We spent close to $5000 for a High End Wall Oven and a new washer. I paid for installation for both and an extended warranty for the wall oven. We have the same wall oven and it's simply replacing the new one with the old one. When the crew showed up the guys said they don't install ovens. I said I paid for install and he just shrugged his shoulders. I called Appliances Connection and they said they have a subcontractor that they use for delivery and install and I need to deal with them. They offer install as a courtesy to their customers but they are not responsible. I told her that this is not disclosed on their website and furthermore my sales person did not tell me this. They don't care. So here the oven sits for several weeks in a box in the middle of the kitchen awaiting for YFlogistics to make this right. It's been two weeks and trying to get them to come back to do the install is horrible. I will never deal with either of these companies again. BEWARE
Hands down the absolute worst buying experience. I was sent 2 damaged microwaves and couldn't get my money back. I had to spend $80 to ship the second damaged microwave back. I had the tracking number. Now almost 2 weeks later I have not received my refund of nearly 1k. The communication is awful. There is a ton of misinformation between the departments. One man told me I would get my refund in 24-48 hours. The next department said I am sorry you were told that but that's not accurate. I ended up getting the microwave at Best Buy, it was not damaged, and it was less than the one from here. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

These guys are clowns. PAID for new fridge in mid-October. Delivery got botched EVERY time it was scheduled. I was supposed to get refrigerator before Thanksgiving and took day off from work... no delivery, no call, and couldn't get customer service until AFTER Thanksgiving. Delivery got rescheduled without coordinating with me and they tried to bring on a day I was not home. Rescheduled delivery and when they showed up, unit was dented. Called to get new unit delivered... not available. Asked for next best available unit ($800 more) and had to beg them to reduce price and they only offered $100 off. I called and asked for the manager and they offered $200. Totally disappointing from start to finish and I'm going to get my money back. I expect to have to do that through my credit card company since these jokers won't help.

I cancelled an order the same day I made it. They charged anyway. Refused to refund my money even though I don't have the product and confirmed that it was returned to them (after they told me the order was cancelled and they attempted to send it anyway). One full month later and no refund. Stay away

I wanted to hold out on writing my review until both of my appliances arrived. I ordered a sofa and a Refrigerator. The refrigerator arrived in a week and the sofa arrived in 2 weeks. I was fine with how everything turned out because Appliances Connection gave me a heads up about their inventory. The end result was new appliances to be safely transported to my home. I got what I asked for so I'm happy!
I purchased approximately $******* before client's 10 months ago because I was building a house and during COVID. You couldn't get appliances so we bought them in stored them.
The box is where a perfect condition he opened the boxes open and looked like hes appliances or dropped off at building. They were apparently reboxed I could've clients connection. They refused to cover anything so I'm out about $4600 buyer beware.
Do not buy nothing from Appliance Connection go to Lowe's or home depot as your best bet they are ethical Appliance Connection is not.
I purchased three appliances in June 2018 from Appliance Connection. Sally helped me with the sale and then Orland helped me file for the Whirlpool rebates. I am very happy with my new gas range, French door refrigerator and matching over the range microwave. I shopped for prices in Oklahoma for the same items and Appliance Connection beat all prices. I also received zero tax and free delivery. I highly recommend this company to my friends for any appliance purchases.

Had some dents on left side, fortunately not visible were refrigerator is placed. Unit was dropped off not put in place. Not sure what the process would have been should I have refused delivery due to the dents. I believe it would have been my responsibility to have it shipped back at my expense? Not a good option!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased my appliances before from Best Buy or PC Richard's, not sure why i change that this time. I bought a 6500 $ Thermador Range from Appliance Connection. The sale person, Natasha, was very nice during the purchase process. After that i started having problems, first there were mishaps with the delivery. Trying to contact them i spent hours on the phone. Finally, they delivered and installed the range but it does not work. Contacted them the same day and since, i keep calling them to try to get it solved. I had to call myself Thermador and the service date is more than 2 months after purchasing the range. We are now for all this time with no functioning stove. I keep calling Appliance Connection, hours and hours spent on the phone with no result. Again, do not buy from them! They are nice when they are selling you the product but all that stops once they take your money!

I placed an order with Appliances Connection for more money than other places as they listed the product as in stock with a 12-14day delivery window, more than enough time before my contractor was scheduled. After waiting more than 7month for the appliance to be delivered I then had to try and get my contractor rescheduled. This ended up being more than 30days after delivery. The appliance arrived damaged and since it was not unpacked for install within their 30 day window I now have a very expensive piece of trash and they will not replace or repair it.

Very good quality product just like i want. No damaged on the product and delivered in time. I have experienced a good purchase service. Price is also good. They had a good service. Customer relationship is very excellent. Appliance works and was delivered by friendly service. I am really happy with their service.
Delivered a broken washer/dryer. Delivery company did not notify company it was broken. Called to ask, they were unaware, called again to reconfirm and customer service rep raised their voice at me and said it was my fault for not confirming, could not confirm if I would have to pay or not for installation again. Will never order from here again.

I bought a refrigerator had it delivered they let a 17 year old sign off didn't ask anyone to look at refrigerator it had scratches and dents on it. Just as soon as I looked at refrigerator I called them and they tried to act like I scratched it. You can bet I will never do business with them again. I suggest that you deal with local people

When I first initially went through them through a third-party it was advised that the item was in stock. Now they're blaming the Covid thing 90 days later and I have not received my couch. Where is other people are having no problems with the Covid they're having several problems with Covid and keep blaming Covid as a scapegoat! I am very unhappy with this company and do not advise that you ordered with them! Now if I cancel the order I would be further inconvenience and I have to wait even longer to get a new couch! I'm so in happy and I wish I had known better!

I received your email with all the instructions on what to for on delivery and I instructed my wife what to do.The package was delivered and left out in the snow with no call or knock on the door.The box was pretty we on the top but everything was ok inside.
I ordered a dishwasher several weeks ago.
I put it on a 12 month bo interest card. I have the bill but no dishwasher. I am getting a serious runaround between AC and the trucking company. Not a happy camper.

We purchased a microwave at the beginning of our kitchen renovations. We had to wait for all of our appliances to come in which put us outside the 30 day return. We realized the microwave would not work for us. Brand new, still in the box and they would not let us return it. Stores ask us to be patient with them during covid, but make no such exceptions for their customers.

Whatever you do, do NOT purchase anything from Appliances Connection. They delivered a very damaged refrigerator and 4+ months later, after dozens of emails, have not replaced or fixed the broken product. Working with their customer service is painful, have filed a complaint with the NY Better Business Bureau.

I have to say that I had the most unbelievably good experience with appliancesconnection.com. We came home from work and decided we needed a new refrigerator. I went to work researching prices on new refrigerators. Appliances Connection had free delivery, free haul away, and great reviews. I have to say it wasn't until after I researched appliancesconnection.com that I saw the exact same refrigerator for a lot less on their site and bought it. Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.
Answer: We ship over 1.6 million orders per year. Of those shipments, you have viewed an iota of complaints against our company. Likewise, the positive reviews also outweigh the negative reviews. It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
