For my last trip I used Amoma for booking my hotel(****, including breakfast, swimming pool). For my surprise their offer was double cheaper than anywhere else including the price from the reception of the hotel(I called the call before booking online). Maybe I got some special offer or the simply the hotel was not that popular at that time. Still it was a damn good deal. Thank you Amoma!

When we checked in we were given our room. It had a smell of stale cigarette smoke. We were offered other rooms and dealt with very well. The location was great.

Good experience, nice hotel but no spa etc.
Room was small, clean but the view was horrendous. Looked on the back of the hotel and the view was a brick wall, ducting and pigeon droppings!

Booking via Amoma was hassle free and simple, I will use them again. All my details were at the hotel and my holiday was smooth.
I would recommend that before booking you are given the option to edit your search e.g. how many people and children on the trip, etc

I booked hotel after looking in TripAdvisor, Amoma provided the best price. However after I booked the room I noticed that was booked only for 1 person instead of 2 not sure how it happened. I cancelled my booking straight away and contacted Amoma in 5 minutes.
Well poor costumer service, said can't refund my money because off the cancellation policy. I couldn't believe it I lost 100 pounds in 5 minutes and no-one can do anything about it.

Please note that, according to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking, the cancellation fee is equal to the total amount paid, consequently we are unable to obtain a refund for your respective reservation.

Absolutely no issues checking in for either of our Amoma bookings. Was a recognized partner booking site of the hotel. We did call ahead to the hotel before leaving home to verify our booking and received the hotel internal booking number to make the process seamless (however, this was probably unnecessary).

Not a problem woth my reservation, at the beginning the hotel didnt have my confirmation but after 3 days of doing it i received one from amoma, everything was perfect!

Convenient location, friendly staff, good breakfast with plenty of choice.
Clean, pleasant room with an excellent view.
The downside: Only one lift working, so quite a wait (I was on the 5th floor). Also the bottom shower door seal needed repairing/repacing.
Overall, excellent value for money.

My stay in Dallas was very brief. The check in was easy. The room was very nice. Elegant touches. I will come back. Convenient Location. Espcially if you always put milk and cookies at bedtime.
