So shipping something with aramex means that it takes them approx 3 days before a tracking number is activated on their system meaning the sender has sent the parcel the receiver cant find it and aramex doesn't even know it exists. Thats the whole point aramex doesn't seem to get why their service is pathetic and you have a pathetic star rating on all platforms you have parcels float around for more than 2 days somewhere with no tracking what so ever so you cannot claim responsibility nor can the sender meaning the receiver has to carry the loss if there is a parcel gone! Either that or the people processing parcels are not equip or cannot do their jobs. HAVE A SYSTEM THAT WHEN A PARCEL IS DROPPED OFF AT A DROP OFF POINT IT IS SCANNED INTO YOUR SYSTEM WITH A BAR CODE SCANNER AND ACTIVE WITHIN MINUTES OF DELIVERY WITH STATUS AWAITING COLLECTION AT DROP OFF POINT
People don't mind waiting 3 days what is upsetting is that there is no tracking and poor problem solving on your side as clearly aramex is not equip and their system poorly thought out meaning you cannot help more than the website can so once again if a parcel goes missing we the payers of service run a loss and aramex just lifts their hands not claiming responsibility... CHANGE YOU SYSTEM as its clearly not working

Been 30 days from order shipped they claim they gave it to UPS but UPS claim they never took pocession of the package only paperwork. So it is probably sitting in a warehouse in Dubai or lost. And they refuse to respond to any emails about it. I will never use them for international shipping again.

Having a nightmare when I applied for an exchange/return item on May 6,2021 from Sun and Sands e-commerce and until now it hasn't go back to them (only God knows when) through Aramex. It took them to pick up the item for 10 days and another 5+ days to schedule going to the receiver within Dubai. This is more than 14 days now in total and counting. I don't know who's to contact Aramex or Sun and Sands. Both companies are extremely unprofessional with poor customer service in the highest level. They will give you unsure, inconsistent, vague answers and will leave you with no clear information. The fact that this transaction is only in Dubai and it took more than 14 days(still counting) to deliver, nobody knows when this process will end. Extremely unprofessional!

They want you to contact them to there email I have sent to them many emails and the only answer I got is a new case number! My package is stuck in Spain and the package I have got is for a guy who live in Spain. How is this company work!? How they could put my name on the wrong package. Answer: For God's sake, no. There was this time I ordered from them, a while back through Amazon. And I NEVER GOT THE ORDER. Literally. Until now. And that was YEARS ago. They never explained to me anything, didn't tell me the order had arrived; nothing. And they sent the stuff back without notifying me or anything. I contacted the sender themselves and they apologised and everything (even though it obviously wasn't their fault), and they told me they'd send back the stuff. I waited around for a while, then I realised that aramex DID IT AGAIN: not notifying me of the packages' arrival and sending them back AGAIN to their senders. Oh my Lord, I really, REALLY have absolutely NO idea how they're still operating. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the same problem with them again, because I ordered some stuff online. I really wish we could choose which courier to have deliver our stuff, because then I'd DEFINITELY not choose this tremendously inefficient and incompetent one.
