ATTENZIONE LEGGETE E NON USATE QUESTO PORTALE
Ho utilizzato Amoma per prenotare l'hotel per la mia vacanza a Malta, ovviamente (e qui è la fregatura) non accettano Paypal e quindi è possibile pagare solo con metodi non rimborsabili.
Tramite la piattaforma AMOMA durante la prenotazione ho aggiunto tra le note che sarei arrivato intorno alle 23:30, l'hotel in questione il St. George Park non ha mai considerato quella nota ed ha deciso di occupare la mia camera GIà PAGATA dicendomi di non avere altre camere e che se avessi richiesto il rimborso di quella notte ad AMOMA avrebbero accettato il rimborso.
AMOMA mi ha preso in giro dicendomi che non era stato possibile richiedere il rimborso e che quindi HO PAGATO UNA NOTTE UNA CAMERA SENZA POTERNE USUFRUIRE.
AMOMA a differenza di altri portali non tutela il cliente e non accettando Paypal chi resta fregato è sempre il cliente.
NON USERò MAI PIù QUESTO PORTALE E LO SCONSIGLIO A TUTTI!
If your satnav doesn't work, the place is tricky to find, set back off the road in a long courtyard.be sure to arrive before 11.00 p.m. after that time the receptionist goes home and though there's an emergency number if your mobile isn't working you have a problem. NumberifThe rooms are clean and comfortable with adequately equipped kitchenette. There is a tram three minutes walk away that takes you to the centre in 10 minutes.
AMOMA directed me to an appropriate hotel that gave me a quality visit for a reasonable price. There were no problems with the payment process.
It was a great stay. The only thing was a hidden fee for Resort Fees that was not disclosed. So beware once you make reservations.
Site easy to use hotel booked has very friendly staff, will recommend to friends and family for their future holidays

A lot of people are complaining about the customer service at Amoma, although everyone's experience is different, mine was fantastic.
I had gotten a hotel through them and before I knew it I was charged extra by the hotel. Apparently Amoma had not sent through my payment information. Meaning that my card was charged almost $1000 in total.
I contacted Amoma by email and they responded within 20 minutes apologizing and letting me know that they are opening an investigation.
Within the next day, they had completely refunded me what was the original price was and left me with the hotel charge, which was less than the price on Amoma.
Customer service was fantastic, pricing was good but fairly high. Four stars for the anxiety attack that the extra charge gave me.

Good place to stay for attending meeting at the biggest conference center in Kyoto, with 3-min walk to the entrance of the subway station (terminus for the Karasuma Line) that can reach Kyoto Station in 20-min time. The room is spacious when compared with other Japanese hotel with proficient English-speaking staffs. Id mistakenly booked the hotel 1-month earlier than my expected days of stay, and the hotel manager had waived my cancellation charge. The new booking through Amoma was eventually much cheaper than the previous booking from another booking agent. A real happy experience with both the hotel and the booking agent!

All was good except the room was too warm in the afternoon and the air condition was not feeling with fresh air coming out. During the night you feel it much better.
Our room was ok and clean enough other than the phone by the bed was a bit mucky.
Whilst the Breakfast selection was good the quality of the cooked food was indifferent no poached or fried eggs but the scrambled eggs were very processed larking in taste and the black pudding was dry and the music in the restaurant was invasive

They are some scammers stole my money and they did not give me the service be careful ID ******* I reselve and cancel at 30 minutes and they had already taken my money from the talgeta and they told me that I did not have a refund and I did not have a hotel neither that for me is stealing I have 3 children I need my money please
