Still have not received my package! Updated that for some reason it was sent to an old address that was in your system? The last 3 orders were sent to my address I have had last 6 years. Make sure you delete all old addresses in the system so this does not happen to you. Really needed a part for my sons car in the body shop!
The item that I ordered, showered metal brackets and in the video, however alot of negative reviews about the item coming with plastic brackets and orders coming in damaged.

I placed an order for two weld beadlock wheels and one Mickey Thompson tires Five days ago. I heard no response as of yesterday, so I use the chat feature to try and find out what is going on With my order. I was told it would not be shipping due to ordering two Wheels and only one tire to be mounted and balanced. I received no information on this until I called and use the chat feature. So we canceled the order and replaced the order into distinct invoices that way I can get the one tire and wheel mountain balance and just get the other one shipped to me. The sales lady took my second order through an honest mistake put the wrong address in the invoice with a misspelling. I was concerned, I would not receive it this way, so I called again when I noticed the mistake to get a rectified I spoke with the sales person that said that he added a note to the item that their address was wrong and gave the correct address for it I was told it should be fine then. Late last night I received an email saying that my cancellation request was being processed. I never canceled these orders now I'm being told I need to wait a few more days for the cancellation to be finalized so I could re-order them again but now I'm worried I will not have them in time for my event in Mississippi where I need these for I'm very mad about this not only for the mistakes that were made but the lack of communication on the issues being transferred dozens of times and hung up on numerous times as well.
I ordered a carbon fiber hood for my Hellcat no where during checkout did it say out of stock received an email today saying item was out of stock and almost a month wait estimate for it to ship

I thought it was a NTK racing MAP sensor when the MAP sensor arrived it was a Crown part for a Jeep. My 2012 Challenger doesn't seem to notice but NTK racing is just not Crown Jeep. I really didn't want an obedient Dad's part for my ride.

I originally order the Ford Performance hood struts for my Shelby GTH, but the Shelby hood was too heavy for them. They held the hood up, but any downward movement caused the hood to come down. I spoke to tech support and they suggested the Roush hood struts. These struts work very well and they even push the hood up once I get past center. I don't have to worry about the wind causing the hood to come down on its own. I would suggest getting these if you have an aftermarket hood.
The representative I've worked with during my order was very helpful and provided a quote soon as I requested one and added a discount to the quote without me even asking for one.
Yours is the only site where I could find lug nuts for my performance pack Mustang because they're bigger than standard lug nuts and I wanted them in black powder coating because my car is black

Terrible experience, i ordered this hoping to have it all done for a christmas present just for them to send me four exhaust tips and no mufflers and basically there way of saying sorry for that is just a 20 dollar voucher that i have to use in 30 days or it's gone. I had so many high hopes going into this company around 4 months ago. They had everything I wanted what could go wrong? Well, everything. I have written a review before concerning this company and it was in mistake of the returns which they soon helped and reached out to make correct which ended in me giving a higher rating. If I listed everything that has gone wrong with this company it would fill a book at this point. Descriptions being wrong, not getting sent the hardware for a part that is clearly needed yet they don't sell it. When the description says it needs a little modification it really means just swapping your engine. Every single order I received had some sort of problem when fitting onto my car. Not to mind I try reaching out to their chat team and they either don't know or try lying to me telling me it'll work when it won't and doesn't, because I had already bought it based on what the description says. Now I'm waiting another week longer after probably over waiting for this project by two months just because nothing ever worked out. What am I waiting for? The new manifold bolts that didn't come with the new manifold for some reason? And yet they aren't on the page whatsoever? Also. I ordered a little cheaper of a part because it had scratches on it compared to the brand new but when I received that it had a massive cut in the side of a fuel rail which I'm just praying doesn't have a leak because I just want this to work finally. Throttle body? Yeah no bracket doesn't work neither did it even fit the elbow they said it would. Elbow not fitting over the fuel rail causing it to need a spacer which causes it to hit my hood making me need a new hood or to just cut it out we'll see what happens at this point. Sorry for my rant, I'm just so annoyed with this company at this point. It's getting ridiculous and wish I never bought the first part from here.

First American Muscle has a great website and easy ordering procedures. Delivery is also fine. The issue here is the door guards 3M tape was absolutely weak and did not stick well even after light heating. I had to add an epoxy and it still is not sticking well. Now I have glue stains under the door guards so have to work with it.

I ordered two tuners one for my 2010 shelby gt500 which was a intake and and a tunner and I revived the tunner and intake no filter which was included. And the 2021 mustange received everything but haven't got and running information for either one not very impressed I m debating on sending back

Shipping and customer service where excellent as usual only problem was with the spoiler having no directions on install it was a nightmare
Had an issue with missing parts and received replacements but were damaged. Didn't bother to get anymore or refund. My loss their gain I guess. Only $9.99 anyway.
