I'm never ordering from them again! I order a thousand dollars bed set from them and I elected to have to white glove service! Unbeknownst to me it was a bait and switch! After I checked out, it told me to call and have the white glove set up! After I called they told me I had not selected white glove service!!! When I indeed did!!! So they got my business under false pretense then fold me I had to pay $200.00 for the white glove service! Their customer service was obnoxious and low class!! I received the drawers to my bed damaged as well! They sent out a replacement, and that came damaged as well! I will never refer anyone to and will go elsewhere to furnish the rest of my house! Disgusting!!!
Im from Chicago and this is the worst Chicago pizza experience I've had! When I first bit the pizza it was really cold and soupy! The manager was absolutely lousy and gave lame excuses! And the reason I'm writing this review is because first timers that have not had Chicago pizza would not like Chicago pizza based on an experience here!! And Chicago pizza is way better than what they represented here! A MAJOR misrepresentation OF WHAT CHICAGO PIZZA IS! Lousy management and very lousy cooks! **NOTE**** The server was absolutely amazing she offered to take care of us but the food was lousy! !! AND THE MANGER WAS THE MOST LOUSY! We did not ask for any compensation and we turn down free dessert!!!!
So I ordered food and the price was unusually high which is fine. I went to ask the cook why the price of my food was so high he copped the biggest attitude and was very unfriendly and very un-customer service oriented! So much so I could have yanked him behind the counter I am so frustrated. I smile and was cordial to the low class person/cook. I even tipped him!! So when I ask questions about my food I expect all the questions to be answered in a friendly tone and with a smile. This guy was everything but that and it's a big problem right now!!! If I ever go back there, it'll be 1000° outside in January!!!!!
