Arby's jomacha shake isn't what it was 2years ago, now it has taste more like a vanilla shake than a Jo mocha. It's decreased in size & taste drastically. I use to buy one daily now if I'm desperate I'll buy one one a month or every two two months They were my favorites but now I'm always disappointed when I go ba k looking for that same old fix

I recently ate at the location on N. Main Street in Bowling Green OH. Ordered chicken tenders that came with fries and a drink. It was extremely expensive like $13. The chicken and the fries were very cold. Also at this same location the fish sandwiches are not consistent. One year they are excellent pieces of fish that hang out of the bun and the next year they look square and taste absolutely horrible. I will never eat at Arbys again!

I ordered the new bacon sandwich on Waterloo it was the nastiest $#*! I ever ate in my life. I suggest you stick to roast beef! Gross gross gross some made up bs!

Got the hamburger, not like it shows on tv. Mine was a skinny little hamburger,red inside,cold and just thrown on towards the bun as the sauce was too. One half piece of lettuce and that was the sandwich. Didn't get all the topping I thought was suppose to be on it. The French fries were cold too. Was too busy there to complain so threw it in garbage and figured I learned my lesson by not checking it out at the counter. What a waste of money

7:59 PM. 3/30 STORE #5771. Went thru the drive-thru. Ordered classic beef and fish off the 2/$6 menu. Also ordered a BLT. At 10 pm sat down to eat. No BLT. Just some piece of crap on a bun. Called the store. NUMEROUS TIMES. No one picked up. I HATE having to search the bag EVERY TIME to make sure I get my order. And, just think, on Monday, they think they're worth $20/hour.

I drove 10 miles to to the nearest Arby's in Springfield oregon and was beyond disappointed when told they had NO roast beef what? I may never go back

I ordered a the 2 for 7 the lady didn't understand my order and after I spoke with the woman at the counter and the manager and instead of explaining to his worker do double check the order with the customer.
Instead I was told to make my order clear and it wasn't there fault.
The customer service is horrible I don't recommend if u want a quick meal and good service do not go to Arby's on state Street and about 5800 so

The milkshake machine at the Hermitage, TN location has not worked in months and yet new milkshakes along with the original flavors on the menus contine to be offered. PATHETIC!

After leaving Dr's apt I went through Arby's ordered my food, left not checking my bag, I started eating in realized alot of my food wasn't there I only had the fish special with the wings special etc I called told them, they said come back in they would replace it I said live n Murphysboro and I didn't want to come back right then, she said she would write my name down for when I came back, needless to say i returned to Dr, stopped by Herrin Arby's and they didnt know what i was talking about about so they never done anything about it, i personally think it's BS i still have my receipt but you can only see certain parts as they must have needed a new ink ribbon! Herrin Arby's sucks, foods pretty good but help is terrible!

I was very disappointed with the new mac n cheese bites.
The ones I was served where burnt black, not at all as they looked on the menu.
I requested them to be remade, but the employees insisted that was how they were supposed to be made, and if I was unhappy with them, they would call the police on me, if I did not leave the premises. I finally tried one, and as I suspected, they tasted as horrid as they looked. I was finally offered a refund, which I accepted, although I truly wished they would have remade my order, as requested, without being burnt.

Store #8302 in South Bloomfield, Ohio *******
THEY ADMITTED THEY HAVE RATS! RATS! RATS! RATS! I went through the drive-thru and order the Smokehouse Brisket meal. As I'm waiting for the cars in front of me, I notice a black box on either side of the back door. I grabbed a quick picture and zoomed in to discover they were RAT traps. My first thought was, okay, there are rodents running around the fields outside, it makes sense to have them. What didn't make sense is that they are sitting in the customer's view. I decided to politely mention that to the shift manager who was running the window. I told him that having rat traps sitting in the customer's view is not a good look. He said his manager had placed the traps outside the door before gleefully explaining that they have more RAT! Traps inside the store too. Um... what? Unfortunately, I had already paid for my food and was so stunned at what I was hearing - should have asked for my money back but before I could, he asked me to pull forward while he got my "product" ready. I must have zoned out because I waited for the food to arrive. When it did, several minutes later, I took it and pulled out. I was hungry and ignored the conversation I had just had. I regretfully ate the cold fries. I had to wait several minutes to get very cold fries. Then I reached for the sandwich. The paper was put on haphazardly and bun inside was cold. I say bun because it was not a sandwich. What it looked like is someone didn't pick up their food, so the bag was sitting there for half an hour or more. They took the sandwich out, removed the meat and quickly re-wrapped it in the same paper. I ended up going to Tim Horton's across the street where, as luck would have it, I paid the same amount and got exactly what I ordered, and there were no RAT traps in view. Conveniently enough, as I was about to post this review, their district manager called me. Apparently the RATS are normal for that store and he made excuses for why the traps were in plain view of customers. I understand that stores with a field behind them could have a rodent problem, but it's beyond disgusting to announce to the customer that your store has RATS and then to justify it with a simple, meh.

This horrible place gave me stage 5 bowel cancer! I got the loaded chicken bacon ranch mac n cheese when suddenly my stomach felt like 1,000 bulls ran and created a stampede inside my intestines! I went and $#*! it all out but i had to stay in there for 3 weeks. After they got the firemen to get me out i had to be in the hospital on bedrest, my butthole still burns after 2 years! DONT GET FOOD FROM HERE!

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT EAT ART ARBYS

One star rating is a generous gift. Frequently missing items in the drive-thru. Will not answer the telephone at the store, difficult to file any complaint at corporate. Service at the drive-thru is consistently poor. (Unable to add image)

I have been told by so many people to try the fish sandwich. I was very disappointed with it, not crunchy felt like it wasn't completely done in the center and it had no flavor.

I arrived to pick up my online order on time. 20 minutes later the store still couldn't find my order, altho' I showed them the confirmation #, etc. Wouldn't make my food unless I paid again & gave me an 800# to try & get my $$ back. Still waiting on the refund!

Just came through the Arby's drive thru Newark, Delaware@ the old capital trail location, Kirkwood Hwy...and just say this was a total disappointment!I ONLY ORDRRED 2 originally sandwiches, 2 orders of curly fries and 1 order of Mac n cheese bites and every was cold, old food and disappointing! People still expect food to taste like something other than card board fries and sandwiches that look like you could barely see the meat, it was truly horrible and cold! I was on my way back to the store to ask for a REFUND! THIS STORE NEEDS TO DO BETTER, ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME.

REALLY PISSED-OFF at the girl employee ("OT") who took my 12/08/23 order at the drive-thru. I
Repeatedly questioned her order $$ amount at the Pay window and told her the Arby's website clearly shows a "Double Roast Beef" for a Limited Time Price of $4.00. She just kept saying that "her system" did not show that price and I must have saw the wrong item. B___S___! & INSULTING!

Instead of me paying $8.00 for 2 Double Roast Beef, I had to pay $12.38 for these 2 items.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG and stupid for their employee(s) to not know what is shown on the Arby's Website and charge your customers accordingly.

Arby's is NON-RESPONSIVE for reimbursement for the damn discrepancy and her insistence that I can't
Read the damn website correctly. Again, INSULTING!

Tip for consumers:
LOUST FAST-FOOD COMPANY & SERVICE. COULD CARE LESS IF CUSTOMERS HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE, THEY WILL NOT RESPOND.
