I've been using Apple products for over five years now and I've had only one minor issue with headphones that was quickly fixed at the store. Their stuff may cost quite a bit but the quality sure is worth it.

Great company. Just wish they did not make their products that glitch so much. Seems like every iPhone makes it maybe 3 years then nothing but drama, battery problems ect... Still a great overall product though

Bought an Ipod Touch on line through authorized vendor. Battery life sucked. 6-8 hours total charge time. Brought it in to local Apple store..determined battery was faulty, and gave me a new one on the spot. No questions asked.

I find it ridiculous along with millions of others that updates arent available for older ios devices pushing people to buy newer and more expensive products, like at this point just destroy the older ones and stop wasting peoples time

As Apple stock plummets, there seems to be some sort of universal consciousness which occurred even before it happened. I and many, many of my friends and people I know have decided to move to an Android phone and give up Apple I-Phone. Also, I'm getting ready to buy a new computer and am rethinking my relationship with Apple. Everyone who is advising me says quit Apple. Cost is huge factor. Wonder if that's the reason most people are giving for the switch. What gives? Price?

That said, I have to say I LOVE my Apple products and hate to think about moving on. It is a great company but the expense is very high compared to other computer companies and phones. People in the store are usually well trained in customer services and it's very fun opening up a new product due to Steve Jobs excellent graphics and design. Too bad we didn't clone him!

Apple has become a greedy self-serving monopoly whose motivation for creation is solely based on greed. It's help service is filled with unprofessional, uninformed kids who would rather chat with you about your personal life than demonstrate how little they know abut the product they are suppose to be experts on. I hope I see the demise of this monstrosity within my lifetime!

Horrible service
January 19, 2022

Horrible experience with Apple support team from sales to supervisors. Over 2 weeks of back and forth for an iPhone 13 being lost then magically found the day before I was going to contact my bank. They simply don't care about you the buyer at all. No one takes notes and you get passed onto someone else each time. Now that it's finally in I don't want it anymore been calling two days to try and send it back to them. I've been a customer since the first iPhone… but not anymore.

Wow experience

I have got iphone 6+ n cant even tell you how does it feels, its just beyond awesome infact one of the best phone in the market. Superb touch n features n various securities to keep data protected. Kinda love this product

I purchased an iMac only lasted about year, its a slow bogged down piece of junk. Tech support is awesome but you can't expect them to fix sub standard, low quality garbage. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Apple has completely went rouge on their products! Not only that, but some devices don't even last 1-2 hours in full battery. I bought an Apple Product and it worked out for a few days but suddenly always kept losing batteries. That just made me lose hope.

So paid 500 dollars over two months ago for a new iPad. They finally shipped it out snail mail? From China? Never again!
You know why? Because all the people at Apple make tons of money and a complaint about a 500 dollar item is silly to them

Wow!,,, Apple is really very good product. It gives a greatly improved true serenity when your iphone is ensured by one of the best cases on the planet. Its astounding telephone for getting to sends, maps, particularly amusements are magnificent. The main issue is with Bluetooth. No record exchange is possible.

Why support this company? They make crap in China and sell it to stupid US citizens and charge a 900 % mark up. SHEEP

Jobs stole his technology from other companies... so I guess that makes him a smart man... but why pay $800+ for a cell phone you can't even take your battery out and replace when it goes bad, and you know its gonna go bad... lol

Bending is overrated
August 24, 2015

I've used an iPhone 6+ for a long time now. It usually rests in my back pocket and i've never managed to bend it near the speaker rocker or anywhere else. So dont listen to those idiots who are crying about bending their phones or are doing this on purpose - value the things that you buy.

Ovehyped

Great products but they are too costly and the value is just not there.
I also hate when they do things like make you buy their "Air pods" instead of allowing the use of any ear phones like every other cell manufacturer For this reason alone, I went with Samsung.

My iphone screen cracked

My iphone screen cracked. I made a reservation for a consultation with a genius at the store. Quick easy to fix. 200 bucks though! But seriously apple customer service always impresses the hell out of me! Love it!

All of a sudden my iPhone 7 S plus won't work anymore. The Apple employees are useless and incompetent and make excuses. They do not explain anything. Say that the phone has just stopped working with no fault to the user but Apple takes zero accountability or responsibility. I'm not surprised & I know it ultimately doesn't matter to the company but we will never purchase another Apple product and will advocate for people to not support you or your products.
