The Marriott has beautiful hotels/rooms no matter which state you are in. They are a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for! The staff is always very nice and helpful. The rooms are big, cozy, and clean. I have never had a bad experience staying at a Marriott.
I love Southwest!!! I have used a few other airlines and I usually regret it!! The staff is always courteous and helpful. They were amazing during my young daughter's first flight and their employees went out of their way when I got stuck in a huge line at curbside check-in and almost missed my flight! They got my bag on my flight, which they told me probably wouldnt happen and I was helped through security to make sure I made my flight. I've had to cancel/reschedule flights and they were great about it. The planes are clean and roomy. Their prices are also great and I like the fact that they offer ways for you to earn rapid rewards points. I signed up to a survey website that you can buy points with the money you earn from the surveys and it goes right to your RR points account.
I like Expedia, I feel like their site is easy to use and they have good offers. I've never had any issues with Expedia so Ive never had to contact customer service, which I guess could be good or bad? It's great I've never had issues, but I also can not speak on how good customer serivice is.
They have great clothing! It's well made& they have really great sales! I've actually never had to deal with customer service with an issue, so I can't rate that experience, but everywhere else I think they do great!
I've had plenty of positive purchases and interactions with customer service reps with Walmart.com. I enjoy shopping with their on line site and I like the fact that if there is an issue I can go right down the street to the store itself (in Shrewsbury Pa) and there is no issues there, they have always been willing to help. If I have had to return anything to the site or had an issue they have always been very helpful.
They always have great deals and I love their products. All of the interactions I have had with their customer service has been great. I being a part of their rewards program, they offer a lot of great perks for being a customer.
I had a not so great expierence with Target. We recently went on a camping trip and I purchased what I thought was a double sleeping bag. It was advertised as such, with pictures and everything, but when I received the sleeping bag it was just big enough for one person. I went back on the site and the sleeping bag was all of a sudden gone from the site. When emalied and asked for a review I wrote what I did here and was told that my review could not be published. I actually tried to post it about 5 different times and each time it said it was not accepted. I couldn't even take it back because it said that I needed the original packaging, but I had already disposed of it thinking this was what we wanted.
I've had great experiences with Amazon. I have delt with friendly customer service reps, they were all very helpful. When I have had any issues they have worked to repair the problem.
I have had pretty good experiences with I-tunes. I have delt with good customer service and they were very good about refunding money for a few things that weren't what I thought they were.
Another update 9/11/16. I emailed Dean got no response from him. But, I did receive 2 calls to my cell phone while I was at work and could not take the call ( I work at a pre-school& can not use my phone. It is also not the appropriate place to have these jerkoffs call). I got one voicemail from someone saying they were with My Heritage, no name, no call back number, no other info, just that they would call me back later. The second call I got was the next day around the sametime...while i was at work...again. This time there was no message left. So needless to say I have had no contact with this "Dean" person. I closed the My Heritage account& part of closing it they ask if you have had problems with their service, so I wrote my problems I've had with contacting people& guess what I've heard nothing!!! These people blow d!@k!!!
Well the 14 day agreement is all good and fine if My Heritage actually waited the 14 days before they took the money from you. My Heritage billed me before my 14 days were up...so......yea there's that and I have been trying to contact My Heritage for a week and can not get anything from anyone!!! Soooo....yea they offer a pretty $#*!ty experience. My first review stated that I was charged $119 for something I did not want. I signed up for the free trial and didn't hear anything from My Heritage until I got the emails stating that I was being charged $119. I went back on the web site to see what this $119 actually paid for...it paid for nothing, but to actually use the site. You can't use any of the "extras" because....wait for it....that costs more money. Literally the only thing you can do is search people and add them, you can't connect with other people's trees or anything. It is a total rip off. And they do not respond to emails and trying to get through on the phone system is hell!!!
