The engine for the Lexus RX 350 07 was excellent it was delivered on time in General's properly did not cost a lot I could recommend am used parts to anyone

Shipped me a Non Compatible Vin Specific Motor with a Fuel Management Systen that will not loop in to my truck. Can not get the Vin of Vehicle motor came out of to prove Claims experts wrong. I will not pay to ship their mistake back to them.

I would recommend y'all to all my friends and family bcuz your did an excellent job making sure I had the right engine. I want to thank everyone involved.

Sent us a bad engine that wasn't tested like they promised. It was damaged AND locked up. The oil pump wasn't working as well so it was no way they tested the engine prior to shipping it. They forced us to pay for the shipping back to Lithia FL only to tell us they wouldn't ship out another unless we paid them another $250 and it would be at least two weeks before they got to it. Horrendous customer service, rude on email, and certainly do NOT back up their products.

After looking all over the Web, I came across An Used Auto Parts. After discussing what I needed, they had an engine (2010 Subaru Outback) for far less than any other I had found. Less milage, and a warranty longer than most 30 day ones,AND the price included shipping to Maryland from FL. I thought their purchase routine was a little long but understandable dealing with the public. The shipping was rather quick to where the car was. The engine has been running for 6 months with no problems. Overall a satisfied customer. I will go back if I need other parts.

Buy anywhere else, but from them. You will be better off no matter how much you have to spend. They sent me a motor that was rusted through the oil pan and valve covers, it looked like it was setting underwater for several years. William told me he would stand by the warranty and take care of. What he meant was take my money and stand by all the loopholes and catches that work for them. They are nothing more than thieves.

I purchased a transmission to be swapped out. I paid a mechanic shop to install it and it turned out to be a bad one after all the expense. I had it towed to a second shop just to verify and yes the one purchased form AM Used Auto Parts was a bad one. Now I'm out even more money thanks to these crooks. I will never purchase anything from them again. They had great glowing reviews if you only see the ones they want you to see. I should have dug a little deeper. Lessons learned.

My husband bought a 1,500 dollar used motor (yes we acknowledge is used) with 72K miles they said it had, the motor was damaged when my husband inspected it but the delivery guy had left. We called them twice upon receipt and they did answer and we explained the situation about the motor being damaged. They asked for pictures which we sent to them but they never responded. So my husband without any hope and this company being in Florida and we're in California, he proceed it to have a mechanic work on it to at least try to see if it would work although the motor was broken. According to the mechanic that motor has more than the stated miles and also shows signs of over heating. (see pics) According to AM used Parts they do quality check and they turn start the motors before selling.
In the midst of these, my husband sent another email and they responded to that one (please see attached), we were instructed to change a few parts, my husband thought ok, so we bought more parts in good faith and spent 517.89, turns out we can't do that because the parts can't be installed due to the damages, per the mechanic is "impossible" the motor is "deceased"
We've left messages at no veil. We have proof of everything and photos and the testimony of the mechanic.
I urge you to BE CAREFUL! They are not to be trusted especially if your'e out of state it complicates things and they just think you're just gonna go away because they know it complicates things.

Hello everyone! Bryan in sales has not replied to my emails about a faulty engine that he sold me 7 months ago and blew out within a week, even with all the proof of diagnostic that I sent out. Bryan told me that he will refund my money, but he doesn't answer me.Now I can't drive my car and I can't fix it because I don't have my money back, $2,699.00. Bryan I know you will see this review, I don't know if you have wife, or sisters or mother, but what you have done to me is horrid. I just hope karma comes back to you.

I PURCHASED A USED TRANSMISSIONFOR MY 1989 GMC SIERRA K1500 PICKUP. HAD IT INSTALLED ON THE DAY AFTER I RECEIVED IT. THE TRANSMISSION WAS DEFECTIVE AND WOULD NOT WORK AT ALL. I CALLED AM USED AUTO PARTS AND THEY GAVE ME THE BIG RUN AROUND. NEEDED RECEIPTS FOR THE TRANSMISSION FLUID, GASKETS, ETC, PHOTOS, AND TOLD ME THAT IF I SUPPLIED ALL OF THAT THEY WOULD PAY FOR THE PARTS ONLY THAT WERE NEEDED TO FIX IT. OR I COULD SHIP IT BACK AT MY OWN EXPENSE ($300). THAT WAS NOT WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR AFTER BUYING A TOTALLY DEFECTIVE PART. I DECIDED TO HAVE IT REBUILT INSTEAD BY A LOCAL TRANSMISSION SERVICE. TURNS OUT, EVEN THE PLANETARY GEAR WAS BROKEN, METAL PARTS ALL OVER THE PLACE. REBUILD COST ME $1850 BUT IT WAS WORTH IT BECAUSE IT WORKS GREAT IN MY TRUCK. I LEARNED A VALUABLE LESSON, NEVER BUY USED PARTS UNLESS YOU BUY THEM LOCALLY WITH SOMEONE YOU CAN ACTUALLY WORK WITH. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS IN MY VIEW AND I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM. IN FACT THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER LEFT A NEGATIVE REVIEW ANYWHERE OR ANYTIME.

Ordered engine 2/14/23 and paid at that time, they forgot to ship so set back one week. Its now 3/14/23 still no engine. Says it was shipped from e-mail, have called twice no one has called back, hopefully Im not out 3k,

AM Used Auto Parts (AM) sold me a motor that was damaged during shipping due to AM's faulty securing of engine at point of pick up. It was documented on the receiving end that the motor was damaged and could not be installed. AM blamed the shipping company and said that the issue was with them. The shipping company (after an extended amount of time) came to a conclusion that the shipper (ie AM) was responsible for the damage. AM refuses to take any responsibility for the issue and I am stuck with the cost of engine. Would never use AM again and strongly recommend against using them by anyone else.

DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING FROM THEM! THEY SOLD A UNIT THAT LASTED 3 WEEKS AND THEN WANTED NUMEROUS THINGS FROM MY SHOP TO GET CREDIT. I SENT THOSE THEN THEY SAID WE HAD TO SEND IT BACK AT OUR COST. IT CLEARLY STATES ON THE WEBSITE THAT THEY WOULD PICK IT UP AT THEIR COST WITHIN 30 DAYS. I OWN A AUTO REPAIR SHOP AND THEY THINK THEY ARE SMARTER THAN THE TRAINED TECHNICIANS. NOW THEY JUST TOLD US IT IS PAST 30 DAYS, EVEN THOUGH IT HAS BEEN SITTING AT MY SHOP, AND THEY WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK. NOTHING BUT A RIP OFF. SURE THEY SAY THEY HAVE GOOD PRICES BUT SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND MIS STATED. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.

The service was excellant when it came to shipping and keeping me posted my only complaint is i got no paper work when the engine came and has ask numeriouse times for a summary and a copy of the warranty but have yet to recieve it.but overall the engine has been good no problems...but im going to sell my truck because im moving and could use the paperwork for the next buyer lisa yakis when i recieve paper work i wil give them 5 stars thanks.

We purchased a used motor and it arrived damaged with a cracked blocked. Damage either from shipping or was dropped while being crated for shipping. We wanted them to refund our money but were told lies and wouldn't return phone call. Had to dispute the charge on my credit card to get my refund back. I wouldn't do business with them as they are liars and con artists. Never keeping their end of the bargain.

I bought a engine from this company a couple months ago. My mechanic inspected it and said that it was locked up. I then called am used auto parts to try and get a refund and they were very rude and told me i was out of luck and couldn't help me! That's ridiculous. Especially how they say all of there parts are inspected. This place is a scam. Save your money and do your research like i should have. They will find any and every excuse as to how there not responsible for anything. Horible customer service. This company needs to be shut down.

I was very pleased with the service I received from AM Used Auto Part. I purchased a used transmission for my Toyota Sienna. The price was very competitive, and the item was delivered within 13 days of purchase (very acceptable).

The external look of the transmission was rough, but it cleaned up nicely, what really impressed me was how well it ran upon installation! It ran like a dream, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

The only feedback I would give them is to improve their communication. It took some time to get a response to my emails, but they were very responsive when I called them.

From start to final delivery the AMI group was great they quoted a great price and they communicated with me either by email or phone call every step they took until the transmission was on its way to my mechanic.
I would use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs an engine or a transmission
