SD bullion is one of a handful of highly reliable and trustworthy sellers of precious metals on the internet. I have ordered from them several times and their shipping time, packing quality, and policies are similar to other top-shelf internet dealers. They differ in one respect only: they don't offer free shipping. This means they can often have the lowest price around... you just have to do the math to see whether it's worth it ofter shipping. For larger orders it frequently is. I can recommend them.

It was 20 days between when I ordered it and when it arrived. To me, that's too long for an item that is "in stock and ready to ship." They didn't even ship it for over a week. After I noticed they were not shipping, I emailed to cancel the order so I could order from a faster source. They took a couple of days before answering my email. Then, instead of cancelling it as I asked, they just said it was confirmed to ship out the next day. Though, it didn't ship out the next day. It was several days after that. The only way I would buy from appliances connection again is if I was in no hurry whatsoever to get it.

The operators of this site are theifs and fraudsters.

I ordered a small amount of their product. They emailed saying they were going to charge my card for almost twice what I had agreed to. I replied and told them to cancel my order. They never replied to that. I kept checking my credit card for a week to ensure they didn't charge me and it seemed that they didn't.

However, they waited 10 days (until after I was checking it) and charged me anyway. They never sent me any of the product. Four months later, they charged my card again, for even more money, completely without my knowledge.

This site is operated by serious criminals. They have an F rating on the BBB. Avoid at all costs!
