I had a terrible experience with this company i booked a trip to jamaica and it was a disaster from start to finish. Firstly my ocean view room was that of a factory and where they slaughtered some of the meats they probably prepared for you, the staff informed me that they were sold out of rooms so there was nothing else they could do. I tried to call amoma directly and ended up with a $100 phone bill charged because they customer service number is in switzerland! The room also had mold on the ceilings and all over the bathroom and there was a point that the ceiling started pouring water into the room and it smelled of mildew. I brought all these issues to amoma attentions and they assured me it would be handled and i would be refunded and that was in march we are now in june of which they tell me there is nothing they can do to give me my money back and i have to go thru the resort directly, i did that and they said since they were paid my amoma and not me, that amoma had to request the refund, which i am sure they never did. So now i am out of thousands of dollars and there is no one taking blame for this only placing the blame on me. Another thing that was a red flag was after i made my reservation i had to call 5 times to get the resort to even see my reservations, and when i got there it was an issue finding it as well. Complete nightmare. Do no waste your time or money dealing with this fraudulant company, i truly do not know how they are in business.

After we had inconvenience time, staying at Holiday Inn, Manhattan-Financial District, NY. Amoma's customer service reached out, and apologized for that time. They even offer full-refund and future discount. Thank you for the excellent service which i usually don't have from other agencies. For future customer, look closely what you book and call them when you are in doubt. Since wording sometime cause confusing, and it results inconvenient.

I was booking room with 2 beds, instead the hotel gave us 1 king bed which makes uncomfortable for the trip. I ask receptionist "why". They said third party was lying to me
We were very happy during our stay. The employees were very helpful and with a smile on their face, ready to assist us. The room was nicely located with a great view. Service was good also.

When I booked a room in Anaheim, hotel pricing was spot ON! This time, in my attempt to reserve a room in Ontario, prices were exceedingly higher compared to other sites. Pricing value is inconsistent at this point.

This website was completely misleading to me. I had booked a room for two nights ordering a Double Room, calling hotels to double check that a Double Room had two beds(they confirmed this), only to arrive at my hotel and notice that my room was a single bed. The website was extremely unclear in what type of room I was getting, not providing me with adequate details to know what I was receiving. Not only this but I was on HOLD for their customer service for over 4 hours (2 hours each day I called) and the customer service representative had the audacity to tell me he needed to take another call after talking to me for 15 minutes. This website ABSOLUTELY does not care about it's customers or it's customer's concerns. When I complained about the misleading information since the hotel told me there would be two beds, they said that there was absolutely nothing they could do. I will NEVER be booking from this website again because of they do not do ANYTHING to accommodate to their customers nor care enough to hear their concerns.

I stayed at the Hilton and this site was cheaper than any other. No problem, very easy to access and navigate. They send you email confirmations but there arent any free cancellations options. So you do need to be certain what you are booking
Everything went as planned no problems, it was the cheapest booking compared to lots of other sites. Reliable and would book with them again.
