They were very understanding with my first glasses why I didn't like them, but i think it was my lack of knowledge what i really ordered. But they didn't give me any hard time and today i picked up the very perfect glasses. Thank you sooo much!
I order my glasses on 02/15/2023,they call me on 03/09/2023 to pick up my glasses [ surprise] wrong prescription,the second pear of glasses [ surprise #2] wrong prescription again,[ i say, i want my many back [surprise # 3] sorry you only have 30 days to get your many back [ if you order your glasses in americas supposed to be the best call then every day because they wont call you,note there glasses are chanese over the counter quality,like walmart over the counter.
Upon my visit at AmericasBest in the month of July, it was the best I've received from the eyeglass specialist (Marcia, Angela, and Christina) that serviced me. These three ladies knew their jobs and was very helpful, and I've recommended AmericasBest to all my friends and co-workers. The customer service was at its highest level (10+++). I was told beforehand that my insurance would be accepted. Five days later at my appointment, I was told that it would not be honored. But they had a couple of other programs that I would like; both were quite a bit more expensive.
The Doctor is a 28 year retired from the Navy. My Mom and her 78 year old sister went in for an exam for the Highway department. The Doctor was EXTREMELY rude to both my Mom and her sister. He needs a course in how to treat people with respect. My only hope is that this review will finds its way to the right people so this type behavior doesn't continue.
I went to the store on 44th St & Thomas in Phoenix, AZ, the front office help & optician were good. I just didn't like the manager how she spoke to one employee. While she spoke to other employees she was all nice but this one employee, she spoke in a high rough tone. It seemed like she was mad at her, didn't like her.
They said it would take a week for my contacts to come in, they never called. I call them, they say it would take 2 weeks instead, they never called. The third week I went there personally and they had them, and never called, even though i even called to check a couple times. I finally schedule the contact class thing, and I thought I would learn something since they called it a class but they just expected me to know how to put it on and said i would have to stick to glasses after trying for 30min…
My husband, my son and my self when to this store and the customer service was amazing. The Doctor was super sweet and good in her diagnosis's. Lisset was great helping us buying the right lenses and gave us a decent price, her customer service was amazing. Very nice and knowledgeable store
The whole process went so smoothly, the doctor was so knowledgeable, the staff was so kind. I was looking through frames and the lady before me was raving how this was the best deal she had ever had and how thankful she was.
Being a first time buyer I wasn't sure what to look for or what was a good deal, but I got a free eye exam and two pairs of glasses for $79. Love this company.

The worst place ever. I went to get my eyes checked to purchase glasses at the Sharyland Mission location and they screwed me over good. All was well. They checked my eyes and convinced me to take another test in order for the doctor to see me. I agreed. It seemed normal, then the doctor suggested a referral to another doctor for the health of my eye. I continued on with the routine. But when I asked to see the glasses, I was told the doctor had not written a prescription but payment was expected. Why the hell do they think I went there for, GLASSES Assho__s. The doctor never explained results of test or nothing. WHY did this happen. NEVER, EVER will I return. I should have known. Many years before I had gone their to fill a prescription and they gave me the wrong prescription glasses. Never was able to wear them. They didn't make that right either. Once, my mistake. Second time, I should have known better. But NEVER AGAIN to be conned by that company.
Went to Americas Best at 7000 Forest Avenue and the entire staff was a pleasure from when I walked in the door and the doctor. I sat there and heard an interaction between a disgruntled customer and Miss Michelle, she was simply Amazing. I had to go up to her when she was finished and tell her. I work in HR for HCPS and if someone could have made a video of her it was Absolute Perfection. Definitely going back there again.
I visited the America's Best in Janaf Shopping center and was assisted by Christie McGente and Kaci Ott. They were both so extremely helpful and provided me with world class service. I am so appreciative and thankful for such considerate employees who truly cared about providing excellent and above board service. Kudos Ladies and thank you again.
Ordered glasses on the 15th they said a week to get them, called on the 28th they say it will be at least another week, I'm sure they never submitted the order to start with, the person I spoke with seemed to be pretty uncaring, should have gone somewhere else

BEST SERVICE EVER! Had my exam back in May. Found out I have Cataract in both eyes. Right eye worse than the left. So I go for surgery for right eye this Monday. Left eye not schedule for another 2 weeks. I called my Americas Best Office in Noblesville Indiana and spoke with Sherry about the situation. Dr Baker told me I could get a contact for my left eye if I wasn't getting surgery back to back. So she took the notes down, said she'd talk to Dr as soon as he was done with a patient. I want you all to know that Sherry did what she said she'd do. She even OVERNIGHTED it to me to make sure I had it for Monday. (Today is Saturday). Sherry thank you so much for everything. A thank you really isn't enough for what you did for me. This office has wonderful staff and such a friendly Doctor. We drive an hour to go there and it's so worth it. Nydrea was informative and very kind. I had a quick and pleasant exam and visit. The manager CiCi was very helpful in directing me in how to go about the process. Professional staff and once again very friendly. Ask for Nydrea! 5 Stars hands down.

Had been having problems with my eyes. Had gone to two other eye Drs. Still problems. Needed glasses so chose America's Best. Fairfield Mall Oh. Arrived early. They were always letting me know the people who went b4 me had appts. And that I was early. I understood. I was really excited when the Dr told me why my eyes hurt. None of the other Drs caught it. Thank You 'Dr Mendosa' you rock! And when the appt was over my tech 'Kate' took over with my glasses. She is a great tech. Helping me and really care-ing. I got three pair. One for distance. Reading. And a pair of mono vision.
