Nowadays with so many different retailers online to provide such a terrible customer service and delivering an order for weeks and weeks and not being able to provide a good customer service is just doesn't make sense. Never using this company again.
I had amazing service and the chair i purchased was very nice quality for not a huge price! When it arrived they were very nice and set it up for me as well. I would recommend this company to family and friends!

Despite the negative reviews I've seen regarding Appliances Connection, I received my appliances in the time I was promised. It only took a week for my wall oven and 4 days for my microwave. I would use them again for appliance orders

My order # ******* was delivered today on 17th July 2018 morning around 10:30 am.
The delivery guy was rude and scratched the floor and not helpful. Talked rude to my wife.
It has scratches on the sofa at 2 places and are very noticeable.
The delivery Driver was notified of the damage and he took pictures and made a note of it as well.

Hi we bought 2 stack washer dryer i sign paper work didnt read well, delivary came as a 4 dryer so they took back now i am talking to customer service they asking $1200 shipping fee and after all they charge me $500 on my card they try to steal each dollar from you never ever buy from this company i am posting on my business group also all social media my all hotelier friend will never using you for sure... Manager * is rude and incompetent. My order was delayed for over 2 months and I was lied to over and over again about when they will ship my items. They listed a discontinued item on their website and then tell me they did not have the updated item in stock when their website says 7-10 days shipping as the item status. Not only did they not contact me each time it is delayed, they tried to make more money off of me by asking me to pay extra to have the items shipped separately. Requested a call from a manager 5 time to discuss and did not hear back even once from them. Will never do business with these unprofessional people again.

We ordered a microwave and cooktop from this company. The cooktop came in with LP jets instead of natural gas and one knob was scratched. The microwave doesn't work but Appliance Connections will NOT issue a return authorization! Terrible attitude and we are out $275 for a piece of junk with no recourse,

My wife and I were looking at a Miele dishwasher for months. We finally decided to bite the bullet and spend 3K for a nice dishwasher and Appliances Connection said they had them in stock ready to ship. I thought it was odd, because they were backordered at most other dealers. We ordered the Dishwasher and it arrived horribly damaged. It looked like it fell off the truck with a massive dent crushing the side of the appliance. It's completely unusable. Appliances Connection is refusing to return or refund. We are out $3,000 now and are pursuing legal action. This company is a FRAUD. Never order anything from them, they sell damaged products and will take your money.
My husband and I were treated disrespectfully over the phone by a manager (or so he claimed) at appliances connection. He literally asked us was he the only Samsung Dealer and why did why buy from him then informed us that he'll be cancelling our order. We bought a Samsung refrigerator on May 5/28. The original est ship date listed was May 29 - June 1. Fast forward to June 5 after speaking with (and being lied to by) several other representatives throughout the week and there's still no update or eta. I was told Monday June 1 by Vico, a floor manager, that there was a shipment coming in that day and it would ship within 2-3 days. Here we are, Friday June 5 and the aforementioned "manager" who rudely asserted that he'd be canceling our order, told us that the eta was July 31st. He refused to give me his name or let us speak to his superior. I'm forwarding this complaint to the better business bureau, Samsung and yelp.
We've ordered multiple appliances from Appliance Connections and couldn't be happier with them and their services. We were able to buy the next model up rather than settling for a lower model from a big box store.
We've also had great experience with the delivery team. They were courteous and professional. They were very proactive with communicating with us about when they would arrive.
We highly recommend Appliance Connections!

They are terrible. They do not deliver as promised. Find anybody else. Stay away from them. Have been waiting two months for delivery. They keep extending it. They are terrible. They could care less how it affects their consumer.
Great support on questions regarding purchase and delivery. Delivery was quick and it arrived a day ahead of the anticipated date.
Easy to track and Appliances Connection checking back with me along the way from initial purchase to delivery.
Paid for a washer and a dryer AND the installation. That's when the horror began. Gas leaks, broken parts and ultimately a refusal on Appliances Connection to do anything other than pass the buck a la "maybe try calling the trucking company." So to recap I have paid for the appliance, the installation AND the repair. The emergency technician said "the worst install I have EVER seen." Appliances Connection in the meantime is telling me that the problem is not theirs. And they're right. The problem is mine for being stupid enough to buy from them in the first place.

The appliance arrive at my house so I got on their website to check on the electrical plug and it had not shipped. While I was on the web site I noticed that they had the same product advertise for $126.00 less so I asked them about the price match. They told me once the product shipped they don't price match according to their policy. So needless to say the day I received my product I paid more for it than Best Buy and they were selling it for. There is no 30 day price match guarantee with this company.
They items I was interested was in stock. Someone reached out to me to double check shipping info. The delivery came on time and the delivery drive was wonderful. I will definitely purchase from them again
Entertainment cabinet was beautiful but disappointing due to a quarter sized chip in the right front corner. Chip was directly underneath corner protector, which was undamaged, so the damage must have been there prior to shipping.
Everything seemed okay, except item hadn't shipped in over a week. When I called they said they were going to have to charge me an additional $200 for shipping, because they didn't have anyone coming to my location. Seems pretty shady to me. Don't waste your time and energy here. Pick a more reputable company. Don't believe me? Look at their BBB rating.
It has been a terrible experience dealing with Appliances Connection and I will never purchase from them again. Last year I bought a microwave, and after waiting 4 hours to sign for the delivery they then canceled the delivery. This year I ordered a larger appliance. They delivered the wrong item. The item they sent is the wrong size and I didn't discover that until we tried to have someone install it-- and I still had to pay the installation company for coming out. Now I am trying to work with Appliances Connection to get the correct item delivered, and they have been incredibly slow in trying to fix their mistake. It looks like it will be over a month until I can get the appliance I originally ordered (when I was initially expecting to get it within a week) and I am so disappointed. I recommend staying away from this company.

Beware of misleading prices and delivery promise dates on this company's website. The ice maker I ordered from them arrived a week later than promised and did not include the front panel. The front panel was an additional $299.
Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.
Answer: We ship over 1.6 million orders per year. Of those shipments, you have viewed an iota of complaints against our company. Likewise, the positive reviews also outweigh the negative reviews. It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
