I wanted to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience using Apple services and products. I believe it is essential to provide feedback when customers face issues, in the hope that it can lead to improvements in the future.
Recently, I received a small sum of money (less than $100) via the Apple Cash app, which prompted a sudden and unexpected request for extensive personal information verification. This included my name, address, email, the last four digits of my social security number, and then also my full social security number. Understandably, given recent incidents of fraud on another credit card, I was skeptical about providing such sensitive information. Regrettably, my decision to test the system by entering "*******" led to me being locked out of my Apple Cash account.
Desperate to resolve the issue, I reached out to Apple Support earlier today, where I spoke with Richard and his supervisor, Alicia. To my disappointment, they informed me that I had been suspended from using Apple Pay, and there was no apparent way to lift this suspension. Furthermore, I learned that I couldn't create a new account without using my social security number, a requirement that Apple strictly enforces.
I've noticed a concerning decline in the overall quality of Apple's products and services. IPhones, which were once known for their reliability and innovation, appear to have lost their charm. Similarly, the experience with Apple's services has deteriorated, as evident in my recent ordeal with Apple Cash. This has left me with a sense of dissatisfaction and frustration.
Given the aforementioned issues, I've made the difficult decision to discontinue my use of Apple services and to part with all Apple products I own, including my iPhone, iPad, MacBook, iMac, and Apple TV. It saddens me to take this step, as I have been a long-time Apple customer, but I feel it is necessary to protect my personal information and seek more reliable alternatives.
I hope that my feedback can contribute to improving the experiences of other Apple users in the future. While I understand that no company is without its challenges, it is crucial that customers' concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.

First clearly Siri is programmed in some country where English is Not the first language and as such half the things I say to her come up in some sort of foreign words! So annoying! Funny the first 3 times SMH. Has anyone at Apple ever tried going to Facebook on Safari? Now I know Apple is going to blame Facebook and Facebook is going to blame Apple. Now let's discuss iCloud. The program by which Apple endeavors to hijack/extort (a Federal imprisonable offense) money from honest consumers. I have caught them downloading the iCloud back onto one of my several iPads, making it full, while claiming my iCloud is full and I should be paying more monthly for iCloud storage! Wanna really piss them off, get someone else's storage plan! Truly all hell broke loose then! I believe this is criminal and I am waiting on my $10 check from some undoubtedly soon to be filed class action law suit. In fact, I think I could finance law school, go back, and then make a living and pay back the loans just handling class action law suits against Apple. Of course a lot of it would be breach of security because too many people I know, including myself, have been in one room discussing something they need to buy only to walk into another room and pick up your iPad and find an advertisement for what you were discussing in another room pop right up on the browser on your iPad! Booya! Someone is listening and selling your information and they are called Apple! And I paid for this? We need a new "Apple"! When I spent my approximately $11,000.00 for the various Apple products we have in my family, I believed that I then owned them and that would mean no one should be coming into my home without an invitation. That would be illegal, right? A right that one cannot sign away? I cannot sign away my right to privacy, or theft of my personal information.
Apple actually makes cool products of good quality! Thumb up fot it! Will continue purchasing products of Apple.
