Sto n Sho detachable holder

I have gotten this product previously, very unique and effective front plate holder. Needed to purchase another one. Had an issue that was quickly resolved with Lisa from customer service who was polite, helpful and professional. Keep up the good work.

Half of order sent to wrong address

I ordered over $5k worth of tires and rims, the tires arrived to the correct address but the rims were sent to some address in Pennsylvania (but they were all part of one order, not sure how that can happen). I wasn't notified of the mistake in any way except for an email notifying me that "your order has been refunded". Now it looks like I'll have a month delay getting the rims shipped to the correct address, in who knows what kind of shape, and in the meantime I have 4 tires stacked on my property waiting installation. A very disappointing experience for such an expensive order.

Late Night Order!

I had been intensely searching for a set of Rims to Replace my Carbon fiber set on my 2023 D-170. Mainly because I could Not find the O. E. M. Factory tires to replace what came on the car. After finding a Tire/wheel calculator to make sure whatever I purchased would have the exact same wheel revolutions as the O. E. M. Wheels, I set off to find a set of 20 inch rims that would actually fit my D-170! Which in itself was also a Feat? After finding something I hope I will be completely Satisfied with? I made a telephone call at 9 P.M. on a week night. I was surprised to have someone actually answer the call! When they did, I took it as a sign that my determination would rewarded? By golly I was correct in my assumption. In any case, a professional assisted me in my order, and I should be receiving it by Dec. 15?

Purchase of new radio

Just got back from a long vacation and was having nothing but issue with the factory radio in my 2015 Dodge Challenger. So while on vacation was looking through the computer and found American Muscle and decided to see what they had. Found the same radio as mine which is what I wanted because of the feature that my radio has. Did not want an after market one, So I proceeded to call and the sales person was more than accommodating in answering my questions. Place the order. When I got back from vacation radio was waiting for me on my porch the following day placed radio in car and without doing anything other than put in security code radio came on all function worked and am happier than one can be. Great company to deal with will be doing more business in the future and would recommend and one to this company. Very patient customer relation team answer the most stupidest question one can ask. And are very polite. Money was very well spent for the product even cheaper then other sellers of the same product Tank you

I had ordered a part for my husbands mustang for Christmas from another company. That company can't ship till 12/29 I called up American muscle and not only could them ship it the same day they so kindly price matched the other company!

Oil catch can

I ordered oil catch can and it was great cause it had coupon but the one thing I didn't like is that you had to click add the coupon button yourself to get the discount which sucks if you think its arealdy applied and you miss out on it, besdies that it was smooth easy process.

Dimensions

You would sell more if you included a dimension sheet on your products. Dimensions would allow me to see if I could make a small modification for something to fit when it isn't available in the year i need. People with newer vehicles want dress up parts as well... seems like everything I want for my 2021 Mustang isn't available but it's always there for the late model vehicles. Sometimes I'm willing to make a small mod to allow it to fit but you never show any details so the only way to find out is to buy it and return if mod won't work.

Good black and cyber Monday deals

Quite smooth looked and bough some stuff. Maybe is if there was videos of in the page AM page or sounds of the exhaust I would of bough it sooner. I did go to YouTube and found American muscle videos but the sounds literally were just a few seconds the rest of the video was about installing the part.

My boyfriend got a Mustang this year and really wanted to get some hood struts. He's had the tab open on his phone for MONTHS, so I decided to grab them for Christmas. It was a super user friendly website, and it was easy to figure out which specific ones I needed to order. Overall I'm happy with my experience and will definitely order again!

No resolution

Ordered a kit. Only received a partial of the order. 2 of the 6 pieces. Contacted you. Now I must send the 2 I have back in order for you to attempt filling my order again. I did my part. Ordered my item, paid for it. You had an issue on your end. Now it's up to me to get what I received shipped back before you can fill my order? I think that's very cheap. You should have filled my order. It's a $65 cam tool set. You got paid, now I have an issue. Not what I expected from past orders from you.

Delayed shipment

Not so good this time. I ordered something that said it was in stock. Still does right now, https://www.americanmuscle.com/roush-axleback-exhaust-w-black-tips-1114-v6.html. Yet, shipping is expected mid February.

In addition, after speaking to a customer service rep, they said they did not guarantee a refund which is ridiculous.

I have located your order and see that you have been provided with multiple estimated ship dates, the most recent one being 2/13-2/17. Please keep in mind that this item could very well ship prior to that date, and we will keep you updated if it changes. I also apologize for the confusion with the customer service representative. She meant to advise you that you are welcome to cancel it if needed, but we will have to send a request to the supplier for them to cancel it in their system as well. Once confirmed, we can proceed with the cancellation.
