Matthew Helvey couldn't have done it better in terms of sales and service. I had some gift cards I wanted to spend with and he was the one to help me do it. He was patient with me considering I had multiple gift cards to read aloud and for him to get information on. He gave me the best deal possible and sold me on the shipping protection letting me know if anything were to happen in transit it would be covered. I felt like a valued costumer over the phone and will continue to do business with American Muscle. I really appreciate y'all's business and hope to build a better Challenger out of the parts yall provide. Thank you

My son purchased some "open box" hot rod cams from AM. They literally chucked the bare cams in a large box and threw some packing paper in. When I picked them up from the front porch after being delivered, it sounded like church bells clanging. Horrible and inexcusable. Any performance parts seller would know that's definitely not ok. He then, against my wishes, purchased a SCT tuner from them with "lifetime" bama tunes. It infuriates me when I hear his car cold start in the morning, screaming to 3000+ rpm. He's still going back and forth with bama, Apparently AM has purchased BAMA and they've lost the people who know (or care) to fix a problem. They're telling him that high idle is "normal" and basically tough s**t. It revs to 3000 rpm then dies. NICE TUNE! Also, drop shipping from the manufacturer is NOT "in stock". Do better and hire some decent employees who have the knowledge to help a customer.
