Stay away from Apple products. If you ever need a repair, it is always the users fault at significant expense to the point where u would be better to buy new all over again. We have never had a positive resolution from Apple, and I mean never! "We are sorry but this is defective due to user error! So sorry!" Why would they waste money on training staff. Just use the script "sorry! You are screwed and ba-bye! "

The title says it all. We own a few Apple products, but when we try to figure out why they don't work as expected, they won't tell you anything other than "I understand your concern. Send feedback regarding your problem to Apple and we'll review it." I have never talked to or chatted with Apple Customer Service and left feeling like I was anything more than a pimple on their behind. There's not another company that makes you feel less important to them.

I have never been satisfied with apple products. I find them all to be hard to use and just overall really boring. They lack certain features that the galaxy possesses such as edge screen and a headphone jack.

Flayed Alive

I bought power beats pro. They are decent quality, but the left ear bud started malfunctioning after about 6 months. The right one doesn't hold a charge, but for half the time it's supposed to. Getting them replaced is worse than being flayed alive. They make it virtually impossible, so as to discourage you from even trying. So ya, I'd rather be flayed alive than purchase another item from apple.

I have been an Apple's fun ever since my big bro got me the very first iPhone. It was so cool I thought it was a toy that would no longer be usable after a few days. Almost a decade later, I'm still hooked to Apple products. Amazing

While it's true that Apple products have lagged in the past few years, there really WAS a turning point in the market when Steve Jobs first held reigns for this once 'just another computer manufacturer' and turned it into a colossal success story.

Today, Apple is not innovating (instead releasing mediocre 'revisions' to its hardware in order to maximise profits). The likes of Samsung and even Microsoft take more risks with their products.

But you have to give them one thing: the products are refined to a crisp. I'm personally not a fan of some of the newer hardware, but they certainly have come a long way riding the success of Steve Jobs.

Apple products were once marketed under the banner: 'Costs less. Does More'. Oh, how times have changed!

I used to love Apple products, they worked seamlessly and avoided stupid issued I had to deal with on my PC. For the past two years I find myself resetting passwords over and over again, email not working, reminders constantly jumping at me, poor updates. It's annoying! No one pays me to spend more than 90 minutes per week dealing with my computer and phone. Get your sh*** together or I am back to paper and pencil for everything.

Great Customer Service
December 14, 2015

I recently bought a new iPhone and I was having a difficult time getting some of my accounts setup properly. Now I am not normally one to want to call tech support, I know how things work but in this case I had no choice. I called the main line and went though the prompt and then an actual person speaking English answered the phone. What an achievement! They were able to get me sorted and on my way right away.

Being from the UK, Apple products are expensive when compared with others now available.Is reliability worth the extra cost, especially for my children. At present there seem to be internet connection problems even with the cloud

Was a fan

Used to be a fan and dedicated user until they made several unauthorized charges to my bank account via the app store. Thinking they would want to work with me I wrote in to customer service asking for my money to be refunded. After jumping through hurtles and cooperating to give them the information they asked for they simply refused. I am never investing another cent into this overpriced company. I'm out almost $100 bucks because they basically decided to steal my money. I also showed them I never bought our signed up for subscriptions and yet my money is now theirs. So much for loyalty. Next phone will be android.

I bought some iPhone accessories like covers, cables and charger. Always perfectly packed and in time. You can find similar product with a very cheaper price but... Sometimes it's better to buy genuine parts and accessories.

Hi, I am avid apple fan. But I have been noticing the life of adapter and lightning cable is very less. I have to replace them thrice in last 2 years. Compared with any other mobile, they are expensive and are not lasting. I hope you improve your accessories quality. I don't mind paying extra, but it should provide the value for money.

I am so excited using IPhone 11! Camera, all apps for sending messages, editing photos and other sources, which it has, make my life easier. However, I am confused a little bit, because the variety of models impresses me. But it is just a matter of time. Soon I will be a happy owner of new electronic assistant. What can be better?

Your products look nice but just don't work, your software is pure puke and should be flushed down the toilet, you make even the basic tasks hard something simple like transferring my pictures to my PC which just hangs after a few minutes because of your iPhone software breakdown. People just need to stop buying apple like me and when this contract is done I will have the hammer ready for your weak product.

I would give a minus if I could. It is a big fake bubble company. Greedy, all they care about is meeting targets. I'm waiting for the day when I see a competitor wipe them off from the market. Do not buy apple products, you will regret that but it would be too late because they already took your money and expecting you to do so every year.

One look at Apple products will tell you that they don't miss any marks on style or function. Their website is continuing proof of that, and it never fails to provide the best options, even from other manufacturers for accessories. There is no other site for Apple products. None... nada.

Its sad to see I am rating apple a 1 star. I have never had a problem before and now that I have an issue it could not be resolved... after loosing 1000 plus dollars on a device that could of simply been repaired and was not able to simply because "third party issues" is dreading. Apple instead of helping your customers out especially in this time frame, you make customers spend more then what they need to and think customers are at wrong..

My title of my review says it all. It's been 2 days and still not able to have a working phone. I'll be switching to android. My new iPhone 13 pro also didn't come with anything to charge my phone. Which is hilarious when my charging cable from my iPhone XS charged it just fine. Apple is just a money hungry company that thinks they own the industry the phones. Screw them. I'll take my business elsewhere after being a customer for 27 years.

Apple only for 15 years

I've switched to Apple a decade ans one half ago and stayed there. However, don't like how they're changing the Genius Bar experience, and making difficult to get appointments. Stores are closing in the Northeast.
