I needed a motor for my 2004 Acura. Called them up, spoke with someone very knowledgeable. Had my motor within a week.

I purchased a car in FL for my son in MT had it shipped it ran perfectly before being shipped. I believe the car carrier people moved the car several times and blew the motor. When the vehicle arrived in MT it did not run. A new motor was needed and sourced from AM Used Auto Parts. I worked with Justin who was very helpful and patient making sure I was getting the right motor for his particular vehicle. The motor had about half the miles on it as the old motor. The motor was shipped free to the shop and once installed ran perfectly. Hopefully my son gets many years of use out of that vehicle thanks to them. I would definitely purchase a new motor from them again.

Great price and received the item as described. Clif and Guy have been great, email them for updates and always had updates within hours. It did take longer than I expected for engine to be pulled and shipped. But it was worth the wait.

Experience was a big deal since i was spending alot of money and wasnt in person. But they took care of my needs and engine was shipped out on time and everything is working out great.

Bought a transmission it came in excellent condition fit right and works excellent i,ll use am used parts again when needed and tell my family and friends

Be extra careful with this company. I bought a transmission from them for $2042.00 in Tampa. My mechanic install it and it was a trash. I went to Nissan spent another $ 400 to reprogram it. The result was bad news I need a new transmission. I was approve to return the unit back to them but not in Tampa I had to sent it to Tallahassee. I spent another $ 300 to ship it. After they receive the transmission they charge me $ 300 for shipping and $ 379 to restock the trash. My point is why you need to restock a bad transmission to sale it again to someone else. Do your math in one Month if they sale 100 bad transmissions and charge $ 379 to restock them.

I purchased a used engine at a very affordable price with a great warranty. From my first email to the calls and texts they were very prompt and easy to communicate with. They do an excellent job of explaining and informing you of the whole process and exactly what the status is of your parts order. All I can say is it was an awesome an excellent transaction, all of there staff are awesome. And on top of all the great customer service and informative communication I have an awesome running motor now with low miles. Highly recommend these folks for your used parts and knowledge of them. Ordered and paid $1770 for a used transmission with supposedly 55,000 miles. It took close to 2 months for delivery. When transmission showed up my mechanic said no way does this only have 55,000 miles. After installing suspicions were confirmed. Trash transmission. Worse than the one that gave out on me. Don't use ever.

2002 Chevy Suburban 5.3. They quoted me a good price. First engine arrived and there was water in the engine, rust was everywhere, and the engine was locked up. They sent a replacement engine. The replacement had globs of sludge in oil pan. Pulled the valve covers off and couldn't believe the engine ever ran with that much gunk buildup and sludge in it. AM Used Auto Parts said they'd refund my money if I sent both engines to them at my expense. I can't believe they get away with selling junk engines. The worst part is the customer service as they end every conversation with, 'have a blessed day,' knowing they just scammed another customer. Ended up purchasing a professionally rebuilt engine from a nationally known establishment and chalking the AM experience up as a, 'too good to be true, it probably is' experience.

The engine I ordered looked like a piece of junk, damaged from salt was all over the engine, it was not secured properly for shipping, plastic banding used only one band, if more was used they were missing when it arrived, oil pan had some areas that were almost eaten through by the salt corrosion, pallet it was on was destroyed basically, I was told this engine was ran before being pulled, if it was no belts were on it and it had no coolant going through it due to rush in the outlet on the engine, the pulley were rusted which meant no belts the belts would have cleaned this off at least a little, no belt means the water pump was not turning, overall condition of the engine was terrible, no one I know would consider sending an engine in this condition out, they charged me the $300 + 20% ($520) because that is what the contract stated, if you order something to be shipped most would think that it's the shippers responsibility to prepare the item for shipment, AMUAP evidently thinks it's the customers responsibility, any reputable company would not charge the customer for something that is clearly there fault, I will never use this place again, it has all the indicators of being a scam, customer service is a joke, the site says 24/7 customer service, that is false, I have and sent them pictures, these meant nothing to them, if I had done someone like they done me I would not be able to sleep at night, they have people sitting in an office or maybe at there house, looking at websites, basically promising people things that they have no real clue about, a person cannot honestly tell you about anything they have not seen for themselves, also they cannot not vouch for the people who are pulling the parts to do what is being said is being done, again scam, fraud etc, stay away from this compant
