This was my first time using Amoma, found them easy to use and had a rate that was much better than others for the same hotel and even had breakfast included. Very satisfied will definitely use them again.

Do not use this company! Appalling service received leaving me out of pocket. Booked seafront hotel through them as a gift for daughter - on check in the hotel had not received any booking (Amomas excuse was their Registrations Team was ill!) and hotel was fully booked. 4 hours of phone calls later they offered an alternative hotel 35 miles away - completely unacceptable. They then promised that if we found an alternative seafront hotel they would pay the difference, which we did after another 2 hours of searching. They have NOT honoured this and I am left with the bill for a room £178 more than my original booking, which they promised to pay for but which is now not forthcoming. Would never use this company again and would recommend no one else does.

In the unlikely event of a confirmed booking becoming unavailable at short notice, we do everything in our means to relocate our customer to another hotel of the same or higher category. If the situation warrants a refund, we apply it without delay and we offer continuous support for all other compensation requests prior to or post check-in. We checked your case and learned that we granted you the refund covering the entire amount of your alternative hotel, and informed you by email on 06.07.2018 accordingly.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at the Marmara. Would have loved to experience the rooftop bar, but it currently isn't opened on weekends. The hammam is great! The staff we met were also very helpful and friendly.

Great service, clean and comfortable, good location, however the breakfast although plentiful was tasteless. Swimmers by pool and terraces were lovely. We enjoyed our stay.

No refund and charged for the cancellation more than double what the room cost! Do not use them at all!

Kindly note that the cancellation policy is always displayed on the payment page before completing your reservation and afterwards in your booking confirmation as well as personal account area. The cancellation policy itself is set by the individual properties. We simply pass it on accordingly.
We checked your case and learned that the booking was made under a non refundable cancellation policy. As you requested the refund, our team strove to obtain a positive outcome however the cancellation policy applied accordingly.
