The price offered by Amoma is much better compare with other booking agent as it includes breakfast. Only issue on the receipt of payment for claim purpose which is not look so genuine.

Just be aware that there are international fees charged on top of the final payment. I wasn't aware of the additional charges until I looked at my bank statement. I did get refunded! They do have pretty good customer service and resolved everything! Overall a great deal and would rebook with them.

Please give staff training on accepting Scottish currency. Some staff accepted and others rejected. We are one country!

Bad hotel, unacceptable behavior due to the fact that the reservation was made by amoma.com, no reception by co-operation, I was not given a vain proof of payment, as I asked. Also avoid the site amoma.com and the Hotel an der Messe, Frankfurt

Was looking for a hotel on their Australian site in AU$, then they sent me an email with a deal for that hotel that was really good, except didn't realise it was good because it was in US$ till after I paid!

Took a smoking room. But smoking rooms do not smell in good hotels. Value for money was very good. The temperature was well maintained. Cleanliness was good
I would like to say that I was concerned when I accepted AMOMA to reserve my room since I'd never heard about them. Even after paying the fee, I received an email confirmation which made me nervous. So to confirm, I called the customer service number and had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Maxine Battle. She took my information and spent time researching my reservation. When she could not immediately locate it, since it was still so new, she took my number and my email so she could follow up. About 30 minutes later she found the reservation and contacted me immediately to make sure I was aware. She was phenomenal and should be recognized for not only her professionalism, but her pleasant attitude and customer service skills!
Booking was easy, the welcome at hotel was friendly, information provided was good, food was excellent and the dining room staff were attentive, friendly and professional. Room was very comfortable.

I used AMOMA to reserve a room at the Hotel Mundial in Lisbon for two extra nights after our Grand Circle Tour ended. We were able to keep our room for the extra days and the payment to AMOMA covered the stay.
Great overall experience! Large and luxurious room!. Staff was kind and answered all my questions. Booked the room because I was taking an exam the next day. It was quiet and I slept great!
Have used Amoma and this hotel on numerous previous occasions - the second time this calendar year already. No problems - everything went exactly as it should.
Called the hotel multiple times. They are not aware of any booking made via Amoma. For refund amoma charges $60
