I located your order for the hood, I apologize that there is a delay with your shipment. This is coming directly from the manufacturer to you, we try our best to reflect the correct shipping estimates on the website, but when it is shipping from our supplier some things are out of our control after the order is placed. I do see that you spoke with customer service today on 3/31 and they provided you with the estimated ship date of 4/24 please keep in mind this is only an estimate and it could ship sooner or later then this date. Part did not fit my car

I ordered a Ss 1Le style splitter for my 2023 camaro after being told from this website it would and when it got here not only did it have 0 installation instructions the holes on the splitter do not line up with the bottom of my camaro so the splitter is barely hanging on

Not honest about shipping.

Was told to order by this time to get it overnighted. Ordered it and was again notified it would be delivered next day. Shop was waiting with my car for a spoiler that never even shipped out the day it was supposed to arrive. Way to false advertise overnight shipping. Then use the excuse nothing ships same day. THEN DONT ADVERTISE IT!

I see the method of shipping selecting was standard but assume you are referring to the Get it by date listed on the website at time of order based on your delivery zip code. Unfortunately standard shipping orders take 24 hours to process before they ship therefor this shipped on 4/9 being delivered on 4/10 by Fed Ex. You sent me the wrong item and after informing you, I'm waiting for some tech team to "evaluate" what was sent before I can get a return label and actually receive the item I ordered. I'm not happy. In addition to this I'm receiving at least 3-5 spam emails from you a day which I don't appreciate either.

Online chat sucks and will give you bad info then close the chat with no notice. Then 300 for a few pieces of painted sheet metal to cover the calipers. Had they been listed accurately with photos showing how thin they are I would have not purchased them. Also your email will get spammed to death with this company. Good luck!

I tried 3 times to purchase a $100 gift card, twice via the internet and once via your sales rep over the phone. I received two different order numbers each time I attempted to make the purchase; one with a note saying the order was being processed and another one saying my order had been canceled. I don't understand why this is so hard. After 3 attempts, I have decided to look elsewhere for a gift. Disappointing to say the least.

Terrible experience

Ordered an open box item that was not received as described. The item is extremely poor quality thin material, not strong ABS as it was described. Hardware was also missing, but the ad for this open box item said hardware was included and made no mention hardware was missing.
Customer service reps have been unhelpful. I want a full refund to my original form of payment and not be charged to ship this item back you. I have been ripped off by American Muscle, a company I've supported for years. I have NO use for store credit.

Your Website has way too many freeze, points, refusal to change credit cards, refuses to accept shipment changes, so I actually tried to undo my order but your site froze locking me out. A complete waste of time if you ask me.

Damaged Parts and Bad Customer Service

Ordered koni shocks and struts. Every box was damaged and held together with duct tape and was missing equipment in the boxes. Been currently waiting almost a month to get the parts im missing and have been on hold 30-45 mins every call

Don't trust them

Sold me something promising to deliver in a week. Then after taking my money told me it wasn't in stock and wouldn't be for 12 plus weeks. Still trying to get my money back for them selling me a product they did not have and could not deliver. Customer service was even worse

I apologize that the wheels where out of stock, I see you have already spoken to a supervisor on 3/27 and as he stated it was just an authorization charge that falls off within 3-5 business days. Normally you can contact your finical institution regarding this information as well and they can look into the authorization for you. The only amount that was debited was $207.35 and that was refunded on 3/27/2025. Frustrating
March 26, 2025

Ordered several things. The exhaust I ordered was canceled and refunded due to the company no longer making the exhaust. Why was it still on your website? Whatever I'll just order a different exhaust. Then my first part shows up today. It's supposed to be intercooler piping instead I got random taillights that look like they're for a pick up truck. Should have shopped somewhere else apparently. Now I'm nervous. Hopefully the rest of my stuff shows up as what it should be…

I ordered a set of wheels and tires, estimated arrival 03/12. The website says every item is in stock, they shipped 2 of my tires and are now holding the wheels until another 2 tires gets in stock and the estimated delivery date is now 03/24. Very frustrating when your items are shown in stock and you are promised 2-3 day shipping. Waited a week with no email or update. I do not recommend this site.

Bad experience

Ordered the headlights listed as plug and play, headlights arrived got them in and doesn't match up to the headlight wire harness connector. Factory harness connector has 4 holes for the light bulb prongs but can't find any bulb at all to match and plug in

Not very happy

Let see i oder rims tires and the sensor for the wheels they put it all together and shipped every so it said got everything really fast like in 3days put them on the car and on Monday took the car to gm dealer to relearn tire pressure sensors, I found that they'd never put the tire of pressure sensors in the wheels, so I called they said they were sending me sensor here it is almost a week gone by still no shipped date for them not happy with the service at this point...

Ordered on March 8, with a delivery date of March 12. Then on March 12, the next delivery date was March 17. Today is March 17 and it's not delivered yet. I'm still waiting, with no communication from AM. Used to get great customer service, but the last few times has not been good!
