Purchased a transmission the supposedly had 77K miles on it. Cost $800 to install the first time and Never worked from day one. Was told they were not familiar with Subaru transmission, my thought was "then don't sell them!" Took forever for them to find and send replacement transmission. Was actually lied to, was told on phone "transmission is on dock in Atlanta", Freight bill showed it came from Salt lake city! Cost another $800 to get second transmission put in. To say we are on a tight budget is a understatement, but we would have been better off getting a local rebuild or taking our chances with Pull-N-Save $100 transmissions.

Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

BAD ENGINES
March 7, 2018

I wish I had read these reviews before I made my recent purchase. For a company that puts in print, if the part is defective or wrong part they will replace. Now this is a standard 1 year warranty. HORSE$%^!* they dont honor anything. I recently purchased an engine for a 2000 Lincoln Navigator, when my mechanic received the engine he notified me that the engine had obvious signs of cross contamination and that it would be unethical to put this engine in and a small fix becomes a larger problem. After several attempts for them to resolve the issue I get the answer of our engines are tested before we send out. Just cause there is a little fluid doesnt mean the engine is bad have your mechanic feels that its not safe to put in is up to you. Have them run a compression test and send us the numbers. WHAT?! Thats pretty much telling me to piss off we sold you an engine now its your problem. These guys dont deserve 1star

Buyer Beware
March 6, 2018

BUYER BEWARE- Bought an used engine from this company, they torch the engines out, when we received the engine the back side of the engine is melted, went to reject the order and told me no refund or return and will not take the engine back nor will refund my monies- out $1300. 00 and we have to rebuild the part of the engine that they caught on fire. Sent pictures and will not return phone calls or emails. Use another company.

I am a commercial specialist for a national auto chain. We ordered an engine for a Mercedes. Had to fill out detailed info about the vehicle complete with vin. The engine came in WRONG. They had me rrsend pics several times of the old eng from car sitting next to their engine, clearly marking the flexplate in wrong location. They told me it would still work which of course it will NOT. On several occasions they told me they would call me back about returning it but never did. Finally, they told me I could return it, but I would have to pay for it, even though it was THEIR fault. It would have cost close to $1000. This company is not one we will EVER do business with again. I wish I could give them negative stars!

Dont do it!
November 21, 2017

I wish I had looked at reviews for this place prior to doing business with them. Don't repeat our mistake.

We ordered a used, warrantied engine for my daughter's Jeep Liberty. When it arrived, the mechanic was not impressed with the overall condition, but we figured since it had a warranty we would move forward and not make a whole thing out of it.

Turns out they sent the wrong engine! Our mechanic got it in (after having to swap out several parts that were bad) only to discover the flex plate doesn't match up.

After several days of trying to reach them, they tried to tell us the problem was the pilot bearing- which shouldn't even exist on an automatic transmission. (And this engine didn't have one).

Our mechanic sent them pictures of the flex plates of both engines to prove they won't match up. The company still maintains it is the correct engine. They said we could ship it back for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee-- it's $500 to ship it.

Our mechanic believes they sent an engine from a 2WD rather than a 4WD. Apparently the "warranty" doesn't cover them screwing up and sending the wrong part.

2 1/2 months later, and my daughter STILL has no car and we are stuck trying to resell an engine without even knowing what the heck car it fits in!

I intend to post this review on every site I can find until they reimburse the full price we paid for this giant paperweight. I'm hoping to not have to get our attorney involved, but I'm not optimistic. I

Bad motor!
September 18, 2017

I ordered a 5.7 L 1996 Vortec motor. They said it was in a truck and running. When I get the motor it's obvious it's been sitting in a field 4 years with rust all over it. They said they would return it but keep 20% for restock fees. Bull$#*!. This company is a rip off. If you want to get screwed go ahead and use them

Used boat anchors
September 7, 2017

I ordered a motor fro am used auto parts. T was a fair price and fairly low miles. It was shipped asap. When my mechanic went to install the motor he couldn't hook up the torque converter bolt and found out the motor would not turn over. I called bryan and he said it was hydro locked and to but some mystic oil in the cylinders and keep trying it turn it over. I am not sure how long it took him but it did start to turn over. I should have just sent it back than. But I didn't so when he got it running he called me and said it makes noise so I went over there to listen to it and it had a very loud ticking noise coming from the drivers side. Called bryan again and he said he would send out another on as soon as I sent the other one back. And I asked if he was going to help pay my mechanic to pull out his junk motor he sold me and but in new one. He said that they don't cover labor. So I am stuck with 700 dollars for the first time and know if I decide to do it again I will have 1400 dollars into 2 motors plus oil and filter for both and other problems that come up like leaking exhaust manifolds and other crap like that that will add up to a couple hundred dollar more real fast. So if you are thinking about buying from this company DONT DO IT! Find some one else. Just read all the bad reviews this company has I wish I would have

Do not buy, do not trust, they will sell you junk!

They say All motors are tested before pulled! Nope.

They say they have to test it... pull it wrap it up for delivery.

My motor they said was being pulled from vehicle before sent out. That's why it takes so long. My mechanic found the tag on motor from original seller. Dated over 2.5 yrs ago and for 500 bucks! I'm sure they didn't even pay that due to the rough condition.

Sure you can send it back for 581 dollars they wont let you use there rate of 381 they paid the shipper!

Buy from some one else. Unless you want to throw your money out the window!

Mad buyer... Due to untruthful people ripping others off!

I tried to buy a used motor from them. They happily took my money, then I literally had to send a friend who lives in Tampa to their location to get them to call me back after two weeks. After another week of promises to provide me with a VIN so that I could run a Carfax, they told me that thye refunded my money and took a bad attitude with me. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! I'm guessing that if my friend didn't live in the area and hadn't stopped by there, they would have never returned my call. A bunch of scam artists.

They said they had a 1993 5.0 engine with 81k miles 1 year warranty for 699.00 I purchased it and recieved it 4 weeks later. On visual inspection it had written on the valve cover 1987 Ford F-150, further inspection showed the oil pan drain bolt had been replaced with a plain bolt and JB welded in place. In order to get the warranty all gaskets and seals must be replaced (Except head gaskets), They also required replacement o oil pump water pump and timing chain, I removed valve covers and the oil was burnt and bhuilt up so bad only oil return hole was open and only part way. After getting all the old burnt oil out pulled the upper intake and lower intake and found same in intake valley burnt oil and only 1 oil port partily cleared, the liters were surrounded by old oil, again cleared old oil out using putty knife and spoons. Removed oil pan and found oil pick up tube clogged with old oilpulled main caps and rod caps and found bearings were wiped out. Removed timing chain cover and the chain was so lose it was not contacting the crank gear. I have been calling every day for a week and a half and no one has said what theyare going to do on the 3rd call tey said removing the heads nul and voided the warranty I sai what mechanic would not remove heads to inspect pistons and cylinder walls after see all the other damage I sent at thier request pictures and still nothing!

Bad Business!
May 10, 2017

I ordered a transmission for my truck from them and they sent me the wrong transmission. I had to call them day after day to get any kind of information, they told me to pay the shipping fee which was 125$ and they wanted it as cashiers check. So we sent it certified so we could make sure they got it and couldn't tell us they never received it and ran with the money. Its been a week and I'm still waiting to get our return shipping labels so we can get a refund which I fully intend to call them everyday until they refund me my money. They are waiving the 20% restocking fee, which doesn't make things right. This whole process has been an absolute nightmare. I told them their warranty was crap and they don't even honor it. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! All they have done was give me the complete run around!

Gary K, Phoenix
This company doesn't deserve anyone's business. I bought two transmissions before Christmas of 2016. The first one is for 09 Jeep Patriot and the other one is for 07 Ford 500. We agreed on $1100. 00 each and 3 years warranty. I got an email confirmation for that price. Suddenly bfore shipping, they decided to increase the price by $195.00 for each transmission. I tried to stick with the agreed prices but they refused. I decided to pay the extra money. I supposed to get them both befor the end of 2016. One came in three weeks late and the other one came in seven weeks late. I activated the warranty thru a website link they provided. The Jeep transmission wasn't good. I called many times and sent many emails but no luck. The answer was we didn't have one available now and we will send you for free. Suddenly, they asked me to send $1100. 00 for the replacement claiming that I didn't activate my warranty which was a big lie. I lost the money of the transmission and $400 the installation cost.
Please don't waste your money dealing with this company.

I purchased coupler for car received a not working part. Paid a shop to install. Told them, sent me another part sent 100% wrong part then I think they have correct part they drug their feet and didnt ship for a week. They told me the final part is out of totaled car but they have tested the part and its in good order. This is a viscous coupler it cant be tested out of car it has to be running to see if in working order. Lie
I have been lied to by everyone that I comunicated with. I even was told that the person I talked to personaly tested it. They are in florida and both parts out of the west.
By the way the last part sent to me also doesnt work. I had to stop payment threw my bank to recover money.

DONT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL SCREW YOU.
