It took longer than anticipated to get my engine shipped to me, however I'm very pleased with my engine. I have also bought a 6l80e transmission from am auto and I'm very satisfied with it as well. Thanks to AM Used Auto Parts, my car is back on the road and running fine. I purchased a transmission from AM Used Auto parts and they shipped it directly to my mechanic. My trusted mechanic installed the transmission and was very confident installing the transmission. Now I have both a trusted mechanic and a trusted Auto parts company. Thank you AM USED Auto Parts. I will definitely refer you to friends and family and consider you for my future use Auto parts.

Bought a used transmission with a supposed 3 year warranty and supposedly fully inspected. I came in and third gear went almost to the dash. It still ran, so I decided to live with that. After a month, third was like neutral. A week after that it went into reverse and would not come out.

I called (customer support mailbox is ALWAYS full and not accepting calls. I emailed. Never a response.

The State of Florida Attorney General really needs to look into this outfit.

Engine took a little longer to arrive then expected but it was a described. Engine runs strong and glad to have my car running again. Thank you AM auto parts.

These m/f are a con send wrong part you have to pay to return product for refund then you get charged restocking fee and shipping got refund 500.00 less than what I paid. All bad reviews wish I saw this site first. Bunch of dumb a—. Karma will win in the end.

Do not buy anything from this company! It is a scam! They sent out a rusted out nonfunctional piece of junk and then refused to refund it! Do not buy anything from them! They do not stand behind their products, it's all a scam!

I bought a rebuilt engine from them. It was missing parts, had a vacuum leak from improper silicon seal, damaged valve cover and no oil filter housing. They told me "to pull the missing parts from the old engine." The old engine caught on fire, so that is a little difficult. Told me the rest was not covered under warranty. When I wanted to ship it back for a refund they told me I would have to arrange everything, in which case the shipping was more expensive then the engine was worth. SCAM!

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

This business sells used auto parts. I purchased a used transmission as that was the only thing my customer could afford. They said it had a 12 month part only warranty. When the transmission arrived the fluid in the transmission was badly burned indicating an internal problem causing the fluid to overheat. We would not even service a transmission that showed up at our shop with this fluid condition. We informed AM Used Auto Parts and was told it was working when they took it out. They said we would have to install it and then report to them it was faulty to file a warranty claim. The transmission has a part only warranty. I asked "Do you mean you want me to install to prove it faulty and charge the customer twice because it's a part only warranty" and Bryan Johnson responded "Yes". We don't work like that, we are here to protect our customers. They will take the part back and charge me 20% restocking fee and I have to pay the freight for them selling me a faulty part. The cost to return the transmission would be 2/3's what I originally paid.

This has been the worst experience ever! These people are more than dishonest! The motor that was described to me was not the motor I got! It took them 5 weeks to get it to me and when It arrived it was dirty, oil all over, dirt, mud... and the rust is horrible! There is rust all the way through. This is not a motor with ******* miles that was told to me, even on the paperwork. A bunch of scam artists. Do Not Buy From These People!

Bought and engine from AMUAP that only had 68K miles. Pulled the oil pan and it was filled with chunks of metal from cam bearings or rod bearings. Called Paul in the warranty department and he asked for pictures, sent him pics of the oil pan with all the metal chunks and his reply was to "just change out the oil pan with the one from your core"

Very disappointed regarding this company sales person and BRYAN.

States will not pull part. Ship under a contract sent after paying is signed and returned.
They so state my card won't be charged until part been pulled and shipped; not true; they immediately took the money and tell me they'll refund it. Clear contradiction.
I was told a link in my " receipt " goes to this warranty, 20% restocking fee, and other draconian restrictions and requirements.
The individual I had the misfortune in dealing with talked over me and was very abrasive that I reached the point I unfortunately became irritated and said " cancel the f'ing order." I was told "f you" and hung up on.
Granted I shouldn't have used the " f" bomb, but these people have a problem dealing with the public.
I called back and basically got the same treatment from Bryan; argumentative and when I pointed out the first email I received stated sales receipt and no " contract" he continuously states the link is on the reviept. I informed Bryan the link only goes to their website main page; then I according to him have to navigate around it looking for what he alleged " the contract."
There is no such thing as to what I received later after paying.
Oh where I live in the United States; their "FREE" Shipping is not free and extra; all this after the fact.
In parting it isn't my word against their he said he said; the conversations were recorded which is legal in my state and done to avoid " miscommunication. "
My recommendation and personal experience and research that shows a clear pattern from others treated like me; shop elsewhere.

I bought a transmission for my Dauther 2007 Saturn for $1099. 00, but unfortunately it has broken 3-5R clutch snap ring and it has a malfunction pressure switch and module so to fix this is going to cost me $3,398.06 to fix it. They sent me the warranty certificate, but they do not tell you you have to call within 15 days from delivery to activate it. They advertise a 3-year warranty, and you are under the impression that you are cover. Unless you read the 4-page contract they send you. And that's how they get away selling bad transmission and not be accountable. I did sign the contract in order for them to collect their money and verify the address where they are sending the transmission to, but I did not read it. Shame on then for taking advantage on this old lady, I live in Oregon and the transmission was going to Colorado. There web side has no negative reviews but go to Google and it is a different story. I dealt with Paul Johnson who told me read your contract you signed it. I do not recommend this company because they do not stand behind their product, we own a mechanic shop in Oregon, and we will never order parts from them again Martha Rainey

We bought an engine for a 2010 Nissan Sentra from them in October of 2021. It has a misfire. We tried contacting them numerous times, they refuse to honor any warranty, and refuse to send us any parts, won't cover any labor, and refuse to send us another engine. Now they won't even return our calls. I would give them less than one star if we could! Do not do business with these snakes!

Order motor with California emissions sent non compliant. Wouldn't make it right with out costing me 1200. When it was their mistake they are theifs. Also took 30 days to get bunch of bs. Been in business 30 years never been screwed like this before
