Thank you apple!
I just purchased an iPhone4s and they delivered it in like 3 business days!
Extremely great company!
Selling iPhones for double the price in India.
Big fraud, absolutely useless, never getting iPhone.
Tasmime case number ************** was the most patient young lady on phone with me for a hour. I can highly recommend her
Will never go back to Apple again, they're products are appauling - constant problems, battery issues, lacking features and everything is extra $$$.
For me so far. Apple have shown up great. Both by way of product functionability, reliable and efficient service. When I encountered a problem
Been having my iphone 6s for 6 months now. Awesome service and very practical. Will upgrade in September when the 7 comes out :)) )
I bought an iPhone 11 from AT&T a couple months ago and it worked fine for 2 months. 2 months later the Bluetooth started acting up, it would disconnect and reconnect on it own with any device I tried using.
After spending around 15 hours in total (not exaggerating) on the phone with many different representatives and supervisors, Apple agreed to replace the phone. The problem is I'm overseas (and not in the US) so after searching I found someone that kindly agreed to bring my phone to the US (New York), and someone else (in Detroit Michigan) to bring my replacement phone back to me. The new problem was that I had to return the defected phone in the same box the new phone was delivered in and within 10 days of getting the replacement, so now I found a 3rd person to bring the box from Michigan to New York.
After that huge headache I finally got my new phone (BTW I paid a 30$ fee to apple for this service), I opened the phone very excitingly just to find out that the sim is locked to a carrier (no idea which one) and any sim I put in it says "sim not valid". So I spent another close to 10 hours on the phone with apple and got a response that I need to send my phone to repair in the US ( and find people who can take it to the US again). After a long argument we agreed that I can send it to repair in the country I'm currently in. So I call them up, go through the whole same process of trying to fix the problem again (another hour and a half on the phone) and as a response they send me the phone number of 2 repair labs that are apple certified. One of the 2 numbers was disconnected so that's a dead end, the other I spent an hour listening to their ring song before I gave up.
So basically now I own a 700$ iPod, great investment.
Don't ever want to deal with apple again!
P.S. I've been a huge android lover my whole life, this was my first iPhone I ever owned.
Steve Jobs made a living off of the backs of children, what a monster! The prices for anything APPLE is totally absurd and quality is horrible.
If you ask me, Apple is From another Planet, they have stuff there that's like out of this world, makes you wanna say, Apple take me to your leader.
I am using iPhone X, airpods, apple watch, iPad and it seems I am a fan of Apple. Al products are stylish and work well.
I just bought iphone 13 pro max and already regreted for spending my money on this dirty phone.
Comparing to SAMSUNG, I call it dirty bog $#*!
My interest for Apple started in 2010, when I saw my friend's iPhone 3Gs for the first time. I was intrigued. I wanted to know what it is, that makes the iPhone running so smooth. I played around with it, even searched more details about it. At that time, I was with an Android phone (my first one ever) - Galaxy Ace. The specs were identical on both the Galaxy Ace and the iPhone 3Gs. Yes, but the iPhone delivered a far superior experience, whereas the Android smartphone was lagging as crazy and even had missing apps like Temple Run, which you could find with ease on the Apple's App Store. This exact game (for an instance) was missing, because the specifications of the Galaxy Ace were too low to run it. But it never came to specifications. Apple just makes their products run smoothly, because they make their own components and choose their own clock speeds, amount of RAM, etc. Also, the iOS experience is on another level. Until 2016, the Android experience was not that pleasant: for example Samsung's Touch Wiz skin was horrible, other brands like LG and Sony had custom skins for Android too. All Android users can agree that pure Android is always the best. Apple is keeping their OS clean, everything calculated, the hardware is always made to handle the software. Also, the lifetime of their products is amazing. The iPhone 5S from 2013 is still supported in 2019 and has the latest version of iOS. This shows that Apple cares about their products. I personally own an iPhone SE, which I bought last year and I am impressed by it's performance. It has the same specs as the iPhone 6S, but it is in the body of the 5S. I would never go back to Android. When you experience something like iOS and Apple as a whole, there is no going back. At least for me.
I had no issues with Apple until I dealt with their customer service...
1) I needed to recover my phone, followed the steps for ALL options, and I am sitting a month later with no access to my phone. This is some kind of CONSPIRACY! They refuse to hold up their end of the bargain and do what THEIR options suggest. This is the email they sent me:
An account recovery request for your Apple ID (-------------------------) was made from the web near ------------, AL on March 15,2018 at 1:47:32 PM CDT. The contact phone number provided was +1 (---) --- ----.
You will receive a text or a phone call at this number when your account is ready to recover on March 29,2018 at 1:47:32 PM CDT. For updated status information or to provide additional information to help recover your account, visit https://iforgot.apple.com
If you didnt make this request or do not recognize the information presented above, you should cancel account recovery immediately to keep your account secure.
Apple Support
2) That is the exact message. On March 29th, NO text was sent. Then when my husband and I called inquiring about the recovery process, they couldn't even validate that they sent the email in the first place.
3) Also, the email that they sent mentioned, "For updated status information or to provide additional information to help recover your account, visit https://iforgot.apple.com", which makes no sense because it sends you back through the process of recovery. It's madness.
4) Calling again, they wanted me to go back through the recovery process a third time, which would mean being without my device for two months.
5) Great product, terrible customer service. They just keep re-reading some script, and fail to really assist with the customer's request.
I like all my apple products they all go so well when they conect with each othe and i like my apple watch which can make me feel im so healthy
They need to make a scrunchy nose emoji. I think that apple should make a scrunchy nose emoji because it would be super cute!
I wanted to buy an iPad for my daughter. She had a gift card that I was using (with her permission), which limited the choices I had; most new iPads were more expensive, and I opted to try the Apple website that offered refurbished iPads. Note that this was an official Apple website, not a third-party one.
It was a terrible experience, and I would advise anyone to avoid using this site.
I first tried to order an 8th-generation iPad in Space Gray, the color my daughter preferred. The item was shown as available on the website. The cost was acceptable given the amount of her gift card. The order appeared to go through, but a day later, I was advised that the order was canceled. I called Apple and was told that unfortunately the Space Gray was out of stock. Worse, Apple had put a "hold" on the amount of the purchase, and I had to wait for that to clear before I could use the full amount of the gift card again.
Forewarned by this experience, I first called Apple to check that the next color choice for this generation of iPad (silver) was in stock. I was told it was. Once the hold on the card cleared, I ordered the silver. Apple accepted the order, and I received an email saying the order was "in process" and was projected to be delivered on a certain date. That date passed without any progress on the order. Today, I received an email saying that THIS order was canceled. I called Apple again and was told, again, that the color was out of stock.
I have used Apple products for years and have been very happy with their design and functionality. However, this experience has undermined my confidence that Apple cares about its customers. This borders on improper consumer practices.
True, my daughter has not lost any money - this would be consumer fraud - but the time and effort I've spent trying to buy a product that appeared to be available (or was confirmed to be available) on Apple's website was completely wasted, and my daughter still does not have an iPad.
Again, I advise you not to expect the Apple refurbished website to be reliable or able to fulfill your orders.
How can you not love apple? Thank you for my student discount, thank you for my macbook and thank you for all the iphones I have used over the years.
Answer: Is this a question or a problem.
Answer: Buy an iPad. I believe that is what you want as thats their only device that looks like a "tablet".
Answer: IPhone's are more reliable and they last longer (mainly because of the software, and the software updates). Moreover, Apple has better warranties, better customer service, and their product have a better resell value.
Answer: You have to a Mac computer to unlock it or go to a store where they unlock phones
