Iphone 12 pro max

Just bought an iphone 12 pro max today (4/19/2021) for $1100 and stupid apple can't even be bothered to include the new charging adapter for the dumb phone, how cheap! They are like the bank advertisement where it talks about a bank nickle and dime-ing you, well apple is a pro at it!

Candy crush overcharges

It's ridiculous, I submitted that I didn't do all these buys they came back denied, I did a test last night bought 1,3.99 charged for 2 they're ripping people off! I'll join anyone want to do a class action suit! Totally MAD!

Disappointed
February 18, 2023

Had an Apple Watch Series 6 for 25 months and it's battery degraded by 23 percent over the 2 years. The watch could not last a full day at work with a max charge now. Contacted support and they mentioned it is normal and to fix it I'll have to pay an estimated of $116 for servicing.

Not even sure if it's apple intention to have Apple Watch users pay for servicing over 2 years.

Disappointed and will be dropping apple products.

Misleading and inaccurate information given. Purchased a laptop that was faulty in April. We are now August. I still have not received my replacement. I have however spoken to 24 representatives who all call themselves apple support, and a new case continues to be open because they "can help". Never. Again. Dealing with Apple and trying to find a resolution is what i imagine walking the endless impossible staircase in and M. C. Escher painting surrounded by Fire listening to Pop music on hold hearing voices of 24 reps saying essentially the same thing. This is the Horror version of Ground Hog Day. I look forward to my updated review next month. For every week i still don't have my laptop, i reach out to a new attorney general to file a complaint.

Awful customer service, item took 6 days to dispatch the item and a day to arrive yet they blame the delivery company? Before this order was placed I was told categorically the magic keyboard would not be launched until mid May, it then launched that afternoon, 30 mins after placing an order for the keyboard folio, complained, tried to cancel, spoke with someone within customer relations, was promised a call back and no call in a week, no wonder there are so many terrible reviews about Apple on here, it's time after time they abuse customers loyalty. Let's face it their grip on innovative tech is slipping and so many are on par or catching up, soon their abuse of customers will have its affect and they wont go blindly into new products and go with other brands

Rather than write an 8 page review, I'll just summarize. Spoke to 7 people on the phone and one in the store and now after 3 months we are finally getting close to completing our issues. How can all these people be so clueless about their products, their systems and procedures and any ability to complete a task. I spoke to customer service, a supervisor (truly a joke), and a "genius bar" person. They all told me that my issue was really unique. Then I went to an Apple forum only to find thousands of others with the same issues. How could they not know!

Three months, dozens of calls, many hours on hold and describing the same story over and over. If I billed them for my time I would own an Apple Store.

Poor systems, poor training, poor information flow, just plain pissed off customer.

I decided to buy a iPad and went to apple.com, watched it's video of some huge round building, wonderful technology first before buying then I just see shipping and built from/at "Shenzhen, China" on my UPS tracking one day before delivery. Thought it was built using skilled local labor.

I have owned so many macbooks. They are built to last. Applecare is fantastic and usually I get a white glove service if I need something repaired. I always buy the extended applecare and it pays for itself.

I purchased their apple watch series 6 nike edition, it has been very helpful in my workouts, and also helps me read my text messages without getting the phone out of my pocket. The bands are also very strong and durable, not a scratch so far. Integrates well with the rest of my apple products including an imac and an iphone xs max.

I recently switched my family back to Apple from android after taking a 6 Yr leave from apple. I have to say that was a huge mistake. I currently have over 15 apple devices and am now going away from them again. I brought my Apple Watch 6 series in to have it repaired because the screen just stopped working. The watch was on and everything. Mind you I wear this watch everyday and it only comes off when being charged and is kept in a protective case 100% of the time. After now being out of the watch for over a month Apple comes back to say that they will not replace or fix the watch because there is supposedly a micro crack in the screen corner that is not even able to be seen via the human eye. This has been verified by both Best Buy and the Apple store. Neither representative could verify any markings at all on this watch. This is absolutely BS and I would highly recommend not buying anything from APPLE they over charge for their devices and do not back them at all.

This company tie you in to subscriptions and change the prices and bill customers without warning. It's an aggressive business model and their 'refund policy' seems only in place to look good on paper.
BE HIGHLY WARY OF APPLE THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY SHOW THEMSELVES TO BE.

Doesn't integrate well with non-iOS devices. If all of your devices are in the iOS ecosystem then things work well, but if you are trying to work with an android device alongside the iOS device the solutions are very hacky at best.

Talk about secure!
Not even you can access your own phone or ID account!

If you still have time don't choose an Apple phone, they are many other phones on the market the customer support is absolutely zero!

When you do get through to somebody they are extremely unhelpful!

The sign in logging in ID numbers ID accounts iCloud accounts are so complicated you cannot even access your own account@

if you get the password wrong once you're locked out for at least a week

Don't buy an iPhone!
Don't waste your time!
There are many other phones on the market that are much much better!

Give me an Android any day of the week and 2 x on Sunday. My husband has an Apple and trying to recover his forgotten password has been a nightmare. Yes, partly his fault for not keeping up with it however on the other hand, maybe Apple is good and they should rule the universe because no way in hell are you getting into your own account for 3 to 4 days! It truly is ridiculous! We were told we'd have access in 24 hours, no one EVER said in 24 hours you'll find out exactly how long you will be locked out! I understand protection and security and if he worked for the government or secret service I'd be all for their security but for the every day John Doe... come on! I will never own an Apple product myself! Never liked the way it operates and much less now.

Ended up using apple after ordering three i pads of a different website and they never arrived! Apple is great company with really good customer service! Really recommend them to anybody looking for security when buying online.

They have ordinary stuff. The phones work well (but not at too low temperatures). Yeah, their camera's great. Other than that, it's just a fine phone that's nice to use. So I don't share the hype that comes up when Apple release a new phone or laptop.

Love visiting my apple store, their support is second to none. Unlike PC World which don't give a hoot after you have bought something. Two years on, I still get free support from Apple with technical issues.
