Upon arrival check in was fast and friendly, the room was clean and pleasant, the facilities on offer were excellent, a good time was had by all. For anyone going to the NEC, It's ideally situated and straightforward to access if driving. I have stayed there before and without doubt stay there again.

Took my booking and money but didn't confirm my room. I had to follow up with them to find out this had happened. Refused to rebook at the rate I'd paid. Very poor customer service and unhelpful attitudes through out. DO NOT USE

I would like to Thank, Ms. Alessandra, Stephany & all the staff of the Ramada that made my eleven night stay very enjoyable. I felt like one of the Family while I was staying there! I had NO problems while I was there and if I needed any assistance any information I needed I always got an immediate answer to my questions. I want to say Thank YOU to the lady who was working the front desk at the time I needed to get a print out of my BOARDING pass on the computer, she helped me with that computer. The breakfast was always good and every morning I was greeted by the Little breakfast lady with big smile and a hello (That was nice!) There was always plenty of different thing to have for your breakfast and you could have as much as you wanted and I suggest you try those fluffy scrambled eggs. The location is the BEST on I-drive, there are many good places to eat around the hotel with good food and good prices! Ms. Alessandra is a first class Manager! Thanks again to all her staff at the RAMADA that made me feel at HOME!

No parking available at time of booking so used nearby multi storey so just add £8 onto your price!
I was nervous to book with AMOMA because I had never heard of it before and I has to pay up front, but the reservation worked perfectly and was a fraction of the cost ($75/night cheaper) than what I found on other sites!
Very well located hotel; spacious room. Some of the rooms face onto a service alley so there will be some noise during working hours
Have used Amoma before and will again I had a problem with my last booking sorted very quickly. Got an upgrade and free Dinner. Over and above what I expected. Top Company

This hotel is really value for money considering it is in Paris and location near to Eiffel Tower, breakfast is good, very clean and staff are very friendly, Metro is only 3 minutes walk
Whenever I needed answers someone always responded within minutes and gave me my answers in detail. Also very very nice.
This was my first time booking with Amoma. Com and I like the simplicity to book my hotel and detailed instructions thereafter. Excellent location and very warm condos considering -30 celsius. Best with little ones as it had all the kitchen apliances and dishes etc.
