We are still awaiting a call back to resolve our Delivery issue. I'm giving them 2 stars because the washer dryer stackable Maytags are beautiful. Bad news, I don't know if they work. They were delivered without any hoses, power cords, dryer vents, etc to hook them up! Yet I was billed for all of it. AND our realtor went to the store to try and get the parts and they were $90. Versus appliance Connections charge of $168.99!
The whole process from ordering online to delivery was perfect! Once the order was placed, we were kept updated via email on the appliance location and shipping status. In addition, the shipping company that was used to deliver the appliance was top notch too! Thank you!
Stay away from this company. They are scammers. I bought a furniture from them and it was totally different from what is posted on line when it was delivered. Also delivered 10 days after the proposed delivery date. I refused to take the furniture and sent it back. They refused to refund me. After so much hassle they gave me partial refund for no apparent reason. They also went to their website and changed the picture of the furniture to claim they sent the right one. Poor customer service and trained to scam. Worst customer service experience I had.

My experience with Appliance Connection has been really bad. They lied on numerous occasions. I paid for expedited shipping and did not receive it. They repeatedly gave me untrue information just to string me along. For instance, "Your items are in stock" and will ship out immediately. I placed my order Aug 30th and today(Sep 15th) I am still being told my washer and dryer are in transit. Expedited shipping per their site for in stock items 24hr processing and 7-10 days delivery.
Do NOT order from this company. I received a damaged wine refrigerator and immediately contacted customer service. They asks for pics and said they would file a claim and either issue a refund or an exchange. After no word for a week I contacted them again. They asks for pictures again and I resent the pics. This went on for 3 weeks. I then contacted UPS myself to file a claim only to find out that ApplianceConnection had already filed a claim and had been reimbursed for the wine refrigerator and shipping charges. I contacted them and was told that I would have to pay shipping charges and return the refrigerator myself in order to get a refund. The shipping charges for me to send it back are astronomical. They kept the money paid by UPS and left me with a worthless wine refrigerator.

After ordering a refrigerator on July 4th, and told it would ship on Monday, a week went by with no shipping confirmation. We called and emailed as we got the run around between them and the shipping company. After which we were told that model was now out of stock. We worked with a sales associate who was very helpful, but we did spend an additional 1k$ to order a model that was in stock, with another promise of shipping in 24 hours. That didn't happen for another 13 days. As of now the unit we ordered is supposedly in the Cleveland warehouse. When were just disconnected as we were complaining to a manager. We are out of 3800$, no refrigerator and no answers... DON'T DO IT! USE A LOCAL SUPPLIER!

I purchased a Bosch cooktop & wall oven from appliance connection. The website page for the oven contained a PDF guide that reflected a picture of the cooktop installed above the wall oven. I went a purchased both. No where did the website state that this was not possible. When the products were delivered the installers stated that installing a cooktop over a wall oven is not possible. So I refused delivery. Appliance connection is seeking to refund the amount less $1.50 per pound, which comes to approx $600. They claim that nowhere does it state that the combo install is possible, which saying the PDF guide is not to be followed.
They are a SCAM website and should be fined. And I want my money back.
I recently did a lot of research on buying appliances both locally and online. I found AppliancesConnection in my search. I decided to buy a much-needed wall oven online from this company. Their website has so much information and is easy to use. It was so easy to make the purchase. Their communication is great and delivery was exactly as scheduled. Because of this purchase I decided to replace our Cooktop with and Induction Cooktop and again I turned to Appliances Connection. Within 3 days I had the cooktop installed in my house! Both appliances were delivered well packed and without any damage! I would do business with them again!

I placed an order with a representative that reassured me that my item was in stock. I followed up with an email just to be sure and sure enough they told me it was in stock and would ship in 2-3 weeks. I log in to check the status of my order and it says the item is out of stock. I call and speak to a different rep, where I'm apologized to and told that item is not/was not in stock and they're not sure why I was told that... So misrepresenting stock items to make a sale?
Mind you, this second rep, I had to sit on hold for 30 minutes in a queue for to then be transferred to the first reps manager, who didn't answer and who's voicemail was full so it disconnected me from the system.
Unacceptable. Unprofessional. And now I have to wait for a call back to cancel my order.

The cord on the dishwasher is too short even though the electrical outlet is right next to the dishwasher. Now I have an extension chord under the kitchen sink. Not cool and probably not safe. Other than that everything is good.
Ordered my appliances on this website. Prices were good, I was able to select my delivery date, but when that date came and went with no word from them I was told that date was just an "estimate" when I asked when I would receive my order, they could not tell me. I am now 4 days past my delivery date, no one can tell me where my appliances are or when they will be delivered. When I call I am put on hold for 20+ min, when I email, no one responds. The website does not have a tracking number that works. I am nervous for my money. Definitely would NOT recommend
Bought a Kitchen fan. It arrived damaged and I immediately contacted the firm. They took almost three weeks to get the product picked up and returned to them. They delayed the picked up and blamed it on a dispute with fedx. Very little focus on customer service as the kept delaying the pick after multiple calls and emails on my side. I would never purchase from this firm. Bought next fan elsewhere.

Ordered my appliance on April 3rd and finally got a working unit installed on May 25th. The price was $100 less than our local store and no tax. So it seemed to be a good deal. Then the nightmare started. The unit was damaged during shipping and it took moving a mountain to get it fixed. All of the leg work, follow up, install and re-install is on your time. Their customer service is horrible (until Richard the manager gets involved - he is good).
Horrible customer service. Received two stoves with dents. Received a microwave with broken wire prongs. Spent 3 weeks without a working stove or a microwave. They didn't send anyone to install the stove even though we paid for the service, so we had to call our own electrician. The cord I bought from them for the electric range, was missing an important part so electrician wasn't able to install the stove. When I called them to request a discount for the inconvenience, they said they don't do that. Any company with the slightest amount of decency would do something to make a customer come back to them but they were rude, unprofessional and completely unapologetic for their mistakes. They should be ashamed of themselves.
I liveI ordered a sectional couch on 3/3/17 ( said it was IN STOCK) would ship between 3/6-3/9... its now 3/31/17 and still have NO SOFA. Now they are saying it should arrive 4/4-4/9... over a month. I would NEVER order from them again. I tried to cancel my order and they told me since it shipped on 3/17 i cant... which it DID NOT ship on that date. I tried to write a review on their page and they took it down. I've been without living room furniture for a month.
It was 20 days between when I ordered it and when it arrived. To me, that's too long for an item that is "in stock and ready to ship." They didn't even ship it for over a week. After I noticed they were not shipping, I emailed to cancel the order so I could order from a faster source. They took a couple of days before answering my email. Then, instead of cancelling it as I asked, they just said it was confirmed to ship out the next day. Though, it didn't ship out the next day. It was several days after that. The only way I would buy from appliances connection again is if I was in no hurry whatsoever to get it.

I bought a fridge from them: Summit FFBF181SS
Delivery took longer than I expected ( eg 2-3 weeks). During removal of the old fridge, their mover lost the grip of the hand truck and the fridge fell down my concrete stairwell, causing cracking and about $1000 of damage. I contacted AC several times and didn't get a response. I left a product review and it "magically" never appeared.
The fridge itself is below average. Lots of ice in the back wall, uneven cooling ( items in the back of the fridge freeze all the time. The magnetic seal on the freezer works randomly. All this from a "top end" fridge.
I paid half the price to get another fridge at ikea and it works just as well.
I ordered a Frigidaire range and received it severely damaged. The range has been dropped and still delivered to us that way! I made the delivery company come back and look at the damage. I have called and called about this problem and I have been told I have to pay to send this back. Mind you I was told it would be taken care of and would be refunded once they picked this stove up. The problem is. Besides everything, is that they won't pick it up.
Please do not order from this company because they are very dishonest! Trust me I know

Placed order in early August (order # *******). Promised shipping time was over a week overdue and there was no shipping and no communication of why it didn't ship or when it would. I filed a support ticket and was given a new ship date. Likewise that date came and went with no shipping and no communication. Same thing over and over. I did finally received my order in a little over 4 months (it was initially promised in 2-3 weeks). Never again.
I waited 2 months for my furniture to arrive. However, service reps were very attentive to my concerns, and always have a timely response. Even though it took long to get my furniture, I paid less for it than I would anywhere else.
Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.
Answer: We ship over 1.6 million orders per year. Of those shipments, you have viewed an iota of complaints against our company. Likewise, the positive reviews also outweigh the negative reviews. It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
