I was originally skeptical when I booked with Amoma. I had never heard of them, and the agent called me while I was researching online to offer me a better deal than what I was looking at which made me a little leery. Everything was good except the double bed room I reserved and paid for was not available because they had no more double bed rooms available. They said they had "run of house" for you, AMOMA and that the room I reserved through you was not guaranteed. Since dI'm a Choice member, they did upgrade me "so to speak" to a room with one bed and a couch that pulled out into a bed. It was okay, but not what I reserved through you.
Booked Bangkok hotel with Amoma, a very pleasant and easy experience and the hotel, the Club Tower at Labua was fantastic and great value. Will use Amoma again.
The online search and booking process was very intuitive and easy to understand.
The follow up was also better than some websites and I would certainly use Amoma again.
Seriously - Book and pay for a room at the Hipark Adagio Paris 2 months before going. Arrive with luggage and young son and told that they are FULLY BOOKED. They then 'managed' to have a room available at the Adagio Aparthotel. I had to accept or would have been walking the streets at night with my son & luggage. The other hotel was terrible, dirty, awful and obviously cheaper and poor quality. I think they are scamming people and taking money/advertising rooms that are NOT REAL or they do not have. Or they are in cahoots with the hotels - taking money for a better hotel then sending customers off to another! Asked them to investigate how a hotel can be fully booked when room booked and paid for two months ago and got this reply and no explanation on how it happened - Please note that our partnership with the hotels presented on AMOMA.com is strictly limited to the reservation services and we cannot influence in any way the hotels' own policies regarding the products or services they supply.
Contrary to our hopes and despite all of our efforts, the Hipark by Adagio Serris Val d'Europe has refused to reduce the costs of your reservation or to offer any other form of compensation.
BOOKING REFERENCE ******* paid for 21.06.2018 and 3 chat transcripts whilst at the Adagio Aparthotel, distraught and in tears whilst in the room!

Hotel Ai Mori D'Oriente was an excellent hotel at an OK price for Venice - no free cancellation option, but I suppose that was the reason for the good price.

Even tho I don't like that Marriott never lets us check in before 4 ( even tho we are rewards members) I was happy with our room and the resort. Service was friendly and food in restaurants was great.
