They had a glitch that resulted in the loss of all my passwords in the keychain.
After 2 weeks of phone calls they've been trying to blame me for it in different ways. Every time I was proving them wrong, by repeating the same actions.
Some "senior advisors", were incapable of even comprehending the problem, others outright lied.
Some said no compensation can be given.
One out of 10ish placed an order for the compensation and said he'd get back to me, but never did.
Trying to chase it, resulted in hours waiting for the phone calls that never rang.
And almost every person you peak with through the chat or on the phone are downright incompetent.
They say you can leave a feedback/complaint on the website, but as soon as you do, there's a message specifically saying they won't be getting to you personally.
So for the company that gives this little of a S**** about it's customers it seems pretty pointless leaving them a feedback.
With such a dominance in the market and such pathetic customer service, it is very disappointing to see great products being delivered and managed by ignorant and incompetent buffoons.
I was an apple user for 15ish years, and it is sad to see the company that had my loyalty for this long treats you like s**** and there's nothing you can do about it, and nobody in this company gives two s***s about you or you problems. Sad to see the work and the creation of Steve Jobs being reduced to shaving increasingly expensive products down poor shmuck's throats but when something goes wrong you are on your own. Instead of support there's this intense incompetence and ignorance (beurocratic as well as personal).
I know it's just a review, but at least it gives me an opportunity to share my experience. I doubt it'll affect anyone's purchasing decisions, as even I myself quite like apple products. It just sucks being used and abused by the company that was built on values to bring an incredible product to customers and seeing it increasingly taking advantage of it's loyal customers while delivering less innovation and absolutely disgusting customer service.
I switched up from 5S so i can't say how much it is an improvement over 6 but i definitively enjoy the new OS9 and the bigger screen.
I made a payment through Paypal. But they said the next 10 days to reply.

Purchased an app and it does not work, contacted customer service to ask for a refund ant the refund was refused without any reason and when I asked what was the reason I did not get an answer just been stayed that there is no more information that they can provide about the case as iTunes closed the case, so my conclusion is that if someone has a bad day you don't get your refund.
Also the information on the apps page was misleading and incomplete only after you purchase the app you will see that the app needs a subscription to use more features like the pApple pencil and all this was not mentioned on the app's page but in my case the app is not working as it should work without the subscription so is unusable the mouse is laghing and the windows are laghing the screen is fogghy and unusable the name of the app is DUET DISPLAY
So I can say that I have been Scammed by Apple so don't buy apps from Apple store unless you know you will use that app forever as you will not get your money back if the app is not working you get Scammed by APPLE I have emails and screenshots to prove that my review is genuine

My elderly mom is an existing Apple TV user and been paying for AppleTV monthly. She recently purchased a MacBook Pro in January 2021 and is eligible for a free year of AppleTV with Apples urgent promotion. When she clicked on the email link, it did not activate the free year and continues to be charged monthly.
We tried calling Apple directly regarding the Apple TV promotion, but was disconnected several times via phone and had to call back and wait on hold numerous times. I was transferred from one service department to another and then disconnected. I was finally put in touch with a supervisor, Travis, at Apple.
Travis verified that my mom is eligible to receive 12 mos of Apple TV with her recent Apple purchase. However, he said it had been activated on Weds 1/20 and then canceled on 1/23. He said since it had already been activated, he was not able to reactivate. He offered to do 3 months free of AppleTV, and said that's the best he could do. Since I had been working on this issue for over 3 hours, I just took the 3 months of AppleTV for my mom. I asked to speak with his supervisor to get the remaining 9 months owed to mom, and he said he couldn't transfer me to anyone as there was nothing further that could be done. He was "very sorry and understood how we felt.". Seriously Apple? My elderly mom recently lost her wife, has been stuck at home alone due to COVID and only has her tv to occupy her time! She shares her accounts with no one! After spending $2300 on a computer and was told she would receive this bonus benefit, it should not be this difficult to fix.
The account always said there would be a $4.99 monthly charge. Her free 12-months were never enabled! Horrible way to treat the elderly. Way to go Apple! You should be ashamed of yourself!
YES, The security for recovering passwords is tight but I Accept that it is worth it, if its a serious account you should remember your details.
