I have had pretty good experiences with I-tunes. I have delt with good customer service and they were very good about refunding money for a few things that weren't what I thought they were.
This is my 2nd time ordering online from apple and this is my 2nd time having it canceled for unknown reasons. You can say, for me, the online order is 100% useless. Just pick it up from the store.
Overall Apple is good! I just wished that they had more Apple stores in the smaller cities because I have to drive at least 3 hours to get to the Apple Store but when I do get there I leave happy

Apple provided me with a defective phone, breaks the screen and then charges me to fix it. Worst customer service experience I've ever received.
I had a 2 days delivery delay and customer support responded quickly and notified me about the package status. Constant updates made it even better.

Apple every time comes with new and creative products. These people really do hard work to satisfy their client and I am from one of them.
No headphone or usb jacks inputs and now all the OS are full of glitches and constantly failing. Apple support does not even try to help anymore.
