Shady! They dont necessarily cover warranties, cant say never because maybe they have but not mine. I paid 4600. 00 for used engine in August. Had it installed. Spent 2 months and about 3500. 00 in shop chasing down why engine won't run except in limp mode. 3rd shop finally diagnosed as internal issue. Now between all, Im in *******. 00 to find out it's 3500. 00 to correct. I followed all warranty requirements. Finally contacted them about warranty. Emailing multiple people with invoices, diagnostics, estimates and I made a typo in one email on install date. I immediately re emailed I made the typo provided them with details on dates and they denied saying engine not installed ins 30 days. I emailed again with correct timeliness and after 2 phone calls and 3 more messages, it's crickets. No response. Daniel and Rocky are crooked. Be very aware of all the reviews about this company and this exact issue. They sold me a defective engine which any scanner could have picked up the code so I believe they were aware of the issue but there was no way for my mexhanic to know until money spent to install engine. Now they won't cover the internal repair. Engine has about 55 miles in limp mode. Any legit company would pay for repair or cost to refund engine cost, shipping and cost to remove engine.

Purchased a engine from here thought I was good with 1 year warranty motor that was sent had a blown head gasket from the start. Just remember you won't get any money back for labor. I wouldn't recommend, PLEASE read reviews first this many people can't be wrong. And no, I didn't get refund on engine!

STAY AWAY! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. MOTOR WAS BAD. BROUGHT THE MOTOR 7/28, JUST GOT REFUND ON SEPT 30. EVERYTHING BUT 314.00

Wish I had read these before ordering an engine from them. It's been almost a month and no engine yet and now I am worried about the condition if and when I ever get it

I just wanted to add what rip off AM used Auto Parts is to do business with. Please don't make the mistake I did. I spent 3.200 in parts labor and the bad transmission I got from AM Used Auto Parts. They have had 163 complaints to Better Business Bureau in Florida and rated F. This business is nothing but a nightmare. They refused to refund my money for a bad transmission they sent me and charged me to send it back to them. If you do business with them you will regret it 💯

Run for your life if you thinking of purchasing anything from the AM UseD car auto part. I purchased an engine from this people. They lied to me and sold me a defect angine. When I called to file a claim to return it. They requested I do a diagnostic test before the can file the claim. After 6 months of installation the engine, it drain all the engine oil every week. They gave me hell. I don't have money for any diagnostic test. When I purchased it, they never mention I have to do any diagnostic test if it doesn't work. Now I'm stacked with a defect engine and lost $2299. My heart is aching and broken from during business with the scam company. Please stayed away from them.

The sales person will tell YOU anything. I needed a transmission,. They do not test them. I received 2 Transmissions One was just as bad as the frist one. I spent over $ v2500. Alone in Labor cost plus the Transmission.
WARRANTY, no much thing...I did everything ask for, and they kept asking me for more. They wanted to to take the transmission out of the auto, then put in on a shipping pallet and ship it back to them ( probably would cost me over $ 1000. Then they would look at it.
I have never wrote a review on a company.
They are all liars, they will give you a run around and will not stand behind they words or WARRANTY.
Save yourself a lot of problems and don't buy anything from this company

DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM THESE GUYS NOTHING BUT CROOKS! TOLD ME ENGINE WAS 84K MILES BUT INSTEAD IT HAS 266 AND ITS KNOCKING! WONT ANSWER AND PROVIDE REFUND> THEY SAY ONE THING THIS DAY AND THE NEXT ANOTHER

I purchased a transmission advertised as having 36,000 miles with a 3 year warranty and having been run tested before shipping. My mechanic pointed out to me that the transmission was all rusted and the shipping tagged made no mention of 36,000 miles, but listed the "condition" as 112,000. They tried to tell me that that was the lot #! I contested the charge with my bank and after almost 3 months I won the case and got my $800.00 back!

I wouldn't trust this outfit!

They shipped me a transmission that's was supposed to be inspected and tested with a 3 yr warranty, I received it it is a non usable damaged item with fresh holes punched in the pan it also appears to have been submerged in muddy water, total scrap now I know why they offer 3 yr warranty because they expect buyer to pay the $1,070. Return shipping fee they know that's not possible, they intentionally ship a useless piece of junk just to get my money knowing nobody will pay the outrageous price to return,wow what a scam BUYER BEWARE, RUN before you get scammed

I would like to put ZERO STAR if I can!
I sent a request over 2 weeks ago for a use engine and I received a quote pretty quickly at decent price for a engine that only 51k Miles! But, Not a single answers after 3 times phone calls and 4 Emails when I asked for the vin number to make sure about the miles on this Land Rover Engine!
This Company is Not Serious beware before to make any decisions buying online not sure about the Honesty. I'm very disappointed with them!

I'm very happy with Am auto parts, I'm glad I made the decision to purchase a engine for my Toyota from them, received on time arrive in very good condition and is running great,and I'm very thankful

I got ripped off from this company and it looks like at least 111 other people on this website did as well. I left a review with pictures on Google but for some reason only I can see it at the moment. If any of you are interested in jumping on the wagon for a class action lawsuit, please contact me. That way we can get this shut down for good. And no more people get ripped off by this company. These are so of the pictures of the motor they told me that was tried and tested before it was sent out. YEAH RIGHT! And any of the 5 star reviews that they have are from a company that they paid to do so!

I blame myself for not looking at reviews before purchasing. I bought a 1994 automatic Transmission was told it was tested for 899.00 I got it did what instruction said changed oil pan gasket etc. Installed and engine barely turned over. I contacted them was told take to Licensed transmission shop. The shop said toque convetor failed pump and clutched burnt up so it wasnt tested total junk. I sent documents in several times and wanted replacement. I sent in pictures of broken down transmission waited. I asked if I could have transmission put back together for shipment back while replacement comes and I was told that I voided warrenty beccause transmisson shop opened up transmission even though I was told by AMuap to do just that. I have filed a fromal comlaint with my Attorney Gereral and this is just the start I dont want any other senior like myself get scammed so I have lots of important people to send all these documents too. I tried to show proof of purchase several times and the transmission shop invoice but I dont know how to convert it.

They shipped used transmission with a missing part that they said was attached. Brian told me to ship back and he would refund. They refused the shipment due to the missing part. Bryan knew the part was missing when he told me to ship back for refund. They didn't accept the shipment. Then the transmission was shipped to some storage area and no one could locate for few days. So many different stories they give. Save your money and shop somewhere else. They never back their warranty. Read other reviews which show very poor rating. Scam... Most folks are not satisfied

Don't believe it when these guys say free shipping. Their 1st scam is they will only deliver to a business, not your home. So, I had it set up to be delivered at my job. Their 2nd scam was the place I work was considered "rural", so there would be a $250.00 charge for shipping. I may live and work in a small town, but there is a state highway less than two blocks from where I work. I didn't see any small print, nor did the salesman say that "free shipping" came with conditions that they can come up with after you pay for the part. So, you can't not pay for the shipping, or you have to pay a $400.00 " replacement fee", whatever that is. Tracking the shipping; it got from Florida to California in three days, but sat in a town, not 150 miles from me for 10 days. I finally have this transmission and can only hope that it works. I'll have an update to see how it works out.

Purchased a used engine for my Jaguar ($6950.00) that was represented as having been previously tested and run. Received the junk yard engine and drained the pan only to discover 2 quarts of water and oil. Ran a static compression test and found two adjacent cylinders reading 22 and 67. Obviously consistent with blown head gasket or cracked cylinder. Could not have been tested or operated. To "qualify" for any refund I was required to install over $500.00 of new parts. This of course made no sense at all. Personnel were evasive and inconsistent. Threatened a law suit and got my money back. They would not reimburse me for the new parts. So out labor (had to remove original engine and transmission, then install and remove their piece of garbage as well as time lost, car rental etc. if you look up "used auto parts scammer" in the dictionary you will see their picture. If it were possible to rate them lower, I would.

They charge you 20%restocking fee for a supposed to be low mile motor with broken timing guides and cam phasers after you pay for returning the motor. They set up to profit rather you get a bad product or not. Wish I never had reached out to them. It took 4 months to resolve this issue and I still got robbed.they don't deserve a star.

I appreciate y'all getting my Honda back on the road. Everything was quick with payment shipping did take an extra day but Csr made it worth it all.
