We were not made aware when we booked that we would be in an Annex down the road rather than in the main hotel. It was the difference between a pleasant hotel and a B&B. Fortunately, the hotel management stepped in a moved us to a sea-view room and halved the usual supplement. Good hotel but uninformative booking system.
Good room, pools and breakfast unorganized private breach, it was bad beach. I will not stay in this hotel again.

My accommodation at Prime Central Station while in Bangkok for the 2nd time, looking for cheaper room rate. Amoma.com was the choice. At first, I doubted as never heard. After gone thru reviews from others, I took my chance. It turned out OK finally.

The fare for Rome did not include city taxes So I needed to pay for it separately
Because of currency exchange value the amount is big for someone like me who has to convert rupees to euro
So if the website atleast makes a mention of approximate amount that will be needed to pay as taxes during check out it would be nice

First time trying the site and it was fine. It did what it said it would do without anything out of the ordinary. Prices offered were the same as other sites and confirmation process was the same. Everything was seamless and there were no hitches. Met our expectations for reserving a hotel room, but there is nothing that stands out as outstanding about this site. Received about 5-6 reminders for a week prior to our stay (and yes, we know these are computer generated)... a couple are appreciated and welcomed, but anything more for us is overkill.
All in all, site is fine.

Nice hotel situated right in the centre of Malaga, 20 minutes away from the famous Malagueta beach. The hotel room was nice and modern, with complementary coffee available in the room. The bed was ok but the double room in my view was extremely small and that would be the only criticism i have. The staff were helpful and friendly, they kept our luggage after checking out until the end of the day. I would recommend.

We booked the Vintage House Douro hotel through AMOMA.com and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very luxurious and located at a heavenly place, right on the water between 2 hills with vines all around. I recommend watching the sunset drinking local wine from your balcony and enjoying a hearty breakfast from the terrace, both memorable experiences.

We arrived after midnight on a late flight and had a smooth check in. Although our room was prebooked, it had been given to someone else!
However we were given an executive suite instead! It had a big lounge, large bedroom and kitchen too.
Brilliant! Cannot fault anything about this hotel and the service is excellent too.

I just got back from Las Vegas and I booked a room with Amoma for the first time. I booked a hotel in Vegas called the Lucky Dragon Hotel and "Casino." However when we went to check in, there was no casino, no hotel amenities, no restaurants on site. Our lyft driver said their casino went bankrupt in a January (I booked through Amoma around June). So my husband and I were in Vegas for an anniversary and we were in a hotel that wouldn't give us the Vegas experience. If we would've stayed there, we would have to take a taxi or uber everytime we wanted a bite to eat, gamble, or pretty much do anything. On top of that the hotel wanted to charge a "resort fee" of $33+/night! For what?!
So I tried I chat with an Amoma representative when I checked into this terrible hotel. The hotel manager said that they will OK a refund, but we had to call Amoma to tell them to call the hotel because we pre-paid. I used the chat app on the Amoma website because they didn't have a 800 number I could call from America. I told the Amoma representative that when I booked the room, no where under the description of the hotel said the casino was closed and so were their restaurants. Additionally it was sooo misleading to call the hotel Lucky Dragon Hotel AND "CASINO" when there was no casino! The rep claimed when I finalized payment for the room I signed something that said there casino was closed but when I looked back on my records there was NOTHING that said that. I asked the rep for proof of what I signed or an example of where it said that and they couldn't provide it for me. I went back on their site to see the hotel description of this hotel, and I couldn't even locate it on their site to verify. So we had to eat the cost of this terrible room. We checked right out of this hotel and booked elsewhere. This would never happen with Expedia or Travelocity. I will NEVER book with Amoma again. TERRIBLE customer service and AWFUL misrepresentation of hotel.
The price with the foreign transaction fee was more than what I would have paid in a different website. I wish that would have been disclosed somewhere near the total charge. This makes me not trust new websites.
