It is a shame that more people either can not or do to buy their products especially because they are an American company. Their quality is good although the price is certainly not always low. I guess it is the old story of getting what you pay for. They are known for setting the bar and then others strive to reach their level. It isn't easy to be the one to come up with good ideas all the time and have others copy your effort but in the long run we all benefit somehow. They have more cash than any other company so they must be doing something right.

Worst phone ever
April 27, 2023

Currently, I am using iPhone 11 got update 14.3.1 last year after that I am not able to send text messages due to that unable to use banking app. Talk to senior representative more that 300 times but they don't have any solution. Very disappointed with this phone never recommend Apple device to my relatives and friends.

Companies can have good products but if they don; t stand behind their product, what's the point?

Apple Customer service, on the two occasions I had to use them were superior and went above and beyond to make me satisfied... at no cost to me!

Had to make another Apple Store visit yesterday, due to problem number "I lost count" with the terrible butterfly keyboard Apple dares to call "design innovation". This time the broken keys didn't get replaced. Instead I was given the option to spend another $599 on the 3rd top deck replacement in 4 years... Complete waste of time, also given the 2 hours it took to get there and back... Would not recommend this store. And my love for Apple products is also rapidly fading.

Cloud?

ICloud? Good luck trying to cancel this 99 cent must have from apple. I do not even have my apple phone anymore and I am still trying to cancel the ICloud plan four months later. Apple is a monopoly that disguises itself as a corporation to invade privacy. If all those profits were used for good, maybe Apple could make an easier way to cancel plans. Iphone... gotta have one now, there is almost no choice in communications anymore. So, what is the point in reviewing something that everyone is basically being required to have. 9/14/2015 Still have not been able to cancel this crap. Havent had an Iphone in over a year.

IPhone 13 pro max

Bought iPhone 13 pro max two weeks ago and I'm a little disappointment. Good software and colors, but weird design. Back cameras look strange, my past iPhone 12 pro was much better. I don't think that you really need it if you already have iPhone 12 or 11 pro. There are no innovations

My nephew convinced me years ago to give apple a spin and it has been a good relationship ever since. I still don't know how to get my photos off of it but he helps me whenever he visits. Love the site! Wish all sites looked like this-especially mine.

This Apple is one of the most expensive place to shop and they have all kind of different devices that are in good quality which you can buy, not many people can afford, but there are not always on sale

Phones crashes
August 21, 2018

Horrible experience with Apple been an iPhone user for 5 years now and I'm starting to hate these phone more and more... apple is ripping they customers off selling product that is trash the phones are constantly crashing and Apple wants to charge you for their wrong doing and mistakes. How do ever last phone you purchase give out when you update or so call fixing the bugs... BS
Android user never has this problem

The Apple product is synonymous with quality and advanced technology. Unfortunately, their service is having a difficult time maintaining a balance with that. Visit a store or try to make an appointment... those who have know what I speak of.

The title says it all. Apple products are the biggest sham in brainwashing people into believing the "Emperor's New Clothes," than any other I've seen before. It's a cult similar to the Branch Davidians. Yes I mean the computer company.

I can turn down the brightness of the screen all day but it always self adjusts getting super brighter again. The auto brightness is turned OFF which is irreverent. Whats the point, the screen burns out faster forcing the consumer to buy another super expensive computer. That not the worst part though, it's my eyes. They intentionally physically attack their consumers for money.

One why would buy something i have to have another part to, then have to spend more money in fixing it cause they lock up the system from repairing on your own. Costly over prices and copy cats. How ever not going to doubt others likes just id rather not be submitted to one products uses.

Rotten Apples
February 21, 2020

I own an iPhone XS and while using phone the screen went green. Brought to Apple store at Roosevelt Field in NY and was told my phone was irreparable, 50 days out of my 1 year warranty. Dave, the manager at Apple store was horrible, he would quote store policy stating phone was out of warranty date rather than take into account the possibility of an iPhone issue. Since I didn't have Apple care, I was offered to purchase a replacement phone for $600. What a racket and they do not offer Apple care on iPhone XS purchased from them. I had to get coverage through my provider. Something is rotten here. Multi billion dollar company with a monopoly based customer model. I ready to sell my stock of this spoiled product!

Speaking specifically about the website, when opening it up you get the feel of premium, which quite obviously is what they're about.

In terms of moving around the site, it's easy to find what you're looking for, or see what newly been released if you're after that 'new gadget' feeling.

It's not a site I visit regularly, but when looking to buy an Apple product, I'll definitely shop on there and plan how much of a mortgage I'll need to take out on the house to afford the Apple Watch.

Horrible

Worst apple product made to date. I am a EE and I would have been fired many years ago for allowing such a poor design to enter the broader markets. Apple is on my top 10 garbage list. Dont waste your $$$. Apple sucks!

Always Apple

Yes! I love apple. I ordered my iPhone here and was truly inspired by the details that have went into this process. Apple just goes above and beyond in every detail and product that is made. The website design is amazingly detailed and the process to order ask every type of question to make sure you're getting exactly what you want. I have never been a fan of online phone or computer shopping but Apple has made me a fan. Good job Apple.com. This is the only way I can visit an Apple Store since I live in a state without one.

The Best!

I've always loved and own Apple products such as iPhone, iPad 3 and now iPad Air 4. They even share recent world news and their tech dept is good but could use more training in the Apple products to help you. Their open by phone for help 24 /7 per day and week. They do offer extended warranties and honor it pronto! I'll own nothing ever except Apple!

Great quality!

I have been using the iPhone XR for two years now. It is unbreakable. I hope to use it for at least another 2 years. The charger has gotten a little worse, but that doesn't bother me. I don't plan to buy a new phone yet, but it will be interesting to try its functionality.
