We love the close proximity to all of the downtown Dallas attractions. The onsite waterpark makes this place a hidden oasis in the middle of a concrete jungle and it is fun for kids and adults of all ages! We enjoyed the fireworks show at night and the multiple food options located on site! The beds are comfortable and the rooms are exceptionally clean!
I understand Non-Refundable. But, when we couldn't use our reservation they would not allow us to transfer it to another person. "Use it or lose the money" is what the guy said. It turns out, they are not even the booking agency. They have to deal with another company that deals with the hotel. "it's not our fault, it's our partner that has these rules" is what the guy said. I travel extensively and have never come across a group so inflexible. Do yourself a favor, DON'T USE AMOMA unless you have your trip insured somewhere.
Reservation process was quick and easy, and AMOMA had the best price around. Had not heard of AMOMA before, but I will use them in the future.
The Inverness hotel is looking a little tired and dated. The heating was on full blast, you needed an iron grip to turn the radiator off and the window was painted shut. Cleanish, small single room but adequate for a short stay. The town centre location meant it was very noisy until 4am on Saturday, so I didn't get much sleep, though that is not the hotel's fault.

Good location friendly staf nice pool and restaurant close to station allowed me early chech in and late check out. Safe place. Staff speak multi languages.
We have used Amoma on a number of occasions and the service is always excellent. About three years ago, we experienced problems with the hotel that we had booked in Paris and Amoma customer desk was excellent. This time round, there were really no issues, everything went very smoothly. It is a shame that Amoma is not as known as Booking.com or Expedia but the service is just excellent. Of course, the entry point is usually through TRIVAGO, so as long as Amoma ensure they provide competitive prices, they will always have customers.
Good location, though not readily identified on the map, nice hotel ( though not really 4*). Incredible value. Reasonable food, good staff, reasonable food.
Lovely entrance and downstairs. Rooms clean, basic. Notice to say "no paper in the toilet!" Not sure why this was and nothing explained at reception when checking in.
Continental Breakfast basic, only tinned mixed fruit, no fresh.

We managed to get an amazing deal on a Hotel suite for a 3 day/2 night stay in Victoria that was beyond our expectations. Good Job Amoma!
Great beds, nice views, easy to get to, friendly staff. I literally booked this place because it had a very affordable rate & it turned out to be amazing! So much to offer for a low rate. Perfectly sized not too busy quaint & nice pool area. Bar within walking distance, super easy to hop on a boat trip or excursion here too since it's right on the marina.
I had not previously come across Amoma and was therefore cautious about making a booking. They proved to be efficient, cost effective and reliable. Based on my own experience, I would not hesitate in recommending them highly and look forward to using them for my next trip.
Price that amona gave was great and hotel was even better. The Hampton service all our needs while we stayed. Free Hot breakfast and transportation to and from airport.
Hotel as described and very comfortable. Charming staff and pleasant surroundings. Good entertainment provided most evenings.
The beach was very clean the staff were very nice however plz dont go on holiday season if u would like to enjoy the beach and pool
Hotel was very clean bedroom was nice clean towels every day, breakfast was good plenty of choice Handy for getting around London near to the tube stations and a very good bus service just outside the hotel door.
Hotel under renovation... But, it is not a concern. They did a good job of covering the maintenance area professionally and you can't see it. However, the Aircon is not great specifically in this Summer Heat..
