cancelled it ( got a new CC). A bunch of scammers.

MCM Backpack I ordered wayyyy in March

I will never order through this site again. I ordered a MCM backpack wayyyy in March it's about to be June still no update or nothing about when I'll receive it or anything the person I've been in contact with just constantly messages me it's in transit just be patient that's it how patient do I gotta be it's been damn near 4 months with. I want a refund but that seem like it would be more of a headache. I spent $154 bucks on this backpack just send me my items. Good Lawddddd

Purchased an item, received it, it wasn't what I wanted so I sent it back. It's been 2 months and the seller will not return my emails or give me a refund.DO NOT waste your time and money. The amount of scams I've read about on this site is unbelievable. I wont be seeing my money any time soon.

Artfire is a scam

It deserves no stars! There is no recourse to track or even cancel order. My faulty for not investigating site. I wish I ordered Yeezy shoes for my grandson for his birthday as he was excited to tell me they were on sale. Any time I ordered anything online I receive a notice from seller but not this one

They simply charge your card and hope you don't dispute. They never shipped product and are complicit with scammers pretending to sell product... My charge ended up being a guy who gives "sports tours" and he never responded to requests for tracking etc...

S C A M!

I have been told that if the price is to good to be true then it is a scam. I had a friend of mine order something and it said 12-14 days and she never got it. She tried to message the seller and the company and no answer. Luckily she did it with a prepaid card so she really didn't loose a lot of money. Check your websites multiple times before you purchase anything.

Beware everyone. Stay clear of these crooks. They will rob you blind. I ordered a jbl party box 300 for $99. After several attempts to obtain a tracking number. They finally gave me 1 weeks later. Then I finally received what they sent me was a package of Corona mask. Lol... obviously I disputed it with paypal.(thank god for buyers protection). So I thought. Paypal investigated it. And weeks later it was ruled in my favor. And there was no further action required. But to my surprise. The charge magically resurfaced under my account. (the nerve of these people). The sellers disputed and said that I got what I ordered. Wow. What a scam. You would think that these people would run for the hills and hide. But I was wrong. These people should be jailed.DO NOT BUY FROM ART FIRE... IT IS A BUNCH OF CROOKS!

Artfire.com misled and deceived me. They told me to sign up for a free 1 month membership and then if I wanted to continue after the month I would be charged $11.99. Well, they charged me the very second I signed. I have been emailing and leaving messages numerous times to get my money back, but they have chosen to ignore me for so long. I am about to file a complaint with the FTC.
Stay away. Do not do business with these crooks.

I love Artfire!

I love Artfire! I have bought from this site almost ever since they opened and never had a problem. I also have a store there. I had a store on etsy, til for no reason at all I was kicked out. I never posted anything derogatory on the web or their forums. I tried to log into etsy one day and poof! My etsy store was gone, my user id didn't work and neither did my password. I'll stick with Artfire. There are good sellers and bad sellers. Artfire should not be judged by the few bad apples.

I ordered two items back in May for around $70. Leading up to the purchase, the seller (DrFShop2018) answered my questions about item quality, origin, condition, etc. As soon as I made my purchase, he marked my items as shipped and completely stopped contact. Mid-June, I still hadn't received my items and messaged the seller about it, and received no response. With no means to contact ArtFire to obtain a forced refund, I continued this every few days until mid-July, when the seller deleted his account. Stay away from this site. If item prices you see here are too good to be true, they definitely are.

I wanted to purchase a metal swing set from the website. I had questions for the seller however, after days of waiting no response. I emailed the customers support email as well. I messengered the company and they said they are only a platform for sellers and are not involved in the selling or delivery of products. They're suggestion, find another seller! I went back on the web site to find a negative review by another consumer who actually placed the order did not get the product and the same level of support. Be Aware!

I ordered this club on the 14th. They immediately took my money through PayPal. They sent a message saying the order was processed and I would receive a confirmation when it is shipped. I have never received one and they will not respond to emails.
Do not buy anything from these criminals. I hope I can find them.

TOTAL SCAM
June 19, 2021

This site is a total scam. I bought a Halltree and my cc was charged immediately I was never sent a receipt or shipping info. You can only communicate through an email. I ask for days for a receipt only to be told not to worry. Now there is no such email or account with the hall tree. Anyone selling the Naples Hall Tree on this site is a scam. Buyer beware

I can not stress enough on how this website is even still up! If you like to have scammers take your money... then this is for you. I would rate this website -5 starts if I could! Please dont fall for this. It looks cheap but from now on I know to just go to a legit store and spend a good amount of money on real merch that I know I will physically get. The "shop" I ordered from has disappeared! They dont exist anymore. (DrFshop2018) Real POS!

Ordered a bistro set for $99. They never sent it and never responded to any emails. I filed a claim with paypal but they closed it saying it was delivered even though it was not. I suspect they send a small piece of mail to show delivered tracking and STEAL your money. NO recourse through ARTFIRE.com and paypal is garbage as always.

As a seller on ArtFire, I can not believe the reviews of these folks slamming ArtFire. I'm not a maven; I've only been there just under a year and I don't see any truth in what all these folks are talking about with regard to the site itself or the operation of the studios. I can't speak for those who say they placed orders and didn't get what they ordered. But as for the site itself and the way it is run, is not what is being written here.
