Unfortunately booking with Amoma was quick, easy and ok, but the hotel I booked did not state that is was unsuitable for people with disabilities. So hotel no good for me. It didn't have a lift, no coffee making facilities in the room I was eventually shown, was dark and dreary and had a leaking toilet cystern.

The room at Clarion Hotels Lake Buena Vista Fl had black mold growing on the bathroom ceiling, the assistant mgr. Lori Siino said to contact you so they could help comp our room. My daughter was up all night coughing, due to the two day exposure. I am a building contractor in Mn and this is NOT good.

We stayed for 1 night, the room was spotless. Bright & airy. Friendly staff. Very welcoming & approachable. Booked a taxi for us without hesitation. Breakfast was very nice, plenty of choice. Great night sleep bed was really comfortable. Would deffinately recommend staying there. We will deffinately be staying there again if in the area.

Lovely place to rest my head from a busy few days in the city. Great staff in front desk and breakfast. Even tho busy with a wedding still able to delivery great customer service to regular guests. Room pleasant cosy. Breakfast was good and fresh.
Two recommendations
Change the iron and ironing boards was difficult for me as a left-hander to use.
Shower to be height adjustable even tho Im only 6ft I had to crouch under the shower to wash my hair.

But a good 98/100

Stayed in the Hotel Villa Rosa. Staff were very good as were the breakfasts. Room was a bit small for 3 people but I gather this is normal for Rome. Good value for money and great location in Trastevere-5 mins from train station, 2 mins from trams into centre. Only complaint, beds were too hard for us.

Booked a night at the Travelodge, Farringdon - price quoted on Travelodge website was £119.00, got it for £100.00 which included 2 breakfasts. Would have no hesitation in using the site again when needing a hotel.

I stayed in Naples and Rome in hotels booked with advance payment cards over the internet, the impression is that AMOMA.com has the best prices for hotels, it is necessary to pay only city tax, no extra bed linen or something else.
